Category: Division Leader of the Year Gamertag: KSI Venum 7 Link: @VENUM 7 Reason: I do believe Venum is deserving of this reward. He is always on top of his duties, putting in the hard work to make our Division (DW) the best it can possibly be. While at the same time, he has shown himself down to Earth, and a great friend to have in your corner. He is shown himself to be a fountain of knowledge, and eager to share it. He is always around and approachable, is always willing to talk to you and help you, and in general just a great guy to be around. I dont think there is ever a time Venum isnt online and be productive with his Division. Im glad to have had the Honor to meet Venum and I wouldnt have made it this far if it wasnt for him. More than anything, this is truely why I believe Venum is if not the best candidate for the award Div Leader of the Year. Category: General of the Year Gamertag: KSI Starset 7 Link: @KSI Starset 7 Reason: While I served under Starset 7 while he was General of Elysium DW, he showed to me what it means to be a great Officer and Leader. He busted his ass for his squad, and made it seem like possibly one of the best places to be. That squad has become like a family, and surely he made it that way. He also has been Mentor for me, and worked with me to the best of his ability to make me the best officer I can be. He always held me to a higher standard and I want to show him I have what it takes. At the same time while being a amazing KSI member, he has shown himself to me he is a man, that is also as friendly is be, he also became a great friend over my stay in KSI, he is always there when I need him. Without a doubt Starset is a well rounded individual and this is why I believe is deserving of this award, Gen of the Year.

This person spreads themselves across everywhere. Joining parties when invited to answer questions, helping squads grow and split, working with the officers on being ready or the squads with growth or being ready for a split as well as advising a good direction to take. KSI Tiger77 cares about WD and has its best interests at heart. This is the type of member everyone can rely on and know we will succeed as a whole. Whether it be common knowledge, a situation, or building on someone’s leadership skills this member is there for everybody personal or KSI. This member makes short work of the day to day tasks and squad goals. Always there for everyone he’s here to help things be fun, smooth, and safe. This member is well rounded whether it be training a officer to make sure they are up to standards, Working with officers on how to become successful leaders, sticking around to game and have fun, or correcting issues within the squad. Caring about others before himself he’s someone you count on a task to get done. Reliable, knowledge, strong, and has the integrity to uphold it all. A good example of a core officer and leader. He is no nonsense and runs Samurai with a firm hand. He is knowledgeable about KSI and makes sure his officers are knowledgeable as well. He makes sure his staff knows what they need to do each day and each week. He makes sure his squad stays active, and has fun. MOTO Works toward helping his squad grow by hosting recruiting parties and he works right beside his officers. MOTO is the kind of General that keeps his squad runs smoothly. I feel he is deserving of this award because he takes real pride in his work.

He gives you the confidence you need to succeed by letting you learn for yourself but at the same time knows when to step in. Everything he has touched in KSI has turned to gold. He spends the time to get to know the members of the division and isn’t afraid to make changes that people might not like to in turn better everything across the board. I came into WD on the same day King did and I can honestly say the place I wanted to transfer to because of the great member retention has become a place where everyone wants to be. I now have the honor to be in the Join area where he gave me the tools to succeed. He always makes himself available when I have a question. My hats off to this guy. Thank You for always taking my ideas into account and making me feel like I mean something to KSI. No matter where the road takes us. This member is always there when you have a question and ready to take shift action if something needs to be handled. This member hasn’t changed at all since the first day I met him in the Samurai Savage days to now. He has his hand in areas in KSI, PO/Clan Ops/AAP/Join Area. These are the places I see him on top of his game and trying to make these places better for KSI moving forward. My experience in the community wouldn’t of been the same without you here. Tiger is one of the most approachable people I know and her reach goes far beyond WD. She is always reaching out to members that need help. Sometimes even before that member even realizes that they need a little extra help in the first place. I have found myself lost more then a few times and Tiger has been their to give me the uplift I need by having a open ear. By not just listening to what I was saying, but also by making changes. She proudly wears WD on her cape going out daily to strive to make her division better then the day before. I strongly believe that if Tiger wasn’t in the division that WD wouldn’t be half as great as it is today. Always leading by example by not asking anyone to do anything she wouldn’t do herself. Keep up the great work that you do for KSI and just remember at the end of the day that I appreciate your hard work and dedication to the place I call home. She is always putting her best foot forward by picking applications up when needed and getting them completed in a timely matter if complications don’t arise. But if they do she does her best to figure out if these members are the right fit for the community. She just got promoted to senior Join moderator and I honestly don’t think their is anyone else I would want to work side by side with. Keep up the great work that you do for the department and just remember all those headaches were worth it to keep the community safe.

He fills in everywhere including subbing in gamenights for officers who cant make it to keep moral and activity high in the division. And if he is not hosting a gamenight he is visiting and participating in several through the night. He still goes on recruiting parties with officers to help and encourage them. He has been acting GEN in 3 or more squads to keep them going (not at once of course) and to make them healthy again. He never shreaks back from responsibility but faces it head on even if it's not the popular or easy way out. He continually checks in with ALL officers no matter what their rank is to make sure they are doing ok and have all the tools they need. When he sees a need he quickly responds for example, all our Destiny 2 players were scattered throughout the div and didn't know what eachother was doing. He started servers on discord to connect them to their specific missions. This has helped tremendously. During the events he is constantly going to each individual member of an over 400 member division trying and helping them to participate. If they aren't on the forums he is right there helping them to log on and if they are he helps them register for events or vote. These are just a very few examples of how he goes above and beyond to make DM one of the greatest divs in KSI. She makes her way around and plays regularly with all the squads. Even with as busy as she is in web ops she never is not doing her job in clan ops. She recruits, she clears recruits she host gamenights she is constantly at gamenights, she encourages and builds teams for WW and Events and represents in these all the time. She will download a new game just because members in her div play it and she wants them to feel included. She is constantly in Discord chat making herself known to others in the div. She is very special and brings her own unique talents to DM. Definitely deserves this award

Director KSI Gruntier 7 @KSI Gruntier 7 The man is amazing. He's always there with whatever's needed, whether it's a joke to keep the party light & fun, or the occasional serious talk. Gruntier is a prime example of quality leadership in KSI. He's smart, calm, and level-headed, no matter what happens he never overreacts. Grunt even makes time to participate in the Education Department and shares his knowledge to all those lucky enough to meet him. He truly embodies what KSI Leadership should look like and is someone I look up to greatly. And lest we not forget, he won the August 2019: Director OTM! Division Leader KSIxROMEO 7 @KSIxROMEO 7 Romeo is the epitome of what leaders in KSI should strive to be. He is the lynchpin of DM and is instrumental in raising its next generation of leaders. He's constantly online with DM's 400+ members and is always imparting knowledge. Whether he's at work, home, or on the road, Romeo is always down to join a party and hang out. He's the kind of smart, savvy, no nonsense leader that KSI needs. Romeo has been a mentor to myself and many others throughout DM. Showing people his thought processes and helping others make difficult decisions. Romeo is constant in DM and epitome of excellence. Lastly, Romeo has also racked up a lot of incredible awards this year. Outstanding Service 1 & 2, Div Leader of the Month, Novice, Pro, and Master Recruiter, and he was also inducted into DM's Divisional Hall of Fame! General KSI WHISKEY 7 @KSI WHISKEY 7 Whiskey is the man! Full of fantastic ideas and the knowledge to implement them. Things like Wrath Reach Week have been a great success in DM. Where his squad, Wrath, does a Joint gamenight with each of the 5 other DM squads. Whiskey does a lot for his squad and DM as a whole. A go-to guy for my random ideas that I want to bounce off of someone, and always an absolute blast in parties. He's received a number of FANTASTIC nominations over the course of the year, but hasn't been lucky enough to earn an award for it. Despite coming dangerously close on numerous occasions. He's recruited like a mad man, over 60 people this year alone. He even created & implemented an entire training program for upcoming Staff Sergeants. Whiskey has been a spectacular General for a good portion of 2019, and it's time he get some recognition. Lieutenant KSI JAK KNIFE 7 @KSI JAK KNIFE 7 Jak is the heart and soul of Hellborn. He knows virtually every member, most better than myself. A true workhorse, Jak would host 7 gamenights a week if I let him. Jak has also been in KSI for 4 years, and his considerable knowledge has been spread throughout Hellborn's members and Officer Staff. He recruits like an absolute machine, is constantly sharing his knowledge and vast KSI experience, and he's always there online. I know that sounds like a small thing, but just by simply being online so much he's been able to reach out and meet so many members of Hellborn. He spent about 5 months as a LT in Hellborn before finally receiving his well-earned promotion Captain. He's continued his excellent work as a Captain and I know he'll make a phenomenal General in the future. SSGT KSI Zordon @KSI Zordon Well here's a guy who started his KSI career off with a bang! Earning Member OTM in his very first month with KSI, KSI Zordon was promoted to SSGT soon afterwards and hasn't stopped pushing. Zordon is constantly online and available for his members, even when at work he'll show up to Squad Meetings or Gamenights. He's grown a lot in his time with KSI. Jumping on top of every promotion & (quality) recruit he can get his hands on. KSI Zordon was the easily the best SSGT I saw all year and has been an even better Lieutenant. And I can't wait to see what his KSI Career holds in the future! Member KSIDntAskImAwfl @KSIdontask DontAsk, better known as Pam, has held a LOT of different ranks this year. From SGT to General and everything in between. She's a mentor to ALL of DM. She taught me just about every KSI thing I know. From how to host a gamenight or how do recruitung/promotions, even little things like reaching out to members and just caring for each and every person we meet. Regardless of rank or position. No matter who you are or where you're at Pam will make time to talk to you and help you out with anything, KSI or irl related. DontAsk is easily the single most positive person in ALL of KSI. Constantly upbeat and with a positive spin on things, Pam is always overflowing with love and compassion for DM & KSI. So much so that she was elected Spirit Week Queen for 2019! Also this year Pam earned Outstanding Service 1, and she was inducted into DM'S Divisional Hall of Fame! Department Head KSI Airborne 7 (AAP) @Airborne Since being given the reins to AAP, Airborne has totally revamped AAP and pumped new life into an old Department. From creating new awards to engage more members to training up the AAP Staff, he's a phenomenal job with the Awards and Achievements Program and it shows. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next with AAP!

He is always there when you need him, day or night. The work he does daily keeps all moving forward and he is a wealth of information. Ronin has work really hard this year in many areas, making KSI a fun and safe place to be. I can readily say he has helped members work and recognize their “WHY” in KSI and many of us are very grateful to him for that. The man is a walking dictionary when it comes to the inner working of KSI and he is never short on solutions to problems that arise within the squads. He is an outstanding mentor, leader and all around friend to many and has been so throughout the year. He oversees the entire division and all that it encompasses on a daily basis and still makes time to listen to each member and officer that raps on his door. He is quite adept in conflict resolution and takes the time to fully understand both sides of any problem. Romeo is a very strong leader and members and officers alike look to him for guidance and direction daily. He has worked diligently throughout the year to make the division and the squads contained within them a safe and fun place to be. Over the past year she has survived a major shake up in her division and come out on the other side a leader. She brought her squad to a split and followed through with determination to keep her squad on solid ground. Her performance as a 7 has only enhanced the leader she is shaping to be. She is very knowledgeable and is a good communicator, her recruiting skills hold many in awe. Her work with productions is always entertaining, as is her participation in any given game night. Her bubbly infectious personality makes gaming in KSI fun. She has also received GEN of the Month award this year. He is always 1st in line to cover any event, game night, meeting there is in his squad. He is a very supportive stand up officer who helps mentor his squad members at every bend in the road. He is very outspoken and readily digs in for what is the good of the squad. He is a great and dependable asset as an officer. I have watched this woman grow into a strong confident officer in so many different ways. She is such a kind and humble person who works daily and hard for her squad. She is diligent in making sure things are in order and usually the first to step up to the plate to help out in any way she can. She deserves this award for the growth and strides she has made in this past year as an officer. We all can take a page from her book and strive to be a better person each new day.
