There's been multiple problems that he has solved whether it was as simple as two members in an argument to as difficult as a squads dishonesty about member count. He treats us all in DL as equals, and puts us back in line when we get rowdy. He has successfully split a squad and division in the time I have been here, and even though he only just got the rank of Division leader I believe he is the most outstanding. Now harboring 4th in command in Eclipse in a short amount of time, KSI Hockey36 xx is very capable, and very deserving of this award. She has been an excellent motivator and always has KSI as a whole in mind. Although every senior can make a case for “of the month,†I feel that QueenJess excelled above and beyond to be deserving of this award for July. He can be a bit tricky to get a hold of sometimes, but that is because he is addressing other KSI related issues. This guy is always willing to help out when he can fit you into his ridiculously busy schedule. For the effort that he puts forth, I feel that Illusiion is more than deserving of this award. Over the past month, they have endured adversity and overcome many challenges. Without this guy in the place that he is, things may not have turned out as they have, but GZ is still as strong as ever. He has laid the groundwork for the rest of his division and promoted excellent leaders below him to create strong foundations. For this, I think that Ninja deserves July's award. I have personally witnessed the makings of a great future leader in this member. When one of our squads went under, this guy volunteered to act as the General of the replacement squad that was created. He has been doing all of his duties as a Co-Founder, all of the duties of a General, and is still showing advancements in a squad started from scratch. Even with his hectic work schedule, he is on every single day, lending assistance in keeping our division strong and trying to do whatever is necessary to be successful in his endeavors. I know there are other great Co-Founders out there as well, but anyone who knows what this guy has done over the past month, will surely attest that there has been no effort put forth matching the extent to which Altair has exemplified. General – KSIPsychoMantis / GRAVITY CE Link to forums account – http://www.ksiforums.org/index.php?/user/2977-ksipsychomantis/ Reasoning why they deserve this – Psycho, a name that implies insanity. Well, that's not TOO far from an accurate description of this guy. I've witnessed first hand some of the issues he has dealt with since taking over General of Gravity. Regardless of the challenge, this guy sure gets the job done. Upon retiring my position as General over Gravity, I asked him to take care of my baby. He assured me that Gravity would NEVER fall, and I see no evidence to suggest otherwise. The squad loses members, he gets his guys to go out and recruit replacements. Not just any replacement, but better, more involved members who are willing to take initiative. He doesn't grow the squad at ridiculously fast rates, but that's because PsychoMantis holds true to recruiting quality, not quantitiy. I know this guy has a great future in KSI as a leader and I think it would be an understatement to say that Cosmic Equinox would not be the same without him! He is an awesome person in every aspect. He is kind, trustworthy, and always willing to go the extra yard to help out and be the best member of KSI he can be. He has been receiving training on multiple fronts and even when he knows something through and through, he wants to know more. I think he will eventually make a great GEN and I look forward to seeing him progress into an even better leader than the already great one that he is. He certainly maintains respect, camaraderie amongst the squad, and shows great potential as a future leader within KSI. I've been talking amongst officers in CE over the past few days, and Hockey had no problem showing me that he is willing to put his best foot forward in learning new things and presenting himself as an excellent role model for other members. He did not have to do that but he did, he uses up hours of his time helping me and teaching me. So that is why I believe Hockey deserves this reward. Where in the world would CE be if we didn't have Prodigy 7 ? Although we have lost two squads, prodigy knew how to bounce us back, he is very encouraging, very direct, and will not tolerate any sort of disrespect. These are all qualities of a good leader which is why I'm nomination KSI Prodigy 7. CPT Gamertag: KSI Butterz 7 Reason: Leads great meetings, and is always willing to hit up the sticks with you. No matter what game type Butterz always has something to bring to the party. Really funny guy and is always able to take the edge off when the game starts to become annoying. Always willing to listen to you if you have any ideas. LT Gamertag: KSI SpartanGuy Reason: Good recruiter and great to play with. Always has your back and will do as much to help you as possible. Is great for having test runs with (such as quick scope only, only pistols, and so on). SSG Gamertag: KSI Stuttgart Reason: Great player and works really hard. From what I hear from long time members, our division may be in a rough spot right now but I think he will get us on the right path. He was also very fun to play with in my first custom Halo Reach game night. LT - Ksi Mong0 4th LT Reason: I think that KSI Mong0 should be LT of the month because he was there for my recruiting process and was there for me as a mentor, friend, and a good guy to play video games with from day 1. Roman is online 24/7 and if he is not online he is still communicating through text and the forums. Heck this guy goes on vacation with his Xbox. Of late I have been contacting Roman with transfers, meetings and other things and he is quick, to the point and always deals with the problem with NO favoritism [doesn't always work out for me ]. Roman has repetitively given me advice and he's the first one to say good job and thank you. In other words this man is a very hard working Div leader and can't wait to see where he ends up, because I know it will be at the top. Vicious is just that guy that deeply cares for what he stands for. Anything this man is affiliated with, you know his 100% dedication will be implied. It's crazy to think that Vicious is only my founder because he has guided me in such a right direction. Not only am I a better person because of him, I'm a better member, general and friend to my guys and everyone I meet. Vicious will go so far out of this way to make something better, it's insane. Currently he is holding a tournament that will pay the winner (a six man team) 4800 points. That is $60 if my math is correct. I asked him how he could spend that much on other people he's never even met. His response was selfless: "I don't care hum much it is, what's a few bucks to get everyone united to see some fresh competition as well as making new friends." This man is a KSI legend. But as the title says I'm going with the person that has worked the hardest this month. Ghettovet, as I call him, is a newly appointed General, and was major before this for quite sometime. Ghettovet is the man in charge at Alpha. If you didn't know, Alpha was not doing well. Just one of those times that people leave and all that nonsense. So who would ever want to be in charge of a squad that is deemed to fail, and thus be the one to go down with the ship? Ghettovet. Not only does he want to be in charge but ghettovet wants to succed. Not one time when he was trying to make General did I hear him say it wasn't fair, I can't do it, I need help; no. He wants it to succed, to prosper. KSIxXxAtree86Xx is that one guy that you all know. You know, that guy that plays all the sports, but when he's got free time he's playing video games. He works hard and everyone seems to love him. I'm going to cut straight to the point. Atree is going to be a future leader of KSI. This kid is freakin crazy. Gets up everyday at like 7am, gets on xbox to recruit/mentor, goes to football practice, gets home for an hour to recruit/mentor, goes to baseball scrimiage, comes home to xbox to play with everyone, goes to baseball again, comes home and plays, recruits and mentors till midnight, 1am. HE DOES THIS EVERYDAY. It is crazy to think that one kid can do so much. If you asked what inspired him, it was me and my mouth. He said that one time I mentioned a list of names that everyone can look to and see as someone they can rely on, and he was not on that list. Like magic this guy blew up. He never seems to not be apart of something that I host or recomend. He never seems to not be online or recruiting and mentoring. Recently I split my squad into a new one. And I proudly sent Atree there because I know that wherever he goes good things will come of it. Not only is he one of my hardest workers but my best friends. This guy will go at no end to help build the squad he is in and I'll be damned to not see him at the next General spot after they split. Atree deserves this award for his dedication and his spirit. Amuse recruits, mentors and takes apart of every single part of KSI. Its crazy that every where I go on the forums I see his name; giving advice, expressing his opinion or just creating conversation. He works extremly hard whether its midnight or noon. I see him in a party with someone new everyday and he brings his recruits to meet me. Not only is he doing his job but he goes up and out of his way when he does it. Great member and a great person. Want to know something crazy? He's been in my squad for 10 days... I shouldn't even have to say more. KSI cole 6 is kookoo for KSI. Just like the cocopuffs comercial, Cole is nutz about KSI. He is a Captain of mine in Impulse and I can't think of any other member this month that deserves this award from my point of view. Has one of the highest and most accurate recruit/mentor count in KSI. Impulse TW for the longest time was in the 60's and 70's. I told all my members at one meeting that I need help, I need you guys, I want to split. Hearing this Cole 6 was new to my squad off of a fresh transfer and was looking to do some damage. As my 1st lieutenant I saw no problem in ranking this member up immediatly because of the work he was doing. I told him he was a great asset to our squad and saw no reason to promote him again if the work continued. He responed with recruiting and mentoring. BOOM. He was a 2nd captain before I knew it and our squad was in the 90's. I couldn't belive it. I asked for helped and few responded like Cole did. He literally recruited 15 or twenty of the last 40 members to come into KSI. He didn't just recruit and mentor but he did it in a way that would inspire any new members to come be apart of KSI and love it just as much as he did. One member even posted on the forums how happy he was that Cole showed him the way in. Whether it is the most mundane things that a Senior. Director has to deal with or the bigger issues, she deals with them accordingly. She does an amazing job trying to improve KSI and her efforts do go noticed. She is a selfless,helpful person that you can just talk to about your division or about yourself. I know she has greatly helped many people become splendid leaders aspiring to be at her caliber some day.
