It is indeed a great pleasure to be able to take time out and witness about Kami and this award. I have been very lucky to get to know him through diff departments and things but the best thing I can say about him is he is a true gift to KSI. No matter how long it may go without us talking or having anything to deal with KSI related, he always knows exactly when I need encouragement. He always does just the right thing to lift my mood and to help me keep going. As you all may not know, member retention is my first love in KSI because I strongly believe in this gaming community, what it stands for and the need for it. Kami is like a ninja with stealth like abilities in this very area, member retention. He puts himself out there for the members and is a constant reminder of what KSI stands for; Knowledge, Strength and Integrity. I feel he deserves this award because he is an incredible example that everyone can learn from Thank you for your time and stay safe

Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIxROMEO 7 (Div Lead/DM) Link to forums account - @KSIxROMEO 7 Reasoning why they deserve this What can I say, this man is amazing in any rank at anytime. As a div lead he takes time for each member and cares for them. He may not want everyone to know it but he is a big teddy bear on the inside. But...his daddy bear can def come out if you mess with his members. He stands and defends the members of his squad. He will even join the LC so that the voice of DM is heard. Which is actually a great thing because he is very smart, has great ideas, and knows how to lead. He is always on and hanging around all squads. He even takes the time for any squad that may need more hand holding attention. He is very well known and accessible to any member, any rank. And every member in DM knows this. He is DM. Cofounder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Shockr 7- (Co-Founder, DM) Link to forums account - @KSI Shockr 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Shockr has been amazing every sense he stepped up to help our division out when we lost a couple of our 7's. He didn't hesitate to get right in and involved helping the members and officer staff during a rough seas type time. Him and MeShell, who was the remaining 7 at the time, worked so well and smoothly it basically went almost unnoticed that others left. I feel Shocker def deserves this award for the month of March for going above and beyond the call of duty to help keep DM strong and retain as many members as we did. Honestly, there could of and would of been so many more casualties if KSIxROMEO 7 did not have Shocker to utilize. He has taken the bull by the horns and tackled it to the ground in taking care of business with Sinister squad. He has been up against so many challenges so quickly and never flinched. From a smart mouthed member who was running off members to dealing with a small officer staff and dedicating time to not only get officers but to teach them and help them grow. Been through hell when she lost her higher ups and she kept it together. Honestly, her squad would not still be here if it were not for her with the help of MeShell. She stayed strong and stayed loyal. She fought to retain all the members she could to keep fallout at a minimal. Definitely deserves this award. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI JOE 7 (General - DM/Venom) Link to forums account - @KSI Joe 7 Reasoning why they deserve this KSI Joe 7 is one of the only reasons I stepped out to traverse the ranks in KSI again. When we saw all the work and time our higher ups had to put in for DM we felt it was also our duty to. I have so much IRL going on but when Joe, who also has a tremendous amount of IRL going on, decided to step up and help, he inspired me. He will always be a huge inspiration for any member who gets the pleasure to know him and experience his knowledge and goodness. A true vital part of the heart of KSI

Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - Scorpion0017/ CPL/ DM/Sinister Link to forums account - @Scorpion0017 Reasoning why they deserve this - For 3 years this member has been a vital part in KSI. He is so good at 1. reaching out to members, old and new 2. Helping members with there gaming accomplishments constantly and 3. Well known around the squad in such a positive light, that when I joined, I was so scared to meet him because I thought for sure he was a part of "the cool kids table". So much so, that 2 years later into my KSI experince this is still a running joke. He is very upbeat and positive in every gamenight or party he attends. He supports the officers no matter what squad he is in. When we divided Venom, Joe wanted him in Sinister, and I wanted him to stay in Venom. We (Joe and myself) went round and round. I did not want to lose such a powerful presence in Venom. Needless to say I lost, come on it was Joe 7 lol, and he went to Sinister with Joe and has been a valuable asset to that squad in helping all the old and newest members fit in and understand the inner workings of the squad. The biggest reason he deserves this award is he continues to do the above stated for 3 years without ever having had the recognition or thank you that he very, very much deserves. This is evidence that he does it all for the members and not himself.
