What is my favorite KSI memory? Well, that is kind of a loaded question, with so many years under my belt it is hard to choose. However, my first thought will always be my very first interaction with KSI. How one of their members changed my life forever. I was in a pretty bad place mentally and was on the edge of doing something very ignorant. I got bullied a lot online by not only my brother but random people. Who didn't seem to care how it affects the person on the other side of the mic. Being picked on constantly just because I had been the silent type. Never really understanding how to stand up against those who wronged me. One day I got into a lobby by chance with a KSI NobleKnight, and though he is no longer in KSI. He will forever be someone close to my heart. He stood his ground against several people in the lobby for me and offered to bring me into KSI. I didn't have any of the game types, but that didn't' stop him from trying to introduce me to those around him. So I would have a better gaming experience and meet people who would have my back through anything. I also met a member, named KSI Ronin, who bought me Halo 4 so I may game with them. 

Together these two changed my life and I don't think they know how they saved me on top of it all. When I look back it's because these two started me on this journey with KSI that I am here, and that I am still alive with everyone. Brutal DM was the home that I started in and grew in. I will never forget the first squad, the first friends, or the experience they gave me. Our Ohana meant something and it's a time in KSI that always brings me to tears. Whether it's because the memories are happy, or because I miss the feeling that I had when I was a part of Brutal. Nothing will ever compare to that first meet or the first squad that took me in. Showed me how to be a leader and how to stand up for myself. It is because of them that I am the person that I am today. If I could thank those who grew with me, who showed me what it meant to have a real family I would. Unfortunately most if not all have left KSI before I could return. When I think of the best memories I have from KSI, I think of 2015-2017 as the years that KSI gave me a chance to live again. 

What is your favorite KSI memory?
 
My favorite KSI memory took place in the Productions department, and it was when the Head at the time, KSI Gary 7 asked me if I wanted to be put in charge of the newly revamped Happy Hour show back in 2018, to give me leadership experience in the department. Of course I said yes, and immediately I sprung into action, first I knew I’d need assistance so what I did was ask around the department, finding out who was actually going to be interested. There were multiple people interested, but I decided on a team that I couldn’t have been more happy with. My first choice was at the time one of Productions newest members, and my future successor, KSI MeShell 7. The second choice was KSI Fireheart 7, and this guy was a long term member of Productions at this point at his first year in the department. I picked someone completely new to the area, and someone who has been there forever. Together, we provided a spectacular show for the whole community to watch every Friday Night, and with different games every week to allow all members to join in and play. 

What is your favorite KSI memory?
My favorite KSI memory was when I was put up for Silver Outstanding Service Level 2 and I ended up being awarded Gold Outstanding Service Level 3 from the AAP Department and received both awards on the same day. I was shocked and overwhelmed. Work hard and everything else will follow.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Shell has been an amazing helping hand and has been great as a senior forums mod. Shell still helps us in the join area when we need it, and doesn't just sit on a high horse which is such a great thing to see. The join area is a little slow right now, but that doesn't stop Shell from getting the work done. Awesome to work with her, and brings a great attitude to the team.

I want to personally shout out a few people so bear with me as it is 1am in the morning for me lol
First I want to shout out @KSI Angst thus far he has really put his all in learning how to recruit as well as recruiting three of his good friends who we are lucky to have in this community with us! He is always doing his best and I see great things for him in the future!
I want to shout out @KSI Kat She is such a sweetheart and is always lending a hand to fellow officer staff who are in need. She is such a hard worker and I don't know where are squad would be with out her! Her determination and guidance can be seen from all over the squad and division, I know she will make a wonderful general one day.
A huge shout out to @KSI C0untry and @KSI xLittio they have been amazing writers on the news team, country you are always on time with your work and i can thank you enough for that! With each article you write you get better and I know you will be out writing me! Littio you have been such a big help to me with learning how to edit articles and helping me brainstorm ideas, I couldn't ask for anyone better to help me more than you!
And @KSI T StackG one you are an amazing officer for Wrath and I have a pleasure of working with you in CS! you are knocking News out of the park with just joining recently and i am excited to see more from you!
Lastly i want to shout out my Div CS. We started out small but we are growing each and everyday! With the help our amazing 7 staff, @KSI Swag 77@KSI Uppish 7and @Boootz who work their butts off making sure everything runs smoothly as possible. And to the Gens @KSI JAK KNIFE 7 who works endlessly getting us motivated and doing the same amount of work as his officer staff. To  @Fennyisherewho always is positive with her squad and welcoming to all members, and the New Gen to CS @KSI Shatnerwho I know will make a wonderful leader and will be so successful with us in CS.
I am so proud of you all and the accomplishments you have done thus far, I know you all will continue to great things for this community and be amazing leaders for the future.

Uppish has has been around this community for a long time. He is one of those people to get work done, and then have fun later in his own way. Every time I have seen him work he does it with respect, and with intent to get it done. I've been able to work with uppish in two areas, in the news team and web ops. In the news team uppish was a great head and always helped me out when I needed it, and really kept the news alive and in some ways thriving. He was very short and simple with training me which helped a lot in the long run. In web ops he hasn't been here for very long, but has been doing excellent work in the past few weeks he's been here. He's always eager to pick up an application, also communicates with the team well and shares for love around. In all uppish can been a great leader from when I've worked with him and I think it going to be a great join mod. Uppish deserves this outstanding service for more then what i've listed above I imagine, and I think his time in departments and help running a division is also a very good reason to get this award.

Reasoning Hard working and determination are two of the many things I can say about Littio. Always there to lend a hand, answer a question, and make his presence known each and every day he's out there giving it 110% not only for the betterment of himself but everyone else around him

Reasoning why they deserve this - Littio has definitely stepped up to the plate when he got promoted to a Fourms Mod. He has stepped up and made more of an appearance with the join staff and stayed on top of them if they were making mistakes. He constantly keeps us informed on what’s going on if the join area. He shows interest in learning new things to better not just himself, but everyone under him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Harley has been working around the clock in WD trying to get it back to where it was. She's been doing a great job delegating work to the co-founders, leaving her room to play and interact with the members. She's been pushing through a lot and has shown great will power within this month, and promoting 2 great co-founders in the process.

Reasoning why the deserve this -N8iV has just recently become a general (Which is about time) and has been doing an outstanding job at it. Every day N8iV is with his squad and available, hanging around members and making the squad really feel like a family again. It's good to finally see him become a gen and WD got a strong general in the process, they picked the right man to run and lead this squad.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I've been able to work with dark for a few months now and she is a great moderator. With her having knowledge of the game section, and join mod area, she has been able to work on both side's problems and give a helping hand when needed. She is always there when she can be and keeps the chats interactive and fun, and puts some great conversation topics in the process of her doing the work required.

Tea has been a great help in the news area since i've been in this department. She was helping uppish since the very beginning and helped me when I first joined. I first started out with not much knowledge of the area at all, I was never intrested in news until I was told about it and gave it a shot. Now with her and the leader's help i've like the department more and more, i'm able to get my opnion out there and have met good people on the way. Tea has always brightened up the atmosphere. Now she can be serious when it comes down to it, but in all she helps make conversations enjoyable and it helps me put more effort into articles i'm writing. When I do make mistakes she does let me know, but i've never onced been talked down to by here and I think that's something not many people have the quality of doing. I've never been able to work with n8iv in his own squad, but from what i've been this man has had his promotion a long time coming. I started out in my squad's officer core while he moved up in his, overtime he gained his squad's respect and help the squad grow and stay close. He is one of the better officers i've seen with member retention and almost every night I see him in different parties. After a while I left the officer life, and when I joined his parties he was always welcoming but could go officer mode in a split second. When he is in officer mode he almost never raises his voice, even when the other person did. N8iV was always the bigger man and waited to get his promotion, he was the right hand man of 2 gens and performed his job excellently. He has just recent earned a gen seat and now he is able to spread his wings. It's been great seeing him be here and the sky's the limit for him.

Dropshot is someone I didn't expect to meet in my time in KSI but I did. I joined the join area just in hopes of learning about it, and it became more due to dropshot and how he drives the join area. I first met I was able to work with him was with an app with some interesting history. He handled the situation well and I didn't feel like I needed to be uptight to him. He is welcoming in most cases and helps relax an environment when it's already tense. He's a great guy all in all and it's great to see him more active the more I go up the chain. His input helps out situations a lot and looks into apps more then people think, having that step up can really make or break a good area. I'm so glad I get to work with him and see him move up to where he wants to be.

For me it would either be @VENUM 7, or @xKami 77. For Venum he is one of the realist people I know, he's there to have fun but can also get to business when he needs to. There's advice I use in my day to day doings of this community I got from him, he's a good guy and one of the best in my opinon. I see him on the forums a lot out of the day but also can see him hangout with his friends, he does a pretty good bit for the web ops end and every time an issue comes to him he knows how to handle it. In all honesty i'm hoping to get a little bit of his attitude when I become a higher up. 
For Kami, and for the most part he was the one who made me who I am. Not only did he recruit me but he helped me up the chain of command, even when I made a really bad mistake he focused on learning from it. He was a pretty big part of this community but it seemed like he was almost always available, like he's there in 2 places at once. He taught me a lot of my basic knowledge of KSI and for that i'm very grateful and was lucky to meet him and to still talk to him even thought he's not here. Every time I make a mistake I go back to what he says and learn from it, and think about how I could improve and I do. 
In the end both of them venum is, and kami was a great leader in this community. They both have taught people knowledge they've known and helped shaped KSI for the better.

I think there's one excellent quality about king that makes him deserve this award: his drive. I've seen king here since I join around a year ago, but never once did I see him give up on Anything he worked on. Since the day I got recruited i've seen him work obstacles, big and small, and sometimes it just takes a little him more time but he's always gotten over it. When I joined web ops his knowledge of the area really was still in there even if he just popped in the chat semi-frequently. One of the biggest challenges i've seen king face was when more then half of the 7s in WD left. That morning king went from a sgt in Malice, to a co-found/div leader. In the time he was there he helped me with a few issues in my squad, but what I admire is just he went to work on it. I knew they were a little close since the 7s that left were his staff when he was a director, so seeing him be there and kicking ass really helped me push to not  give up. I've been working under kakashii for a decent time now, and this man is a well round great leader. He has always been interested in learn the community and every part about it, which makes him pretty knowledgeable about most things in the community. I was able to work with him mostly in web ops when he was a join mod, and he had some great work ethic and stayed on top on what he was doing, and it's been showing through every conversation I've had with him. Ready and equipped to be  a great leader, kakashii deserves this for more then one reason, and I think he's shown that he is more then worthy for this award.
