Wicked Intent's member count has increased under his leadership, he always makes sure all the co-founders and generals are doing there best jobs possible. Yeah he talk way to much like all the time, but for some reason it never gets boring. He is a human encyclopedia on anything KSI or Halo games related. Reason: Let's see! Shay aka Hatter I have known for over a year and half now. I remember when I first joined Wicked Intent and she was a SGT in Venom WI that just liked to play grifball with our fellow squad mates. Now she has achieved the rank of co-founder in Wicked Intent and has proven to be one of the best!!! She is there to listen to your problems doesn't matter if there KSI related or personal. She plays with the squad level members constantly and acts like "one of the guys" that creates this fun atmosphere that KSI is all about. Now when she has to lay down the law she will with professionalism. When a general of a squad she looks over gets frustrated she is there to listen and calm them down so they can think clearly and lead the squad in the right direction. SWAG ON!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Dear lord where do I begin. Well to start, this guy has amazing leadership capabilities. He is able to lead all of his squads, and even the whole division when the situation calls for it, in harmony and in sync as to not cause any confusion with his squads. He also actually does what he asks of us, ex. If he asks us to be more active on the forums, he becomes more active than he already is ex.2 if he asks us to get more recruits, he helps us with recruiting ex.3 if he wants us to keep the recruits trained off the RCT tag in a timely manor, he helps us train the recruits. Tolly is able to keep everyone he is around calm and level headed even in the most frantic and stressful situations, probably saving all of us from getting into some major trouble. He leads by example, he shows how the leaders in WI (generals, captains, etc.) are supposed to act and if it wasn't for him, I don't think that a majority of the leaders in WI nor WI as a division would be as great as they/it are/is right now.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Ok I have sooo much to say. Maybe even too much. LOL Paratroop 7.......I have known Paratroop for 3 years now. I have worked with him,learned from him,followed him,admired him and have been one of the people to ride Paras butt non stop. Luci Lux 7 can verify as he was my Director when he met me I give Para no mercy. I expect the very best from him because thats all he strives to do. He will help anyone anytime. He has come so far and has been through more changes than anyone I know. He will go to struggling and failing Divisions and give them 120% he will not say no. He may parayou out of every game you play with him lol but even the paracannot and will not stop Paratroop 7. He is currently helping literally every Div in KSI in some form or way. He is my Mentor and the best IA Head I have seen. I hope to one day be as helpful and dedicated as this man is to KSI. Para has had just about every issue come his way yet he stands tall and keeps on helping he deserves this award.

I would like to nominate Huck because early on in the formation of EF huck played a very vital role to everything and gave me the shot to be the first general of a brand new xbox one squad, he made things happen quickly and was always there to help and mentor me.

I want to nominate Lion for director of the year, while this was a very hard decision I would say that he has gone far above and beyond what we have expected of a director, he has guided me with building up my division and has put EF on the path to victory. He's a really cool guy and always down to game when he has time and most importantly he always has our back and helps us whenever we need it.

This guy, at first I had serious reservations about him as a transfer, then as I got to know him I realized he was the real deal and was going to be my co founder. He has done so much for EF as a division and each and every squad would more than agree with this. He can be very opinionated at times and even argues with me, but at the end of the day I know he wants whats best for EF and KSI. He has pulled squads to split, helped train leaders and been my right hand in running EF. Honestly I can't say enough about this guy and all that he does.

This guy has completely blown me away since day 1. He took a squad that had no positive growth in months and was on the brink of being merged into another squad and has doubled the size of it and then some, he is on the brink of a squad split and has shown what hard work and being a leader are made of. I mean honestly this guy is very knowledgeable about KSI in general and has gotten to be someone that I trust for advice when making decisions for the division.

This is another guy that came in and I was a bit unsure of at first and then totally blew me away with his attitude and activity. There was no doubt in my mind that he was going to become the next general of Assassin and he did. I mean from recruiting to organizing game nights to getting a squad active again he has done it all. I can't say enough good things about him.

He tells us at every officer meeting, and I'm sure he's made it clear to us LW officers that us and KSI in general are very very important to him.

Reasoning: Collector puts A LOT of time and work into our squad. In meetings he thoroughly goes through the notes and takes the time to explain EVERYTHING. Even when he posts the notes on the forums they're well written and organized. And at the same time he makes the meetings fun as well. He puts KSI before anything and that deserves a lot of respect. he's always looking for ways for improving his squad and getting things done. Even though he usually doesn't have time for himself, us in Xena are grateful for the things he does. He had at one point decided to go on a "break" from KSI work since he was handling too much at one time and that's all he had done for a while and wanted time to himself, but even then he never took his break and still continued to be there for Xena and get things done. He works very hard as a general and honestly deserves props for everything he does.

The reason as to why I believe Fingers here deserves this award is because he's the motivation this division needed to get up and go. The cure it honestly needed. He makes time for each squad attending game nights, squad meetings, workshops, etc making bonds with members from each squad. Fingers has gave name changes, and has as well gave out xbox live to members when they were in need. Fingers, as well is all together an outgoing guy who would go out of his way to make this division strive to be better! Not only is he our founder but a close friend. Yes he's amazing as a leader, but you can go to him with anything and everything and he's there. In my eyes to succeed in being an amazing leader you have to have similar characteristic that Fingers here has! This guy will go far in KSI and in life and I'm lucky to have got the chance to meet him! I thank you 2 Fingers for all the hard work you put into IO, and in each squad! I'll stand by you through and through! You earned your star!

Wow, um where do I start? This guy here came from another gaming community/clan and had no intentions of ranking up. I took a chance with needing help, and needing an officer staff this guy here has went above and beyond! He goes out of his way to find recruits and help out new SGTs or SGTs who just can't find recruits the best, and he recruits and helps other squads with recruiting! He as well makes sure game nights, and workshops are being held within our squad if I can't do them, or any other officer! He tries to help out other squads, and members as much as he can! DC goes out of his way to help each and everyone in his division. Although he is a busy man he always makes an effort to play with people in gamenights, pubs, ect, with any member of any rank. He makes sure that all problems don't lead into something worse and always take cares of them. He makes sure that his division is properly functioning and we are all having a good time. His knowledge is very impressive as a leader. He's the type of guy you want to have fun with but knows when to set the law down. Well havoc has been a very driven and inspiring person for me this year in KSI but i feel he has succeed as a Div Leader and deserves this award because he cares deeply about his Div and members he is constantly involved on all levels as much as he can be he devotes all his time to his Div even while dealing with college and the Tournaments and events department and other things and does not complain about it at all he is Acting gen of 2 Squads as well which in my opinion just shows the dedication this Div Leader has for the community. he is never one to falter from the goal he tries to motivate activity and drive but above all unity which i feel is key. he has given me as much guidance as he can and has instilled what i feel a Division Leader should be.

Bandit(smokiey) has been a pretty good founder since taking the roll she is pretty hands on with the members and keeps track of the Recruit tag pretty avidly she will give guidance and hands on help to all the squads and will do what she can to assist everyone as much as possible which is great she has a drive and vision for herself as well as those around and if done right could go a long way.

well while Harmony does not currently hold this rank anymore she was the most impacting Co Founder for me this year i have gone through alot of cofos in my time in KSI but this year she has been the top one for me. i transferred to Demonic Mayhem from Divine Reign early this year and stepped into a squad called Lethal at the time Harmony was Co Founder and she decided to take me under her wing and teach me what i needed to know to be a productive member of DM it was hard for me at first because DM does things very different from my home div but harmony did everything she could to teach me and get me on the right track from giving guidance to pointers and everything in between she was a very hands on CoFo and very involved in the squad i feel without her mentorship of me in my transition into DM i would not be where i am now and for that i am extremely greatful and feel she is most deserving of this award

Reasoning why they deserve this - Jessi is my general and is a gigantic inspiration to me, she is a selfless person and works so hard in Brutal. And when some one in Brutal isint happy Jessi isint happy, and she tries none stop to fix the problem that they are facing. She practically plays non stop, she plays online at night and through out the day and goes to school. She is the person who has made Brutal the squad that it is today.

Reasoning why they deserve this:  KSI Evil 7 has been a Leader in LW from the day I was recruited in.  At first I didn’t really know him but as I progressed I got to know him a lot more.  He was originally the Co-Founder over Xena up until KSI Lily 7 was promoted to Co-Founder.  Even when he wasn’t “my Co-Founder†he was still there to help us in any situation.  This guy has helped more people than I can count; I have heard stories about him helping others from before I was in KSI.  His dedication can also be found from the time and effort he puts into the “recruit tagâ€.  When someone makes a mistake he will get with that person and let them know the mistake and help them get it fixed so the recruit can be accepted into our squads.  I have heard him say, on multiple occasions, “I’m done chasing you guys around when you make mistakes†but the truth is he still lets us know when a mistake is made and helps us get it fixed.  I look up to this guy for so many reasons and I hope to be as good of a leader as he has been for us.

Reasoning why they deserve this: Although he is a General in another squad in LW, Gr33nB3r3t was the 1^st captain in Xena when he recruited me into KSI.  He busted his butt to get our squad to grow and to increase activity.  He was also there for any of us that needed any type of help, whether it be big or small issues.  He also helped train multiple people to be ready for a General spot even though he wasn’t one himself.  This guy knows his stuff when it comes to KSI; still to this day if I have a question (usually about the history of KSI) he has the answer.  Gr33n was a great 1^st Captain as I rose through the ranks and honestly I still look up to him for his dedication and patience on becoming a General.  I know he deserves this and I look forward to having him in our division as we both strive to get that next Co-Founder position.

Scotland has been my go-to guy from the start of my journey in Last Strike. He is always there for the members in the division, going above and beyond on a day to day and week to week basis. From the moment I promoted him to CoFounder he has always done everything in his power to lead by example, help any member that asked and has played an extremely productive part in the growth of Last Strike. He is definitely one of the shining stars of this generation of KSI and anyone that talks to him can see he is destined for greatness in this community. It is an honor to nominate him for Founder of the Year and I wish him all the luck in his future positions in KSI.

This member has been playing a huge role in the change that is taking place in his squad. From a Captain position and forward into his General position he has been taking on the role of the leader of Trocity with ease. Although he would tell you different, jumping into the role of the head of a squad that is striving to succeed is no easy task at times. This fellow leader works diligently on a week to week basis to set a foundation on which his squad can grow and succeed into the future. He has opened lines of communication with members that had disappeared and had become inactive, he pushes and motivates his members to be the best that they can be. He has shown to be a mature, motivational, up and coming leader in what isnt an easy position and I wish him and his squad all the success and strength they require to build that bridge into the future.

Mufasa is the poster child for proving that you can teach an old dog new tricks. He has gone above and beyond not only in his squad but in KSI as a whole and has played one of the largest roles in the creation of a very successful Destiny squad. While there are still some bugs in the ways of how a Destiny squad runs, he has taken to the organization of it with ease. He is motivating and training the new and up coming leadership in that squad with little need of help. This man has restored my faith that old returning leaders are still as capable and motivated as new ones. Since his entry into Last Strike I have grown hopeful and believe he will be a big change in the divisions future.

As I get closer to my last few nominations I get excited to nominate what is one of our newest up and coming leaders in Last Strike. It is very rare to see someone that is as motivated as this individual. He is always there to help fellow members and takes enjoyment out of some of the smaller tasks that are taken on every week. From recruiting new and fresh faces to orientating and training new members, hosting multitudes of game lobbies weekly, linking new members to old and providing what is the best possible example that a leader can provide. It is an honor to nominate Akame for Lieutenant of the Year as I have seen more out of this member in a week than i have of some lieutenants in months. Keep up the great work buddy!
