Weekly 7's Workshops- Advancing divisional knowledge can be easily achievable through weekly 7's workshops. Workshops being hosted by the most refined and experienced members within the division allows ascension and divisional growth. Growth and Stability- Make sure growth and stability happen in sequential phases. Officer to squad ratios being met should help member retention so any ratio around 1 to 10 is healthy. Even up to 1 to 8 is allowed and may help squads get back on their feet. Divisional Cup- If you have VIP access be sure to look at the topic labeled Divisional Cup.
