Clan Ops Notes Discord Servers Generals and up Just as an FYI, any and all KSI operations based and KSI relevant servers need to be approved of by the Chief Technical Officer, KSI Kakashii 77. The servers need to be setup in a way they are uniformed with the rest of the community. Also, Kakashii needs to know about them in the event something needs fixed, he is aware of the setup and can help. Having a cluster of servers not being moderated properly is a huge security risk to the community as well Officers and UpChain of Command Chain of command is there so that issues get solved in a manner that helps yourself and others to learn. No matter your rank there is always a place to learn something new or improve on a current skill, following chain of command with anything from issues going on in a squad to struggles with forums or omega can not only improve the knowledge you have and the confidence you have in that knowledge but could teach others you are going to with something they haven't had to deal with before. Not all issues we face are common ones. So never feel afraid to speak to your next rank up for conformation or answers to anything you feel unsure of. Members Bending the rules to the breaking point As much of us know KSI does have a code of conduct. This code of conduct is available to read in every divisional server. It is read upon your recruitment, and upon your private promotion and you agree to its terms and conditions and to uphold it in all KSI functions. This code of conduct is not to be tossed away or enforced as pleased. It’s a permanent thing and is to be obeyed at all KSI functions. After seeing and hearing multiple violations in the past two weeks from all places it’s time to buckle down on our CoC. Members found violating the CoC will find them selves in the gulags. You can be warned, one strike policy slapped, rank suspended and even removed from the community depending on severity or common occurrences. This CoC applies to every member from the newest recruits to the Chairman of KSI. We are a positive gaming community so please for the love of pizza and wings let’s keep it positive folks! If for any reason you are unclear of something in the CoC please reach out to your fellow respective officers and leadership Efficiency and Efficacy So these two terms play a massive role in all of our lives especially in KSI. Efficiency is being efficient, such as knowing and utilizing time management on all things whether it’s training, workshops and even game nights. Being fast yet accurate. Shooting the shot and making it as often as possible. This takes a ton of practice and real time but with both we can master our efficiency. Efficacy is how effective you are at all things you do here in KSI. Whether it’s communications, mentoring, stats, even being a respectable member or officer. With out being effective are you really doing anything with your time? Making an impact? Making a change? Making a difference? All these things sum up to efficacy of your time and labor. We should all always be trying to be the masters of these two words. As when you grasp the importance of them your time and labor will be better spent and more fruitful.
