Reasoning why they deserve this- Man this guys is a great leader, I seen kratos grow as a leader everyday, since he transferred over to LS he been a great help with not only with his great organization skills, but his positivity, his passion for LS , and his love for the members that are in not only his squad , but his Division. Seeing him grow , I’m proud and excited to see where he goes for his future in KSI , he definitely deserves this award

Why: I always want to excel more at what I do. I have patients lives in my hands and each time I walk in the door I want to do the best that I can for them. Working in dialysis is tough and something new is always coming out, if I keep excelling then I'm improving on how I take care of my patients.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This member has gone above and beyond for LS. Being our only 7 staff he has been keeping us below him motivated on moving forward through the struggles we have faced. He's pushed me to come out of my bubble and show the work that I can do. He's the heart of LS and without him the division would have crumbled. He's a humble leader and somebody who I enjoy working with on regrowing LS.

Reasoning why the deserve this - She has been an amazing general over Trocity. She makes sure that her officers are not only doing their work but also having fun once in a while. She has overcame a lot of challenges that have faced the squad but has overcame them to the point that the squad is getting close to splitting. She has been dedicated to not only the squad but the division as well. She is a role model on not giving up when things get tough as a general.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Since he has been in Trocity he has brought a new light to the officers. He's a person that gets stuff done when it needs to be done. He bonds with the members and is always fun. I can't wait to see this guy move further up in leadership and keep his hard work as well as dedication going for this community, division, and his squad.

Reasoning why they deserve this - She has worked very hard to make sure LS stays a float! We've had some rough patches, especially the last few months, and she never lost passion or pride in us. She's about business, but doesn't make it feel like it. She's great to work with and full of helpfulness and knowledge. Any problem you have you can bring to her and she will do her best to help you out! She's been dealing with the pressure of her higher ups coming down on her cause we're kinda lacking, and stays positive and glowing bright.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Swagg has been an amazing Cofounder. Before he was promoted he was helping other squads get on their feet and making sure people are feeling welcomed and properly trained. Since he's become CoFounder he has helped Trocity and we have grown more, seen a massive jump in activity and overall happiness. He's always willing to help train and promote people even though it's not his job, and always host workshops for new and old members. He seems to always be working and having fun at the same time and doesn't tire. If not for Swagg Trocity was facing being merged. He's helped us get back on track and pushing forward.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Tac0 has done great job of balancing his Physics class and being an Officer. He's online doing his duties and homework at the sametime. I know its a stress on him but he's still training and helping people. Anything you ask of him he gets done. Even in the process of moving he was able to still get a hold of members and do what needs to be done. His drive and focus is an example to us all. Cause... SCREW PHYSICS lol.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Kratos joined Trocity shortly after we lost about 15 members, to events we won't speak of, and came in ready to help and do what it takes to get the job done.he had no idea the trouble we were in and He's helped get activity up and training new members and offers to help with even the most menial(spelling? Lol) of tasks. We were hit again a few days ago and his passion for the squad has grown even more. Since he's come here he has been a great help to this squad. He's has GREAT potential to be come a great leader and i can't wait to see what he will do!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Since Walnut was recruited in his fire has burned bright. Before he was off the recruit tag he changed his GT. When i asked why he said "KSI Is my first community/clan and if im going to join I should give It my all" Since he's joined, thats what he has done, ove never seen someone like him before. he passed everyone that already had recruits in the contest we were holding and all of his recruits have changed their names and become great additions to the family. This  man is a recruiting machine. And now that he is a ssgt he's become a recruiting/training/learning machine.  When we got hit a few days ago by TSB he went a recruited and replaced the memebers within 12 hours of being poached. He's a retainer of knowlesge and a great member of this community. I cannot wait to see what his officer path has for him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Since Joining LS, I have seen the passion that this man has for his division and his members. I haven't seen a div leader jump from party to party to hang out with their members in a long time and Akame does this each day. His div has taken a lot of hits but his spirit hasn't been crushed by it but encourages his members to keep striving and to not give up. He is a leader to definitely look up to and I certainly do.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Coming into this squad I could see the struggles that she has been dealing with. KSI BlazeCoMay has been in KSI just as long as I have if not a little longer. When I first joined KSI she was one of the first people I met and when I met her she greeted me with excitement and was inclusive. Even after being in KSI for a while she continued to greet me with that excitement and continued to be inclusive when it came to parties and playing games. She is this way to all people in the squad especially the new recruits. Greeting them with that excitement and making sure that she hangs out with them. BlazeCoMy does not only greet people with excitement but she also is very active. She makes a good effort to show up to all gamenights no matter what the game is. She also invites people in the squad to parties or joins them on a regular basis just to see if they want to play something or hangout.

Reason why they deserve this award:
KSI MeShell 7 has only been my squads General for a few months but in those few months, she has gone above and beyond to get our squad back on track. MeShell makes sure that the officers have eveything they need in order to help run squad activities and keep people engaged with the squad. She will even go out on recruiting nights with her officers to help us try and bring new recruits into our squad. Not only does she do everything she can to make sure officers have everything and to keep the squad running, but she also finds time to interact with the squad and she does this a lot. She attends almost every gamenight and she will invite people to parties or join parties throughout the day just to see how people are doing and if she does not see them on Xbox she will send a message in the squad chat on discord. She is a very dedicated General when it comes to KSI.

Reason why they deserve this award:
KSI Kratos18 was the very first person I met from KSI and he welcomed me to this community. Kratos I quickly learned was a person who cared about this community and the people in it and it showed. He always invites members no matter if they from a different squad or not to a party just to see how they are doing. If he noticed someone was having a bad day he would always ask if they were alright and if they wanted to talk about. He was a very easy person to come to when you wanted to talk. Kratos also always attended peoples gamenights and urged others to join in as well, he still does this. When it came to his officer duties Kratos was very passionate about what he did and he loved doing it. One thing that stands out to me the most is that Kratos is not a quitter. Even after multiple setbacks, he continued to be an officer in KSI which I personally think shows his perseverance. Kratos is both an officer and person that I personally look up to and I know others do as well.

Reasons they deserve this award - The past few weeks Kratos and I have gotten to know each other and the way we run as officers, I have never met someone so willing to help out the squad and go out of their way for the members other then Kratos. On a daily basis Kratos plays with the members and keeps a calm cool head even when they make him loose his rank in Ranked. The past few weeks I have seen Kratos grow more and more with the squad learning who needs what and how to deal with little problems that may occur in the squad. The past weekend the Americans had their Thanksgiving and KSI had their Turkey bowl, even though our general gave us the week off Kratos seen some non-American members playing alone and invited them to the games and parties to hang out so they wouldn't feel alone. We recently had a member in our squad that was approached by some former members of KSI now threatening to DDOS him and the other members on his friends list, even tho it was Thanksgiving Kratos went and did a security check for the whole squad with the assistance of two other members to make sure that no one's holiday would be effected by immature children. Kratos is an amazing officer and I can't wait but grow with him and the squad and learn more from.

Reasons they deserve this award:
So lets be honest, Kitty and I haven't always gotten along in fact there was a time where Kitty and I hated each other and for no good reason. (Our personalities are too close in my opinion) The past year Kitty and I have worked together in T&E and that was the only place we were "forced" to work together in, honestly I am so happy we did! In the past year Kitty has been my go to cat when I need anything, my questions in T&E were always straight to her, questions on awards I would go to her, damn even questions on being a better member or officer I went to kitty, she had every right to blow me off due to our past. Kitty never did though she was ALWAYS professional. Kitty has always been a member that any member can go to about anything. In T&E I do all I can to make things easier for her because she bends over backwards for us, there is no place in KSI where I don't see Kittys name pop up, there is no doubt in my mind that Kitty deserve this award, in fact she deserves more then this! I am so happy I met Kitty and to call her not only a friend but a mentor I hope to continue to learn form Kitty as the days go on.

Reasons they deserve this award: First lets go back about a year, Bryan (YAMAT0 aka God Zeus) had two BEAUTIFUL babes! With the task of new born twins, Bryan never gave up on KSI let alone a squad who hasn't always been at the top of the charts. Since returning to DM and joining DISCORD I have been under YAMAT0's command, and I am a little too suborn to admit I have learned a lot from him, and more then anything patience, Bryan has done more then keep a squad that isn't always doing the best, together but keeps his members active, when Bryan and I met I wasn't his biggest fan but after a year of getting to know him and what he does as a gen  I have so much respect for this man!
