Crota normal speed raid, no cheesing...I cannot wait to hear Seraphim sing "I'm a little tea pot" at the squad meeting tomorrow! If anyone didn't get a chance to participate who wanted too, on our next raid game night (Tuesdays and Fridays) make sure you contact, KSI Vveb!! KSI M0ONLight 29 Posted August 10, 2015 Report Share Posted August 10, 2015 Ok Trocity here is an outline for the Raid Leaders. If you are interested in becoming one please see KSI Crucian. Raid Leader Guidelines: A raid leader position is an opportunity for members of the squad to step-up and show leadership skills. A great stepping-stone for possible SSGT’s and a way for members to participate without having to be officers. What to look for in a raid leader: The ability to explain in detail all aspects of the raid and do it quickly. Someone that can be respectful and mindful of language and tone. The ability to cope with stress and keep the group cheerful. The ability to keep order within game play and chat. The ability to assign job duties to ensure success. People who are good raiders already and like doing raids. Someone who will take the needs of the team into consideration and make decisions based on those needs. Able to evaluate players based on attributes such as character, super, armor, and weapon type. Must be able to determine how to pair weaker players to stronger players and what role they will perform to benefit the team. Responsibilities beyond the game night raid: All raid leaders are responsible for their attendance roster and making sure it is given to an officer to post on the forums for game night. Maybe called upon to help organize or participate in KSI Weekend Warfare or other squad team activities. Other types of knowledge to look for in a raid leader: Example: Yellow bar knights in the crystal room On Crota hard must be killed with super to generate orbs. You can't regenerate health so gear that allows that is preferred. And explain why the orbs are needed Example: The Gorgon maze chest, the mechanics of the first chest on Crota, the time on the second one. The first chest in both may spawn exotics, but normally give shards or energy. Example: The legit way to run a raid and at least one cheese, though that can be taught later. Example: Which guns are exclusive to vog norm and hard vs Crota norm and hard. Plus bonus gear like ships, shaders, crux, etc Example: In vog you can have an orb fest with warlocks, hunters have a harder time with Maze jumps, and titans are useful with weapons of light bubble when you hit the final bosses and are a good protection as group leaves portals. Example: Crota for first part warlocks should run with solar grenades. Hunters with blade dancer and invisibility and titans with fists of havoc. Though titans should change to bubble for remainder of raid. Hunters have better orb abilities with gun-slinger and warlocks are best with self-res. All SGT's and SSGT's should plan on attending if at all possible, and give yourself time for a recruiting party afterwards.
