Category - Senior Leader Gamertag - KSI ImPyyy 7 Forums Link: @impyyy Reasons they deserve this award - ImPyyy's influence is large as our CDM. ImPyyy has made every department great and have a vital part of KSI and bringing them all together. Fairly recently ImPyyy got inducted into the Hall Of Fame along with KSI Doctor 7 this is because ImPyyy's contributions have been large as he is a huge part of these forums and a huge mentor to many. ImPyyy provides all departments opportunities and advice when he can and then when he isn't doing that he is helping on these very forums or participating in a KSI event or just talking to our members. ImPyyy shows his Knowledge by being a helpful mentor to many. He shows his Strength by leading the forums, departments, and KSI in general in a better direction in some way or form. Last he shows his integrity by staying strong and being a friend and leader through our toughest time he handles everything with motivation and positivity that I have seen no other leaders approach a situation like that. Category - Forums Staff (Mods, Senior Mods, Admins) Gamertag - KSI RiiOT 7 Forums Link: @KSI RiiOT 7 Reasons they deserve this award - RiiOT is one of the biggest contributors and active members of our forums. Proof of this is he is always on top of section mods and made areas much cleaner as I have noticed that many areas used to be a mess but now are quite organized. He also pushes activity and helps keep it up by keeping these forums clean and organized for us to have as nice of forums we have today. Everything would take much longer and be harder to do if we didn't have somebody so dedicated to strive to make these forums improve. Category - Department Head Gamertag - KSI True 7 Forums Link: @True 7 Reasons they deserve this award - This was tough because the 2 departments I'm in have the greatest Heads and Co-Heads that are both very capable leaders and deserve their spot and own it. I choose True because she has taught me and many others so much in such short time. While True isn't being a Moderator, Senior Director, or working in real life (and a ton of other stuff) she is the Head of News and while she gets little time sometimes the time she has she gives us wise words and inspiration or simply makes us laugh while tweaking some things that really help. She has made all the right decisions that have helped both News and History and always makes sure we are fine with it and agree with it while understanding fully. She does this not only because she wants the best for the team but at one time the team had almost disappeared believe it or not and I believe True pushes herself to never let that happen again. I believe while we have many vital members of this team they might not be vital had True not been here in times of need as the team could probably be in shambles had she not dragged this team and said no we are not going to die we are going strive and thrive. True's leadership helps out tons of people and I'm glad things have worked how they are today. Category - Writer Gamertag - KSI Widow 7 Forums Link: @KSI Widow 7 Reasons they deserve this award - Widow was always ahead of me in my opinion as I always have just sat here and thought of ideas and wrote some articles that were decent (Like I said in my opinion ) Meanwhile Widow was there when there was only 4 of us and only 3 of us were active. he was the motivation and never gave up she gave me faith in leading the History team and now I'm not the only member and progress may be slow but it is growing and it is amazing! Anyways Widow has also come up with some great ideas but most of all when you think you're done with your article... You really aren't until Widow has edited it because from all the times I've seen Widow give advice and edit it has turned everything from Silver to Gold. Her contributions to the News Team have helped immensely as now we have a great News and History team and she deserves a large chunk of the victory cake even if we aren't finished succeeding yet.
