If you are constantly going outside the chain of command or skipping rank, you damage your relationships with officers as well as dampen their ability to grow and learn Cross Your T's and dot your I's: - Please make sure that all officers are doing their daily duties especially when it comes to forums posts and activities. There is no reason for gamenight and workshop attendance to not be posted in squad logs, roll calls being sent in, and meeting notes posted 24 hours post meeting. The forums are a tremendous resource for knowledge as well as getting involved with community events that are a large part of the "KSI experience". - The Forums is a great place for new and veteran members to check out new things and learn more about the community. We would like to see all of us being more open and communicative on every level of leadership. The most effective divisions with the happiest members are those with active and open lines of communication from ground up •Discord communication: Make sure that the KSI Discords are being used professionally. We can be social in these chats at times, but need to make sure that we are upholding the CoC in the process and keeping petty drama out. All issues between members or leaders are to be handled IN A PARTY on Xbox, not via DMs or especially in any chats accessible to members •Squad Promotions and Demotions: While for the most part Generals decide who get promoted within their squads, there are certain processes that must be upheld in doing so. SSGT - LT promotions: Completely up to Generals, please inform Co-Founders to stay in the loop but do not require their approval CPT promotions: Generals need approval from Co-Founders BEFORE promoting the captain in question. All Demotions: All demotions within a squad must be approved by Co-Founder prior to demotion. •Spirit Week: Spirit Week will be coming up here in just a few weeks at the end of June! Clan Ops Notes KSI C.O.C Regardless of what chats you’re in or communications you choose to use. If for ANYTHING makes its way back to us, for judgement, then it will be looked at. Our goal in KSI is to create a fun, positive, and safe environment. That being said, we want to focus on KSI and KSI only. Obviously we have been getting hit by TSB but that is not something that we want to focus on or draw attention to. This means that we are not to share screenshots with anyone but leaders within our chain of command, and we should be sharing those screenshots in a constructive way. Size Doesn’t Matter: The number one thing we want to promote in order strengthen and secure the longevity of each division in the community, is that size is not important. Obviously recruiting and growth is great, but officer ratios, activity levels, and the creation of a family within each division is most important. Nurturing Divisional pride and strength is what will take our community further in the years to come. Divison Notes: •We need to be very vigilant when adding new members or accepting party invites. Be cautious with who you are messaging & who you are in parties with, if any issues arise please contact a 7 asap. •If you are recruiting someone and they were previously in any community doesn't matter how long ago it was they need to be sent to the Join area on the forums. •We killed it with spirit week getting people to participate, setting up teams for events, etc. Couldn't be more proud of DW's success! •Officer please either message or get in a party with KSI HAVOC 7 about you're goals. He's not going to be so laid back about it anymore. He will be contacting people who hasn't followed up. •OTM's are open! If you feel there is someone even if it's just one person that you feel has went above & beyond & deserves to be recognized go out please nominate them.
