Covered the rank structure from Recruit to division leader and who is in what officer/leader rank. Spelling of the recruiters gt and the squad name need to be correct (names need to be exact) Informed members that once cleared that all recruits coming in need a CPT or higher to double/triple check security checks to ensure they are met and nothing is overlooked.
