Well the real question is what hasn't he done. he's been very patient and understanding of me through my transition and leave and has helped me in many ways... I was in a dark place and mpliers and a few others talked to me and invited into this family... I have a lot of love and respect for this man for everything he's done for me and this community. I can't think of anyone else more deserving. He does his job very well as a founder plus t&e. He has a lot on his plate and keeps his head up while also putting smiles on everyone's face around him (and a lot of laughter as well lol). He taught so much in so little time... If it wasn't for him I wouldn't understand how the forums work let alone understand the infrastructure of this community he's taught me a lot and for that I have a new found respect for him and the community. I extremely appreciate his patience and understanding... like I said doc is one hell of a teacher and I respect the time and effort of dumbing down some stuff for me lol. He has a very strenuous job and some underestimate how much he really does he is practically the backbone to a lot of the stuff right here on the forums. He does his job and exceeds expectations in my book And in many others book as well.
