I think there are two sides to every story in a situation like this. I don't feel comfortable taking accusations about a div lead and the 7's staff into account when we don't have the other half... and I don't think that is really in our job description. Another factor here, as Kalakoi stated above,  is that she has only been in the community for a few months.
This right here?? This should have been sent all the way up the line for the Seniors or the BoD to handle. I don't know for sure if it was, but I never heard of it while I was a director. Again, it's another thing to think about, and unless there is documented proof, I don't feel comfortable adding that to make my decision.

all jokes aside, I'm still busy with work and school so, not that anyone should have their Hope's up, don't get your hopes up, I'm looking for a safe environment to be able to socialize and have fun to relax and take a break from the stresses that come with work and school and such.
