Continue with recruitment and game nights try and get some more officers trained up as well as clearing more to recruit. Continue to work together as a team not just as a squad but as well as a division. Leave no members behind. Up our communication as well as obeying chain of command. Get people to change names to decrease number of cols and increase number of sgts. KSI Knuckle 7 19 Posted October 12, 2016 Report Share Posted October 12, 2016 Squad: Caesar On Squad Tag: 38 (4 silver Tags) On G14: 34 On Rct tag: 1 Last weeks Goal: Achieve Activity and keep up the good work Accomplished: So so, game nights are being scheduled daily but not that many people come. Need to work on sending out more messages about that. This weeks Goals: There is an acronym known as A.R.T Activity, Recruiting, and Training. I am doing my best to incorporate this with the Squad. As we move foward, i will keep on encouraging activity while i help the Lt's encourage the Sgt's to recruit. It will be a long process but as we move forward, i believe Caesar will be a great squad again Shout outs: Zombster has been a hige help on my transition to being a general again and even tho he did not pass his Captains test. I believe with the right yraining and with the right in the right direction, he will be the best Captain that he can be. KSI Amenze has shown much intrest in being an officer and has been really active and i hope to promote him up threw the ranks as well. Outcome- We decreased by 2 members. Morale is low. Struggling with retaining members. Goals for this week- -talk to every member in squad to figure out intentions. -get people to want to be active and get the fun back into our squad. Mvg- xxvampireruler- he is very shy and was thinking about leaving to ksi. I got him to stay and he is starting become really active. Paladin G14 49 Squad tag 53 Recruit tag Goals for last week- We were not able to get a game night stream. We lost a few members. We are just trying to focus on brining up activity. Goals for this week- -get people motivated. Pick up slack -increase activity and member retention. -pick out 2 potential officers. Arrange battle buddies for them. I believe that there are still members out there that could be more active with the squad so I am going to do my best to make Achilles the heart of LW and get those gears moving. get this squad to have a full active officers staff. Outcome- -we are transitioning hypnos into a Xbox 1 squad in black ops 3. -we currently have 10 members on the one. The rest of of the other members are attempting to buy a one. The ones who can't are being transfered to other 360 squads. Goals for this week- - we have a lot of old members putting in rejoin apps to come to hypnos. I need to get with all of them. - the goal is to be at 30 members on the one by halloween. -keep the momentum of game nights rolling. We were working on activity for a bit there to nake everyone a lot more talkative with each other and now we are going out to find recruits. Did we succeed on accomplish last weeks goals Y/N? If no, then why you didn't. If yes, what did you do to make it successful 1) Get to 35 members by Halloween. -Failed due to transition from the Xbox 360 to Xbox One and having to transfer members out. Can meet this goal by increasing recruiting efforts. 2) Get members on the same learning page. -Ongoing process, neither successful or unsuccessful. We transferred a good 20 members to other squads to help them out. Hosted game nights with our squad and other divisions almost every night this last week. Don't have any problems really just trying to keep activity up as well as spirits. This week's plans We are planning to lean a little more towards game nights and activity now 8nstead of recruiting. Feel like having a huge meeting on congratulating and just giving high fives to the squad for all the work they have done.
