ARCEUS LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is sad, y'all should step up to the plate and take on the officer role! I will meet with him and see how he is doing. Things have been tough and busy. (I missed two night for wedding stuff/fiancee' bday but I communicated with my next officer, Franki) I know a lot of you have school and that should come first but remember Trocity is a team and it takes all of us being active the best we can and reaching out to one another. You guys are great and if at anytime things get tough come to me and let me take on some of the load. A lot of the time just talking to someone can help an individual feel less stressed about life. I am here to help all of you but I too have been frustrated with the lack of activity and game invite responses this week. Gamer-KSI_Master 30 Posted September 26, 2014 Report Share Posted September 26, 2014 I really want to come to gamenights during the week but im too busy with school and swimming. the only time im allowed to play is on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. ill try to be as active as I can when I get on tonight ill start recruiting as many people as I can. I think the best way to get new recruits is on destiny. ive gotten multiple friend requests, even when im on patrol venus mars or earth, and they are all around the age of 17+. ill start playing with them and get to know them. like ming said, its small talk that gets you recruits. im gonna try that with the people I meet on destiny. its about time I get some recruits. :-) KSI MINGLE 7 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options... I know you well enough to say that you love being at game nights and that deep down you want to do more. It is good to see my advice is starting to sink in and you are going to do great. I have a job for you though... and that is to get on the squad tag and find five members who you don't see very often and send them and encouraging message and tell them they are missed. We need dialogue or it will seem like our squad is just fluff. I am looking forward to some action but do not get stressed or burnt out. Everyone use Gamer as an example and have a wonderful day. P.S. I will be hosting a recruiting and training workshop for all who are interested. Time:1:00pm and 8:00pm est Game: Halo 4 Persons of interest: Sgts, Cpls, and Pvts but all are welcomed Info: I will be going over proper recruiting/training as outlined on the forums but will give tips and things I personally do different that has helped make the process more fun both for me and the recruit.
