Make sure that we are communicating with everyone on a daily basis so no one is left out of the circle of what is going on 4) Please don’t forget that the Senior Directors are still settling into their new roles as the go-to guys and are trying to set up a face-to-face with each division leader and their team 5) G14 Access: We are wanting to make sure that you know that the access to the G14 is not going to be allowed to go past 7 days but we will be communicating as much as we can so be prepared to get messages from us to help remind you to do your job 6) Make sure to keep up with the work that is due on the forums for example: G14 request and removal, forums request or removal 7) The Leader List is now being done by the Senior Directors, please send a full list by PM and include all of us so we can correct any and all Divisions. Remember this should be updated monthly and/or any time a promotion or demotion happens. Also you are responsible to send this information to Luci on the forums 8) Everyone please congratulate KSI Doctor 7 on his promotion to Chief Department Manager of the KSI Board of Directors. Doctor has been involved in most of KSI’s external programs and we are all excited to see what’s to come of those departments LW Notes: - Two new squads: The XB1 squad is named Caesar and the Destiny squad is named Hannibal. - Game Nights: We need to increase the number of game nights we’re having. All squads should be having at least one game night a week. - Back to Basics: Make sure you are training you replacement! Gens if you want to promote someone they will need to be tested by their Co-Founder before you can promote them. - Nick will start having a “trivia question of the day†on the forums page. Correct answers will award members “points†which will be totaled up weekly. The person with the most posts at the end of the week will win a prize. - Generals make sure you are sending out at least 3 messages a week on the squad tag. Messages should be sent out about Weekend Warfare, 7’s vs. Viewers, and weekly meetings for the squad. The squad tags are the only place that you can send your entire squad a message so use it as a tool because it is a tool - Make sure that you are training your members (train your replacement) correctly and make sure that you spend the time to do so properly - Make sure that you sign up for the LEAD classes, 7’s only at first. Classes will be offered to more members in the future - All 7’s that have silver accounts make sure you are using them - RID: o Research the situation o Identify the problem and the people involved o Defuse the situation - Promote the social medias LW Notes: - We are growing as a division. Make sure you are checking to see if your recruits have been trained off the recruit tag. Even if someone is nominated go ahead and vouch for them. Evil want us to push this to help get the individuals that are going above and beyond can be recognized. - Weekend Warfare: Advanced Warfare 4v4 Momentum on 360. This will be Saturday February 7th at 8pm EST - We talked about using a new approach when it comes to dealing with problems that come up, but we need to start taking the time to figure out the real problem and figure out a way to use it to improve the members involved. Let’s not be quick to make a decision but spend the time to make a thoughtful decision. Name dropping Recently we have come across some issues where people were being told that a senior said something when it was not true. If anyone ever says the seniors have made a decision do not believe it unless you hear it from the seniors themselves. If the seniors want you to know something they will contact you not send someone to tell you. Productions Team, News Team, and History Team Productions news team and history are always hiring so make sure if your interested to check out there sections on the forums. PVT We really need to focus on getting these privates promoted up to cpl or fluffed out. I'd you have a private that will not respond to you they need to be removed. We want true numbers not fake numbers with people just sitting on tags not being active Security Threats We need to make sure all of our members know the security risked and blacklisted communities. It is especially important that anyone who has the ability to recruit understands who not to recruit. Recruit Tag Make sure that everyone is using the recruit tag properly. According to our SoP a recruit needs to remain on the recruit tag 48 hours before they are eligible to be trained off. This is mandatory for all divisions. 4,000 We finally it 4,000 members! That's a huge accomplishment that deserves recognition. Everyone has been doing an amazing job to reach this goal now let's shoot for 4,500 members! Please remember that pulling in recruits is amazing but we still need to focus on member retention and keeping these new members active and involved with there squad! Weekend warfare Weekend Warfare will be a free for all on halo 5 on the xbox one on Saturday at 8 pm eastern. Sign up in the t&e section on the forums if anyone has any questions contact KSI HAVOC 7 or any T&E staff memebers LW Notes Generals, and CPT's is your responsibility to send out a minimum of 3 messages (SGT/CPL workshop, Squad meeting, and Weekend Warfare) or more Give 24 hour notice. It'll get them prepared for meetings Make sure your G14 and your squad tag are matching. It makes us look bad if they don't match. Sunday is the last day to have everything situated with squad tags and G14s. Everyone's been doing good withvnot involving the 7's in small drama. The more you don't get the 7's involved makes it look like you have your squad under control. The people that are leading the squad make sure you're communicating and sending out messages on your squad tags about gamenights and shoutouts. Participate in the weekend warfare and the director battle. Have some fun. Try to participate in all the cool events within KSI. Make sure there aren't simple mistakes on the recruit tag. make sure you double check. Push out recruiting. We need to grow as a division. We shouldn't need a prize to motivate us. Make sure the recruits have their settings right. Make sure that they don't have alot of the same community on their friends list. Make sure there isn't any security risked or black listed people on the new recruit's friends list. Keep hosting recruiting gamenights every other week. Try hosting gamenights on other games. Mix it up a bit. Just because your squad is on BO2 or Destiny doesn't mean you have to strictly have gamenights on there. Jump on the forums and start getting involved with the stuff that going on there. Join in on some topics, and meet some people. Division level notes: For 2 straight weeks now, numbers on Access Denied and Squad tag do not match up. We need to make sure the number on the squad tag is matched up with the Access Denied. It's fun, you can play with other divisions and meet new people. Everything gets posted on our social media pages. Encourage other members to sign up for Weekend Warfare. Take them to the Head Hunters section on the forums and sign up, be active within KSI. Gamenights: It is mandatory for all officers to throw a gamenight once a week. Pick out any day you want that you're free. It'll keep activity within your squad. Also you can host a gamenight on LW Fun Night and it'll count for your one gamenight a week. With LW Fun Night you can host whatever type of gamenight you want. You can even host a Netflix movie night and it'll count as a gamenight. You can even host a comedy night for LW Fun Night. LW FunNight: KSI MuddyGirl 7 will not chase anyone anymore for LW FunNight, it's YOUR responsibility, not Muddy's. LW FunNight is mainly to have LW come together and get to know eachother. Kik: Issues will NOT be taken care of over kik. Recruit tag: Keep recruiting, there isn't really much recruits anymore. Sure incentives are nice and all, but we shouldn't need incentives. There isn't much declines. Everyone's doing a pretty good job and double checking before sending their recruits to the tag. BlackListed/SecurityRisked: Make sure you go over the black listed and security risked communities during recruiting workshops and gamenights. Spotlight of the week: Generals send out a message every week on the squad tag for member of the week to show appreciation for your members/officers. Please know you have every right to deny a rejoin application should you feel the applicant not be a good fit which is why it's important to interview applicants before posting your stance Transfers Make sure you are checking the division transfers area just as often as you are checking the join area. There are some transfers active that have been active for far too long. Also make sure that your members understand they are only allowed to post a transfer after speaking with the highest leader in a division. LOA Please make sure all 7s know to use the loa thread in the leaders area when going on leave of absence. It's important to let your director know also when leaders are going on loa so that tags can be sorted out before they leave. Ww Weekend warfare is a karaoke competition with the theme of what inspires you. It will be on the 360 but please remember since it's in a party any xbox one members only need to load up a backwards compatible game to compete. We understand you wont like everyone but it is imperative that we are able to tolerate and work with them on a day to day basis of build ourselves up as better leaders. That is considered poaching and anyone caught doing that will be dealt with. Transfers Please make sure as 7s your constantly checking the transfer area on the forums and also make sure that your memebers know the proper process for a division transfer. The memeber wanting the transfer can only be approved to post a transfer by the highest 7 in that division! Any transfers posted not following the template or going through the proper channels will be closed. Also please let your memebers know that publicly shaming someone in your transfer will not be tolerated and that there transfer will be closed and disciplinary actions will be taken due to severity. Join area Please make sure you are keeping up with the join area. If you have other 7s in your division handling join apps make sure that they run every approval and decline by you the highest ranking 7 in the division. Part of being a leader means dealing with situations or people that may make you uncomfortable. What makes us better leaders is triumphing through said tribulations and learning from our experiences. If you have an issue with someone please tackle it head on by getting a higher up to sit in as a mediator and squash the situation. Letting things go and build up to the breaking point can destroy squads or divisions so make sure your constantly keeping an open line of communication and that you handle and problems as they come up ----------------------------- Division Level notes: Generals, Every 25 members you can add another officer. Don't stress, the more you stress the more issues its going to cause for yourself. If there's an issue and your getting extremely stressed out about it you need to talk to someone. The recruit tag, hasn't been getting any requests. Only getting like 2 or 3 recruits a day. Were not going to have recruiting tournaments anymore if as soon as they end nobody cares to recruit.
