Top event hosted and who hosted: BO4 Game night hosted by KSI Spawn Trap Weekly Goal: with the recent hit we just took this weeks goal is to honestly just build our numbers back up by recruiting and retaining these members, I’ve already got my next batch of officers in line so I have no problem with that as well as getting my new officers trained up in every way. Was my last weeks goal completed? Kind of, I wasn’t able to fill up my recruits as a lot of us had dry spells getting them so only got 3, where as training my officers, I had 2 leave due to them not wanting to step up, but got new officers to replace. That just shows me how passionate he is for the community. He is always looking ways to improve and he is taking everything in he’s stride and doing great! KSI LeviMOFB - since coming to Templar this guy has honestly just sky rocketed. Every week he continues to go that little bit extra than the week before! With only being here for pretty much 3 weeks he has already moved up to 2nd LT and I honestly can’t wait to see how far he goes. He is an exceptional officer and with a little guidance he honestly reminds me of myself going up the ranks with the drive to do he’s best and help the squad as best he can! Every day this past week, he has helped make my transition to Gen easier. And has still been outstandingly preforming his normal Captain duties. He definitely deserves a shout out for the stress management workshop, as well. KSI Kheelik - Over the past week Kheelik, really stepped up and earned his recent LT promotion. He put quite a bit of time and effort, into training new members. He does himself have some conflicts, with the amount of time he can be online. However, when he was able to be online, he spent close to all of that time helping the squad. He is showing himself to be a proper powerhouse in this squad I’m very proud of what he’s doing. RealKillerG0D: this guy has so much potential to become an officer and valuable member to this squad and this division. With only being recruited officially in only yesterday as a join app, but this guy has already got 5+ referrals on he’s resume and that’s saying something! He is already asking questions and willing to learn more and get involved as much as possible! I’m really excited over time to see how potential this guy has. Definitely worth a shout out in my books. With me going on loa for the weekend he was put in the position as acting gen and he did an amazing job, I set him some tasks to do in that time and I got the results I was looking for, he is an amazing officer and will make an amazing gen one day! It is a real privilege to work with and makes my job 10x smoother, he is an officer that I always try to look for in my new officers and always encourage my members and new officers to learn from him as well as my other officers but over the past week alone he has really shined above the rest! @KSI KillerGOD this guy over the past week has really showed me how much he wants to become an officer! I set him some tasks and he has went out and down that. He is an awesome guy to be around and is starting to have a big influence on the squad and he has now truly earned he’s Officer position! Really excited to see how far he goes! Both of these guys have been major powerhouses this past week, they both have continuously tried to improve In every way of being a good officer, every they continue to make the squad better every day and are always asking me how to improve it, I have set them the task this week of improving their leadership skills and influence on the squad by finding our next batch of officers and they have come up with 3 great candidates which is hope to get promoted by Sunday if they work with them and get them ready, they have great potential to become really good leaders within this community and it’s a privilege to work with them!
