What one would say were “trying” times. But instead of packing it up he came back strong and hearty for the squad. He has been a shining light for the squad and many continue to look up to him for there growth and his leadership skills he’s been excersising as of late. I appreciate his hard work and pleasant attitude. KSI BAMBINO: what’s not to say about this guy. This man has really changed the pace of Templar with how lively he is. He loves to grind and produce. And he does it with a smile on his face the entire time. He simply doesn’t take no for an answer but not in a disrespectful manor. He’s now able to be back and has hit the ground running with activity and wanting to be an officer again. I look forward to him coming back. He’s been crushing retention and being more diverse among the squad and has also been into moving up the ranks which is something new. He’s been a pleasure to work with lately and hope it continues. Crocodile Skull: she’s a new member who has really come in full swing with the squad. She’s talkative loves to laugh and has been gaming with the squad daily since her promotion to PVT. She’s now also interested in what it takes to be an officer and has started getting with officers to further her progression in KSI. I think she’ll be a balance for the squad in the near future.
