When Recruiting, in order to retain our newest members it is the recruiters job to introduce them to other members as well as game with their new recruits.This is key to retaining them. If you just treat them as a stat they will feel left out and we will lose them altogether. One of the greatest parts of being in a community is no matter what time we play there are always members on playing many different games. So lets step up and do the right thing by all of our members. On another note tonight at 5:00 PM eastern 4 pm Central 3 pm mountain 2 pm pacific I will be hosting and Officers training session on COD Ghost. I would like to see a huge turn out . There are two things I would like everyone to know. First KSI is what you make of it, the more you get involved the more you will get out of it. Second KSI is member driven by driven members. These two things are why we are so successful. Now with that being said as a member what are you willing to do for your community? Your feedback is very important so dont be shy reply.
