I wanna see the motivation here starting today, all of who are in a funk for whatever reason, break out of it. This is the time to unite as one and not only defend but attack as well. S-Strength-We need strength so that we can push through the hard times. I-Integrity.-We need integrity so that we can be held accountable to others and that we can be known as people of our word. However there is more things that all of these tie into. That is Loyalty. Loyalty to our brothers and sisters withing our squads so that they know that we have each others back. Loyalty to those in authority, so that they know we can be counted upon when things get rough. Loyalty to KSI and what it stands for. \ Trust is another thing that KSI members need to have. Trust in our leaders. We have to trust them to do the right thing for us even if we do not think it is right. Trust in our fellow members that they will be there for us to support us and never do anything to hurt one another. That trust is what holds this family together, for without it, we would fall apart. KSI is a family. Everyone here is your brother and sister. Everyone here needs to treat each other as they would treat there own family. So when you are going about your day to day activities, think. Say to yourself, "Am i reflecting the values and ideals that KSI stands for?" "Am i be trustworthy and loyal to my fellow members?" "Am i treating other how i wish to be treated myself?" Ask your these questions every day. Make sure that you are always standing up for what is right. Make sure that you can be held accountable to your fellow members as they should be to you. Make sure you are following the code of conduct and treating everyone like a family. You reap what you sow. If you plant seeds of anger and disloyalty and mistrust that is all you are going to get from the people you know. Plant the seeds of trust, respect, and loyalty, and you will reap the benefits.
