1. We really aren’t looking too bad, considering what we have been going through as a division. 

Remember we are a family and  need to work together

should make them a priority, that could be the next Senior Director or CEO, who knows?

We’re still stagnant on members, Nick set a goal to reach 330 members by next week so let’s really try to reach that

- Gun Crowns- Let’s try to get all the squads doing this

- Tac Team/ Squad Battles- If the Gen feels like the squad can handle a team try to get one going.

- Evil 7 and Collector 7 are going to be working on having a game night for the whole division, eventually we would like to have one every weekend

Was a good meeting tonight. People are eager for a possible Gun Crown setup. Everyone is working hard to build up Samurai and learning how to recruit to help the squad. After the meeting we ran a couple games and some classic fun.

   New transfer policy on the forums page.  Transfer policy is as follows: The leader has to come into the area and post up an approval of the transfer along with giving you the permission to post. The Divisional Leaders will have 72 hours after the interview process is complete to follow up with this process. So far it has been beneficial for all parties involved, as you know there have been problems in the past. It’s up to us if we want to require the member transferring to get 2 recruits before they go.  It’s better to let the person transfer without getting the 2 recruits than have them leave KSI all together

-          Shoutout program is doing well. Some divisions still aren’t participating but hopefully they will catch up on this soon.  The members really like this.

-          Squad meeting notes need to be posted within 48 hours of the meeting. Generals should be posting the notes.  It’s okay to let an officer post notes as training, but it really should be done by the General.  Generals need to be showing up to the meetings on Thursdays!!!

-          LEAD 101 and LEAD 201 classes will be starting March 17th and March 16th

-          Pass on info about the Generals area on the forums!!!

LW Notes:

-          Train your replacement: Make sure we are doing this, we’re close to getting generals over all squads.

-          Officer Workshops are on Tuesdays @ 8 PM EST… This coming week it will be on BO2

-          Congrats to KSI Gr33nB3r3t and all of Achilles on reaching 91 members!!! Hope to see this squad split in the next few weeks.

-          Let’s keep recruiting, and getting our recruits trained off the recruit tag. I’d like to see us at 350-360 members by next week

-          Keep up with the Shout-outs, everyone is noticing those of you that are doing this

-          Jaxing off: Screwing up really badly, or going down a poop ton on Zombies.  Don’t do it!!! (Sorry had to do it JAX)

- Everyone needs to train your replacements. If you don't train your replacement, don't look for a promotion

- Keep your BO2 and AW emblems PG, if you are caught with an offensive emblem you will be asked to take it down.

- Don't use Mods, Hacks, etc.

• Weekend Warfare: Karaoke Night on Saturday, April 25th @8pm EST on the Xbox 360. It will be a 90's theme. The following Saturday will be a 4v4 Swat on Halo 4 on both the 360 and the One/ Signup at www.ksiweekendwarfare.org

Upper Leadership Notes:

1. The L.E.A.D. Class session 2 has concluded and the next classes will start in the next few weeks. We are working on getting the program started on both the 360 and the Xbox one, with that being said the old program of allowing LT and up on the 101 classes will be the standard and Generals and up on the 201 will be the standard. For all your information on the LEAD PROGRAM please visit the LEAD Section on the forums and all your questions should be answered there, any other questions just ask them there and one of the staff will be glad to answer them.

2. The join section will be going through a little change in the near future, we will have a join section and a rejoin section in the future, so be on the look out for that coming soon.

3. All of the Join Section will now have a one week hold on them so the staff will have time to do their jobs without rushing, and they will have time to bring in any 7’s if need be. This will slow down the rejoin and join section but it will make the department run more efficient.

Make sure that you are ready for summer and the influx of what we have always call the summer rush of recruits, this time of year we always get an influx of recruits because of the extra time that school agers are allowed on the xbox, make sure that you are talking to your squads and your cofo’s and getting them prepared for this time of year and don’t drop the ball, its and excellent time to find your next officer or 7.

5. Make sure that the meeting notes are being passed down and that they are being posted we have got to ensure that the notes are reaching everyone all the way down to the privates. Utilize your Silver Accounts daily.

6. This weeks Weekend Warefare is a 4v4 swat on halo 4 on 360 and also the Xbone. Make sure that you are asking your div to participate with the weekend warfare and support them.

7. In the last 2 weeks we grew 100 members with also defluffing in 2 divisions, that is showing

9. Finally lets keep the push for Spirit Week, we have had a great response so for and lets keep it going.

KSI iLLuSiON 7 – Productions is looking for new members that would like to stream. If you have a capture card and need help learning how to stream, the productions team will help teach you. They are also looking for people that are interested in editing; they will also help you with that. They’ve got lots of good events coming up so keep an eye out for that. There is also an open topic in the productions area of the forums. Also news team, check out the news articles @ www.ksiglobal.org. There should be an area where you can comment on their articles. The writers definitely want to hear some comments so they know their work is being read and would really mean a lot to them if you do comment.

LW Notes:

- Recruiting tournament ended Thursday night. KSI Nick 7 will be going through and counting up the amount of recruits for each member. Expect winners to be announced at next week’s meeting.

- Don’t cut corners, but make sure you’re still having fun. That’s the reason we are all here.

- Feel free to branch out of your squad. KSI Nick 7 will be working on planning some division wide game-nights.

- Remember to make sure our members are “un-poachable†we need to get them involved from the moment they get recruited in. This means holding game-nights regularly as well as just playing with them

- Make sure that when CPL’s are recruiting you remind them that a LT or higher needs to shadow them until they are ready to recruit on their own. Make sure that the CPL’s are putting who cleared them to recruit in their bios.

- For those of you that don’t already know this KSI EVIL 7 stepped down due to medical issues. He is okay, but he won’t have as much time on Xbox anymore and he felt like this was the right thing for him to do. Keep him in your thoughts over the next few weeks

Upper Leadership Notes:

• June 24, 2015 @7pm EST will be Day 1 of Spirit Week. It will be a Pep Rally with a possible Forums Challenge. More information will be released as we get closer to Spirit Week.
• The Forums History Area is now open. It is located at the bottom of the forums after you sign in. Go and post your KSi History there.
• Divisional OTM's are up for the month of April. The 7's of each division will be a close eye on who's putting in work.
• Message KSI Doctor 7 with any and all promotions. He willl post them on our KSI Facebook page and get our members some more recognition.
• Kik is not a replacement for the forums. CoC and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) apply to all KSI Sanctioned Kik chats and everyone in them. If a Senior Leader asks for a copy of your Kik chat, it is mandatory that you supply a copy to them. Failure to do can result in disciplinary action.
• WI will be using acceptance forms for all disciplinary transfers to that division.

LW Notes:

• KSI Nick 7 will be suspending the ability to recruit for some members if simple mistakes keep being made. Members that are suspended from recruiting will have to take a recruiting class or two to be able to recruit again. Infractions after this point will result in the permanent loss of recruiting abilities.
• Make sure to keep all BO2 and AW emblems PG. No nudity, explicit language, racial slurs, etc. We want to represent our selves in every way possible.
• Make sure our members are "unpoachable!!!" Make sure to include your new members in game nights and parties to give them a sense of belonging in this community!
• Do not spam the 7's!! This is an ongoing problem in LW. Just send one party invite and a message stating the intention of the party. Don't freak out and blow us up. If we do not get with you in a timely fashion, chances are we're dealing with an issue. Be patient. If we need another invite, we'll ask for one.
• Start following the Chain of Command. Officers are put in place to handle minor issues, among other things. The 7's should be a last resort in minor issues, when all other options have been used. Obviously, if a situation is serious, we need to be the first to know. All other issues need to be handled in-squad.
• KSI Green 7 will start announcing the Games with Gold each month. For May 16th, the game to be released will be F1 2013, a racing game. For those members looking to increase their gamerscore or pick up a new game to keep them busy, this one might be worth checking out.

Leader’s Notes:

- Spirit Week- should be fun, but may get stressful while trying to win. It’s all about showing everyone that we are proud of our squads, divisions, etc. Some awesome prizes will be given out this year during spirit week. If we feel like we could use some help getting our division ready for spirit week make sure to branch out and ask others for help. This also applies to other things as well.

- All Kik Squad Chats have been shut down due to lack of communicaion
-There is no Weekend Warfare this weekend, Weekend Warfare will resume next week with a 4v4 Advanced Warfare SnD on both the 360 and ONE

- There have been many issues with recruiting, make sure that you are recruiting correctly and taking your time
- Officer Workshops will be starting next Tuesday at 8PM EST, all officers must attend at least 1 a month

- LW Comedy ?Hour will be whenever the reigning champion desires, KSI U CHUTE ME is LW Funniest.
- KSI Ascendancy and KSI Bankz will be holding try-outs for a divsion-wide Snipe Ops Team. It will be for CoD BO2, CoD Ghosts, and CoD AW.

- In meetings push Rank Structure, Blacklisted Communities, and Blacklisted Members. This should be in every meeting

- Make sure to remove fluff and inactive members

- Make sure all officers have active forums accounts

LW Notes:

- Make sure our members are unpoachable, get them more involved in the squad.

- Make sure all BO2 and AW emblems are PG Rated (No racial slurs, nudity, sexual content, etc.)

- Don't spam the 7's, push the Chain of Command

- Recruiting has gotten better, keep up the good work

- We are currently sitting at 90 members, all we need to do is get the PVT's trained up and fill the officers positions

- Respect in the squad seems to be getting worse, please show all members respect

- LW is still on lock down, ALL parties and games need to be on invite only

- I encourage all members to have a forums account, it is not required unless you are an officer but I encourage you to have one.

- Officers need to be training members, we have RCT's on the tag and I haven't seen many of you get them.

- Train your replacements, if you don't train them don't expect a promotion.

- RGN and ATR are still security risked, don't affiliate with them.

- There has been less problems with recruiting, but people are still making mistakes.

- If you want to retain members, let them have a sense of ownership of the squad

Upper Leadership Notes: 

Next Tuesday (September 1st) will be a meeting for Captains only workshop. The week after that (September 8) will be for LT’s and after that (September 15) SSG’s.

Shout out messages should be kept up on as we should be recognizing all the positives being done for squads (Aka: recruiting tops, trainings, helpful staff etc.) 

Don’t vent downwards. Don’t go to anyone rank or two lower then your own to vent to them. 

LW recruit tag:
Make sure recruits are being done right as a lot of new recruits haven’t met security checks. 

The recruit lock will happen to anyone having many recruiting infractions. This Recruit lock will result in the person being retrained to recruit over many sessions and will not be cleared until they can recruit KSI Urdone 7 or KSI green 7 properly. 

Also we need to be training recruits off the tag ASAP. 

Everyone should be setting small achievable goals for themselves and squad. 

Every officer’s main focus should be training replacements. 

The 5-week long L.E.A.D workshops have been started. Week 2 sign up is available on the forums.

-Make sure all black ops 2 and Advance warfare emblems are pg. 

With the new games set to come out soon, Black ops 3, Halo 5 etc. please let any 7 know you may want to switch squads to a new one, on these games as they will work with you on a game plan and work with you on which will be best for squads within division. 

Leave of absence needs to be used more often. Also tell a 7 or two of what has happened and o=how long you will be gone as well as posting on forums LOA section. 

And one more important thing RESPECT. Respect people for who they are. RESPECT IS PARAMOUNT. 

Generals stay on top of fluffing.
