He gives a new meaning to raging honestly. He also somehow always becomes the center of attention in any party. He brings the drama but not without comedy. I will witness for Hatter! Since meeting Hatter back in 2013 she has always been exuberant! Hatter is the mother to everyone and what comes with mamas? A lotta mama drama! One of my favorite things about her is that she tells it like it is. She isn't going to give you a lollipop and kiss your boo boos every time you make a mistake but, she will let you know what she thinks. Working in the News Department has been a lot of fun. No wonder she made co-head you can't not notice her presence. She is always there to answer questions, help with anything you need and most importantly has gobs of integrity! He helped it rise to glory and always had a way of being everyone's biggest motivator. At the Gens meetings he liked to make them fun and interactive and to issue his Gary's(a challenge he sent out to one member of each squad every week.)and really inspired every individual to work hard. Best of all if an individual didn't meet a goal they were met with encouragement that they can still make it happen. Gary has been a motivation and an inspiration to never give up. I have only recently got to work closely with him on a squad level. Havoc has the ability to harness and notice the natural talent and leadership in a person. Through this talent many leaders have risen in our division and he has become a well respected individual throughout each squad and the entire community as a whole. He has always offered support to me and been a mediator when I have had a misunderstanding or disagreement with others. King is dependable and caring and a great leader of this beloved community. She cares about people as individuals and is always a mother figure to anyone she can reach. She takes KSI seriously and she always makes sure people know they are a person and they matter. Minion has a talent for recognizing her peers and absorbing all of the information given to her and using it to inspire others. She is selfless and kind and in spite of how hard her year has been she never lost site of why we are here and what her purpose is in this community. I have been working with him since he joined and he has always been a hard worker in this department. When he was promoted to Editor he hit the ground running on innovating and elevating each section and program to its highest potential. As he became Co-head then eventually the Head of the department he began to implement his ideas and created HSI. Not only did he want to encompass History but, also the Information and statistics to have a counting record of what's happening in our community so years later we can look back and see where we have come on a community level. December continues to be available to each member of News and HSI and always keeps an open to new and innovative ideas. He is always bringing them to the table himself. At times she was one of the only members still pushing for this Department to succeed. She went through and completely revamped the History and eventually the HSI sections on the forums. She is always available to help answer questions for members of the department and has helped it reach its full potential. December is always extremely helpful. Regardless of the time of day or the question. He has more things to do then I can wrap my head around but he always makes time to go out of his way to help anyone and everyone he meets. As a member of the News Department he has personally answered many questions for me. Also, he is a great go to for anything AAP related. December is what this community is all about! He brings positivity and enthusiasm to every task that he puts his mind to. Personally I have watched him raise from a News writer to the Head of News and History and he is always coming up with new ideas and ways to innovate. He is always the voice of confidence, reason, and understanding to those in HSI and News. Honestly, I really have zero clue how he finds time in his day to accomplish all that he does for KSI. Even though he is in many Departments and Clan Ops he still finds time to have a conversation when needed and play a game with those around him. December's performance in every aspect in KSI can only be described as outstanding. There are few people who enter this community that make an impact quite like he has. I will witness for Venum. I met Venum back in March when I was looking to rejoin KSI. He was always very welcoming and friendly to me while I was coming back into KSI and still to this day maintains that very of integrity. Venum has been my Co-Founder since he was promoted. I was an LT when he first started over Hannibal and he has taken the time always to listen to my concerns and help me improve my skills as an officer. If I ever need advice he is one of the people I turn to. As a General under him he is understanding and always willing to help. He works with my officers and tries to challenge us all. Venum does everything with a smile and enjoys coming online every day to help out everyone. He is always there when I am not able to host a meeting and always takes time to game with my members. Venum is caring and a friend to anyone who crosses his path. He most certainly deserves this recognition for his accomplishments. Everyone in DW respects him because of how he presents himself and represents KSI in a very positive way as it should always be shown. I can definitely contribute a lot of credit to Venum for always challenging and helping me grow as I have been climbing the ranks again in KSI.
