Merchy because he has seriously stepped up his role within in Imperial as a SGT. He is well known for his dedication and ethic he brings to Imperial. Sinikon mainly because once again he has been a rock for Imperial. I can say confidently he is ready to be a General and with him leading the new squad everyone is in good hands. Top Squad Event of the Week & Who Hosted: KSI ORICHIMARU hosted a BO4 gamenight he had 16 Imperial members show up. Weekly Goal : Going forward until we split, recruiting is not the priority. I firmly believe by upholding high standards of Retention we can use this squad to split successfully as long as we continue to take care of the members. Pretty much the goal is to split. I can say confidently we are beyond ready. Was your Last Week Goal Completed (If Not, then why): Yes we have recruited over ten people like we planned on. Since then I have promoted two SGT's into SSG's. I am about to promote another one today actually. So overall I have been extremely pleased with Imperials progress. KSI TommyMafia, he is always getting his assignments done. By doing that, he is securing the squad split that is incoming. AJ currently cannot be online but does anything and everything he can to be helpful for Imperial. Not only does he run security checks, and does promotions but he's also recruiting. VorTex is also working very hard at recruiting and posting news and game nights as well as working for HSI. Weekly Goal: Continuing to work towards retention and more growth with the squad as well as more adequate training. Was last weeks goal completed? (If no, then why?) No, we we're 2 recruits shy of our goal. We have an over abundance of people who don't or want to recruit. More training is needed. Only removed 1 person from Imperial this week. Everyone stepped it up this week to help Imperial grow as well as learn. Squad event of the week: New member gamenight on BO4. We had 6 new members to attend and thats a positive for the first time weve tried it. Weekly Goal: We were working towards 5 recruits and got 7. Also retention was met as weve reached out to some distant members with success. Was your last weeks goal reached? If not, why? Yes it was reached.
