HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR YOU TO GET RECRUITED? HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR YOU TO GET TRAINED? I KNOW IT WAS LONGER THAN 1 MIN. A SIMPLE CLICK EVERYONE. WE ARE CURRENTLY AT 57, I KNOW WE HAVE MORE THAN 57 IN OUR DIVISION. THIS IS OUR PREP BEFORE THE BATTLE. RIGHT NOW WE ARE ON THE BATTLEFIELD, DMs COMING FROM THE LEFT, WE GOT GZ FROM THE RIGHT, ALL DIVS ARE ADVANCING ON OUR LAND. ONLY 57 OF US HAVE OUR SHIELDS UP AND OUR AXES IN HAND, WE NEED EVERYONE TO BE READY. THIS YEAR SPIRIT WEEK IS OURS. ARE YOU GONNA LET THEM TAKE WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE? I will make sure of it! Stay positive everyone! Things may be changing, but it's not a bad thing!!! Look at trocity! We went from halo 4 to destiny and are about to split. I have been asked to post this training outline to the Division Thread for all of you to use if you would like during your recruiting. Examples in this guide are specific to Trocity, so make sure you are replacing that info with your squad information in those areas. Hope you all find this useful! Recruiting, Orientation & Training Guide Recruiting Game with the potential recruit Guage maturity, find out age Pop the question Explain what KSI means. (Knowledge, Strength, Integrity) Orientation Check if security settings need to be changed (do not do them yet) Security Check friends list Double Check Age Read code of conduct and answer any questions. Make Sure they Understand 100% Make sure they agree to follow our Code of Conduct. Find out what games they like to play Change motto & bio Motto example: KSI TROCITY LS RCT Bio example: Recruited by KSI M0ONLight 3-11-15, www.ksiforums.org Do security Settings now - Profile sharing to everyone and friends list to Friends only, Online Game status - everyone. Recruit tag- What it is, and why it is in place. Check Motto and bio is correct. Double check that they added Trocity LS Recruit tag. Explain the squad, squad meetings game nights and why they are important to attend and be consistent in attending. (Trocity - Happy Wars) Explain who is in charge of the squad and do a quick rundown of the squads officers, maybe introduce them to some if available. Explain who a 7 is and to respect them. Trocity (Halo Uniform colors - Steel & Cyan) General: KSI DarkRaven Captains: KSI Trooper, KSI Crucian Lieutenants: KSI Ragin, KSI MeanMaria, KSI Seraphim 7, KSI M0ONLight SSGT: KSI TheMechanic, KSI D3athNote, KSI ODINN 7 Last check that they added recruit tag Explain that after 48 hours of being ADDED to the recruit tag he/she is eligible to enter his squad and be promoted to Pvt (Sgt if changed name upon recruitment) Trocity’s KiK chat - Can only be added by admin or squad officer. If you leave you are not allowed back, no raging, and proper language. Go over the forums (www.ksiforums.org / www.ksiglobal.org) Explain what it is and why its important. Help them create an account. Make sure whilst on recruit tag the recruits are being invited to game nights and meetings. It is the recruiters/ Officer's responsibility to make sure this happens. Training After 2 Days on the recruit tag your recruit is eligible for Pvt! Get the recruit into a party and explain you are there to get them into their squad and promoted to Pvt! Make sure recruit is of age and mature enough. Make sure all recruitment processes were followed through with. Example: Security checks and security settings were done. Go over Code of Conduct and answer any new questions that may have come up. Go over Rank structure Rct through Senior Director. Briefly go over responsibilities of each rank. Explain Chain of Command Directly afterwards. http://www.ksiglobal.org/portfolio/rankstructure/ Explain what KSI means. (Knowledge, Strength, Integrity) Explain Why we have KSI in our gamertag and what it enables us to do. Example: Advertising the community/Showing our KSI Pride/ Moving up the ranks Go into details about Squad meetings and Squad game nights. Expose recruit to Weekend Warfare as well (Briefly explain what it is and how to get involved/ who to approach about getting involved) Reiterate the importance of the forums. Create account if it was not done during the recruiting process. Explain the squad tag, what you as a member can use it for and what leaderships uses it for (mass messages to the squad) Change Recruits motto to PVT, and add "Trained by" to bio and add date. If they still do not have a forums account, go over the forums (www.ksiforums.org / www.ksiglobal.org) Explain what it is and why its important. Help them create an account.
