I will be on after 7pm est. If you are still on I will hook up with you before gamenight. I like the talk and activity you guys have shown on a daily basis. I see you guys making a conscious effort to meet new people, pull them into lobbies and tell them about who we are. Patience is key to successful recruiting but don't get lax and forget these people. Successful, quality recruiting is building a friendship with potential new members. This makes them more likely to be/stay active and motivates them to want to be more than just a random show up and play member but rather someone who contributes to the growth and success of the squad. It was def fun and got some potentials in the process but we need more activity from everyone. Tomorrow i wanna see all headhunters in practice and if ur not in headhunters then i wanna see u recruiting. I understand it seems alil like a job sometimes but out of the active members we have, all we need is 5 rcts a week. Continue to do so and hopefully at the end of the week a few of the members will follow the calling and commit to joining. Tomorrow is no gamenight but we can all be working to better this squad, ourselves and our community. Keep up the motivation and see you all tomorrow. I am counting on our headhunters team to do so. to flaw: when I get on during the weekend I need to get in a party with you.
