KSI Joe 7 178
I'd like to thank everyone for a great run here. Due to a lot of stuff, nothing personal at all against KSI, I am stepping away from clan ops. I love KSI and will hopefully be getting into something on web ops, if approved. I have to see about that too. I just honestly don't have the time right now, to give it my all in clan ops. For those of you who know me well, you know when I do something, I give it 100%. Right now I won't be on Xbox as much as I used to be, and have to prioritize things in my personal life. Hopefully one day I could return, and SH will always be in my heart, even though that may sound corny. I know you all will go on and do great things, and this place will flourish, especially now being a powerhouse, just recently getting 3 amazing new Squads. This is not goodbye, as I plan to keep in contact with all. Best of luck to everyone, and SH will soon be the most dominant Division in all of KSI! Scooby-doo 39
Resignation: KSI kiki 7 has stepped down from the Board and KSI PR3DATOR 7 is now in charge of Tourneys and Events. Of The Years: Posted in the KSI Leaders tab at the top of the forums. Finally posted. Whew. Project Leaders Meetings: Cero (Apocawaka) will be hosting Project Leaders Meetings on Sundays at 7 p.m. EST. Directors can go and observe and understand how the projects function. Courts: KSIxAPOCALYPSE7 is the new Head Judge for the KSI Courts. This should make IA and Courts work more cohesively. Also, applications are up for Judges. Go to the forums and apply if you want a chance to be a judge. (White wigs not included) L.E.A.D: No classes recently and there will be no real class started until after Spirit Week. However, Jess will be doing rank-specific workshops KSI-wide. (Aspects of ranks, not rank duties.) Utilize the resources available to gain as much knowledge as possible and pass it along. Security: Background checks need to be done and proper settings need to be implemented so that we can avoid unwanted disturbances. (Use Recruit Tag ALWAYS) Prizes: As of Spirit Week, KSI will be giving out some vinyl stickers and then it will be added to the store for purchase. Cheap, but a good way to rep KSI. Two colors, White and Red. (Tentatively $5 dollars, S/H included) 7s HeadHunters: Halo... Friday, 8 p.m. EST. CoD... 7’s HH Tryouts/Spot Challenges start Saturday. 7s HH Awards available, contact Rags if you don’t have the award but you are on the team. School Is Out: Stay vigilant and keep track of all the kids who are out of school. Invite-Only: KSI is invite-only. You don’t have to recruit everyone you come across and if somebody contacts you, find out why they contacted you for recruitment and be tough on the background check. G14 Account Removal: Go to Directors; don’t post those up on the forums. Donations: Remember, KSI is non-profit, so donations go a long way to improve the overall KSI experience! Productions: Subscribe to the YouTube channel, TheKSIProductions. Spirit Week: Skits are needed for the competition. Do it for extra points and more funsies! Weekly Update: Tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. EST. (E3 and Future of KSI) Spread the word and get people on at 7 so they can get ready for one of the most important updates ever. (Like, seriously) Weekend Warfare: This week, 3 v. 3 on S&D on BLOPS2 and next week, Halo 4 Slayer 4 v. 4. WI TRANSFER PROTOCOL: New thread in the Leaders Area for people to post up potential WI transfers so we can keep a trail and understand the story instead of getting lost in the dark. Use it or nobody will be transferring to WI. SH. We need to come together as a group. We r spending to much talk behide each other back. I would like us to get back to the basics. Having fun. Try just going into match maker in game chat. If your having fun and other see that it. It will spread with more people wanting top play with u and KSI. Remember guys keep on getting your 5 recruits a week. Out of 5 new recruits. You will lose 2 recruits who just don't want to be part of us. 1 of the new recruits will stay as a cpl for life. The last 2 may change there name and put ksi in it. But only one of them may want to do the work and put the time in to move up. That's why kSI ask for 5 recruits a week. So when u get your recruits make sure you bring them into your squad and play with them. If one week you get 10. Then take the next 10 days to train them an play with them. Any one can get a recruit it take leaders to keep them want to stay in KSI The 7 will be host game nights on halo so that AV/SH can meet each other. Also for ksi members (gold members). Halo3 and AC2 will be free. If u download halo3. You have a game that u can use for and old school game night. Keep game nights going. Try to have 3 game nights a week
 Awards

Admin Guy Retired 104 Posted June 19, 2013 Admin Guy Report Share Posted June 19, 2013 Yep, there have been tests floating around for a while, but some divisions don't necessarily have to utilize them. They can be really handy when trying to select certain candidates for officer positions.
 Scooby-doo 39
Spirit Week: Starts Monday at 8 p.m. EST. All meetings should be held on Sunday and discuss the Spirit Week that starts on Monday, and there will be a Live Stream at 8 p.m. EST to usher in the week of festivities. EVERY BODY should be aware of the events that are going on, when the events start, and if registration is needed (when and where as well). All information can be found here: http://www.ksiforums...28-spirit-week/ And the timeline of events are here: http://www.ksiforums...ne-and-details/ All squad tags and divisional leadership should be sending out messages and pitching this week. Remember, all divisions need to pitch in and get people excited so that this week and exemplify the point of KSI. Giveaways: Custom Controller, X12 Headset, 2 T-Shirts, KSI Stickers (NEW), Gold Live Card, Control Freaks, Microsoft Point Cards. There has been a lot of effort put into it, and now ALL leaders need to make the MEMBERS feel appreciated by letting them know of these awesome experiences and opportunities. Meetings: Spirit week, Spirit Week, Spirit Week and Divisional Goals. Live Stream: www.twitch.tv/ksilive OR go to the “Live Stream†Option on the forums under the “KSI Info†Tab. There should be no reason people aren’t aware of the live stream. Prizes can be won by viewing the live stream and it’s a great way to support your division and KSI. Marketing Department: Now run internally among the Board of Directors. BoD is not opposed to hearing pitches, but it will take a good bit of effort and results to change that. Weekly Update: Tomorrow night. Last one before Spirit Week. Hold at 7:30 p.m. EST. Rank Suspension: It is a punishment. They are to stop completing any KSI responsibilities outside of gaming. They are not to be doing stuff for that rank during that time. SH. We r just going to look forward to spirit week. I want to place first in everything. We need to join up to everything. Play everything. I would just like all tags and g14 to be clean of fluff. Would like it done by Sunday.
 Awards
