King has really inspired me these past few months. He has been transforming one of our squads that has been struggling very badly. He is doing anything necessary to get them back in working order, even reaching out to other squads to get help with whatever the squad needs. He is really unifying our division as a whole by doing this. King has been our liaison through the rollout of PO workshops. This could have been very difficult but, he made it smooth and a very easy adjustment for our division. Also, as a Performance Officer over DW he implemented the Welcoming Committee. Even though his schedule makes it harder to get together with everyone he still finds time to make it happen. If I had to choose a word to describe King I would use perseverance. He perseveres through any adversity and is a staple that keeps together this division.

During Spirit Week he has assured everyone is informed of the events they signed up for. He placed in the top for WW2 ffa and brought us home a win For Halo. He is always in parties with members, always willing to assist a member from a potential recruit to someone in a division, to one of the officers in his squads. Havoc also knows when to put on his business hat and have those serious conversations, even if they are painful for him to have. He has also been assisting members with spirit week and the forums. Meanwhile still finding time for his duties as Head of PO. I have known Havoc for a very long time in Xbox years! When my friend from a previous community told me I should join KSI, I was really unsure if I wanted to do this "clan thing" again. So I decided to stick around and game for a month and gather if I wanted to be a part of a community again. At the time Havoc was a LT in Lethal DM and was very inviting and encouraging. Havoc has a spark that he carries everywhere he goes. That spark lit a fire in me and got me involved in this community in which I ended up finally joining into Menace DM. My general was not around due to loss of internet, Havoc was that mentor for me, as I learned I came into a dying squad, he advised me. Havoc was the best mentor a person could ask for, he has always been inspirational, even before he grew up the ranks you could see that there was something special about him as a leader. He was born into it. He was much more shy back then(surprising I know!) but still he lead the pack and quickly rose to General of his squad. He continued to be my mentor and continued to advise me as I got to work reviving the squad as much as I could as a beginner in KSI. I got very lucky, Havoc was promoted to my Co-Founder and helped save my squad by merging us into his original squad and splitting us back out to make 2 stable squads. It worked! Both squads went on to do very well for a long time, even continuing on to a split. Everything influenced by the mind blowing presence that is KSI Havoc 7. He molded me into a Co-Founder and without him I would never have joined. I can't even count how many people have called him a mentor throughout the years. Too many to count. I left KSI and was gone for years, the one person who stuck in my mind was Havoc. I sent him a friend request and of course he worked his Havoc spell and convinced me to rejoin. He is still the leader he was before, except better! I didn't actually think I would ever say that because it seems really impossible but, it is true. Talking to him years later he has grown and developed more as a person, more comfortable and confident but still, exudes that illusive flame that all leaders in KSI strive to keep alight. Always inspiring, always helpful, always there for his squads and for any member in need. As if that is not enough I have had the pleasure to work with Havoc as he was head of T&E back in 2014-2015, Havoc was a very active and friendly leader who was fair and innovative. He entrusted me to become Senior staff and worked closely with the team to keep us unified and all working as one force. Fast-forward to today, Havoc is very involved with PO, always open to new Ideas and always trying to innovative and enrich all of KSI through this department. He also works in HR, solving the tough issues that the majority of people don't know how to deal with, nor do they want to! Havoc however is a fearless leader, he is humble, he is well respected and deserves this award for these reasons.

Sunday, May 13th at 9 pm KSI Harmony 7 will be hosting a Play Skyrim party! This is an innovation on the idea of a gamenight. We will all join the party and launch Skyrim! I was there the day True Joined KSI, she was recruited into my squad. So fresh faced and ready to lead. I watched her grow through the ranks as I was promoted and she really impressed me with her passion. I left KSI for years, returning I was surprised to see a familiar face. True is now a respected 7 in KSI and I witness her wisdom and knowledge are outstanding. She was there to train me into the News team. Quickly as I started to meet others in the community I realized how much people respect her, how much I respect her. True is always there to answer a question. No longer Fresh faced but, a Truely strong leader! She comes to the table with passion and devotion and continues to bring fresh and innovative ideas to this community.

I have personally been one of those people affected in a positive light my him. He is always helping with questions and he is a resource of knowledge, a KSI dictionary.
