Recruit Tag: 2 Goals: Send messages to inactive members and those plating the xbox one a lot to see who is able to transfer to Ceasar and who is still interested in being apart of us. (giving 1week to message back before fluffing) We also should work on keeping the squads activity we up by hosting more game nights and/or attending other game nights and the LW Fun Night. Our activity seems to be getting better but there is always room for improvement. Could look at getting teams organized with officers helping. Keep working with possible officers, enhancing their leadership abilities and make sure they know what the next rank comes with. (train replacements) Did we meet last weeks goals: y/n: yes we did (going of last stat posted). we found a few SGT's that are interested in moving up in the rank structure and know what they need to do to get looked at for promotions. we are still quizzing a few members to see if they know their stuff. Filled 1 of the 2 open SSGT spots still looking for one more. We have picked up in activity but i think we could have done better but sending out messages about the WW and LW Fun night and communicating with other squads to see if we could join in on some of their game nights. KSI POLARB34R 7 99 Posted March 16, 2016 Report Share Posted March 16, 2016 Squad- Achilles Squad Tag- 34 (4 Silver Tags) G14- 30 Recruit Tag- 3 *Goals- Goals for this week are to recruit and boost activity within Achilles and continue to re build the squad. *Get more gamenights going not only with the Achilles people, but to also try and get some gamenights going with other squads. *Whenever Achilles gets it's members up alittle I wanna start a Tac team to not only increase the activity, but to bring out the Achilles competitive side of gaming. *I want to continue to build relationships with the members within Achilles hopefully that'll boost the activity. *There are Privates and Corporals that I haven't met yet and would love to meet them as well! Like for example Achilles/Hypnos gamenight. *I wanna have more members host gamenights to increase activity within the squad. *Make sure that when members are recruiting that they are double checking and making sure everything is correct before sending the recruits to the recruit tag. *Encourage more members to create a forums account.
