Has no power and can't be gone for more than a month unless medical. Only 2 per division Reports to div leader, director, senior. Has to go through a 2 week trail period, after going through training member can retain his/her rank, rank below, or rarity move up a rank with the approval of senior. (ADV) -All members must respect each other -Officers should respect each other and never argue among each other -Forums are back and better then ever. It takes a group effort and great team work to be as sucessful as this squad is. We are approaching our squad split numbers and it will be Velocitys very first split. Sometimes members may take things the wrong way so be clear as to why things are the way they are. Remember to respect one another and communicate with each other. Stay positive and help motivate each other and skies the limit. We have the most active squad in KSI and we have the best team work. These are the key to our greatness. If anything is bothering ya'll do not hold it in speak up as I do not judge you I or an officer will help guide you. Everyone keep up the great work. We are very close to achieving our goal. It has been a challenge to get here thus far but we are making history here in Velocity. With a squad split I see two power houses being formed and we will overcome any obstacles that may lie ahead. KSI Sm0oTh 7 48 Posted February 23, 2014 Report Share Posted February 23, 2014 Remind: join section (former 7 will need senior approval.)Make sure that members understand that former members who came from ghost(bills) KSI, j2h, etc. they have to go through the forums to apply and the only squad they are allowed to go to is WI with senior approval . Workshops are great, but don't forget about one on one time and proper training. Make sure that everyone understands what's going on. Communication is the keyWorking on a plan for Titan fall but we are currently waiting to test the game first. Divisions have to have enough members then it's possible for a chance for a squad in it AFTER we look into it We are close to achieving our goal so lets puch forward we need 8 more recruits Game nights must be held 3 times a week.
