During the first two months of his new adventure he has gone above and beyond expectations reaching out and providing face time with members through out all the ranks both discord and xbox. DL has had some ups and downs but in the last month it has been improving in all aspects though out. Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Badkitty 7 Link to forums account - @KSI BadKitty 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Kitty is one of the newer division leaders but she has been kicking as the leader of the division for quite some time. She weighs out her time between Working and running different departments while also running, growing, training and improving DM and KSI overall. She hold her self to the level of resepct she expects others to and she has the attitude of a top level leader Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Grimshot 77 Link to forums account - @KSI GrimShot 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Grim is one of the strongest second in commands KSI has around. Him along with his sevens staff have truly created an amazing community atmosphere with in the division while also handling grown, training and vision eloquently. Despite the lingo and the sayings that pour out of that division it si truly a place to be looked upon as an example of what a division should be and a lot of that has to do with grims strong leadership style Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI Akame 7 Link to forums account - @KSI Akame 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Akame has been one of the top tier leaders of this community for years now. HE has been the first to play a game night, host a meeting, train a member and cheer up a fellow member. this last two months have involved a lot of leg work of the leader of LS to the members, it has been on a trend upwards in both members and activity, a slow climb but a climb none the less. Akame and hewbrew def have a solid vision fo the future of LS and it is beginning to take shape. He has join the ranks at the end of last year with in DW and has since just out shined many others at his poitions. With the way we started the new year losing members. Does the Senior Leadership have goals/plans/ideas to help the divisions retain activity? How Effective is mass recruiting and have any members grown in rank within KSI Have any members stayed in their original divisions/squads since being recruited? Do some of the older members still keep in contact with the original person that recruited them For the more technology-enhanced members is there a real need to upgrade from the original Xbox One or the Xbox One S to the Xbox One X? Have any members of KSI ever met up in real life? For some members that have held their current rank for a while ever been asked why they have not tried to rank up? For the members that have reached a milestone get some kind of special recognition? For example, in April it will be one year since I was originally recruited to be apart of KSI Could there be a channel on discord created that would make finding a team easier? How do you all manage your time between real life and KSI/Gaming? When was the first year a Spring break was held and who won the cup? what does this year hold for KSI like big events Who showed you the ropes of KSI and who influenced you to join To Board of Directors: What division do you think has done the best so far since the new year? With the removal of a post requirement for departments how do you think this will affect KSI? Why was this rule removed? How does one rise through the ranks of Department Ops? Where do you hope to see KSI in 6 months? A year? How will you help get us there? What was your initial goal when you first joined the community? An did you achieve the goal? Do you get elected into the board of directors or do you get promoted into it? I'm a huge car buff, soooooo, what's everyone favorite ride and why?

Ronin has been a phenomenal leader throughout his tenure here, recently getting promoted to Director. his former division has been on the rise for the last several months much in part to all leaders involved but especially to the man who lead the way. he continues to be a leader to all who is around and a role model and represents what KSI stands for 100%.... plus he has the voice of an angel

Outstanding: Bmp has been a solid and consistent member for over 4 years, he has worked his way to a seven and restarted and worked his was to a gen on three occasions. he is a highly trained, sociable learned leader. His knowledge and ethics have been placed on display when he was hired as a judge in the court system.

Guess if i sign up then i win by default....although if anyone asks i will say i took on all 2700

Through Trials and tribulations pliers has spent his career in KSI out doing himself and many peers at every step of the way, whether it is just being around or available 24/7, being one of the most successful seniors we have ever seen, dealing with scores of issues every week or running one of our best ran depts and easily the best rendition of TnE he continues to give his all to this community day in and day out, this is one of those awards i would have nominated him for had i not just assumed he already had it. he is a mentor to many and a pleasant name to see in a party when i want to shoot the Poop or when there is work or issues to be done. his humble attitude allows him to continue to absorb and gain knowledge to better his stay and the community's standings. i hate writing these but this one is a must, no question he deserves this award and hell prob the next level as well. but that is an argument for a different day
