Productions: Something neat may be in the works from Productions. Keep an ear out for any information.

 

Removal: When people are removed, they either are 1) Free to join any division, 2) Go to get re-educated if severe issues present themselves or 3) referred to Seniors for DNH. Communication is key and all Divisional Leadership needs to know the procedure.

 

AAP Divisional Milestones: Goals that can be rewarded and awarded for specific goals and milestones in the course of a division’s life. There are many different categories and awards. All Divisional Leadership should go there and see what awards are available and should consider striving for these criteria. Based on fact and statistics, not witnesses. Another method of instilling pride and excitement in the divisions.

 

7’s Team: Direct any interested person to the HeadHunter’s Section on the Forums or to KSI PR3DATOR 7.

 

Returning Members: Returning members who have questions wishes to come back in the Join Section, their return must be approved by a Senior first and then proper background checks must be conducted.

 

Co-Founders: Must be adding the Senior Directors to their list. It helps the Seniors know the Divisional Leadership and it creates networks of knowledge, information, and communication.

 

LEAD: New LEAD Classes will begin the first week of August, and messages and information will be sent out in due time.

 

Weekly Update Replacement: Instead of Weekly Updates on Thursdays, the 7s will oppose normal members. Tomorrow will be on Halo 4 at 7:30 p.m. EST. Spread the word; Anybody can be chosen to play, get on the stream, and maybe beat the 7s. JWeekly Update will only be used for imperative information.

 

Promotion: Congrats to KSI HUCKLEBERRY 7 on his promotion to Director!

Trust: Be careful who you trust and make sure you think before you act. This is an important factor, and you don't want to fall prey to a predator.

Reminders: License Transfers, personal information and payment methods should never be done or disclosed to another member of KSI. This is dangerous and can lead to negative results. There will be consequences for those who have AND give information to others on Xbox Live.

Co-Founder Workshop: 10 Divisions had representatives in the Co-Founder’s workshop. It went well. Workshop started at 7:30, and lasted almost 2 hours. People asked questions, had stories to share. From Jess: “This is what I live to do in KSI. I was pumped up.” It was a full lobby. Every one of those Co-Founders is in the same spot, experiencing the same thing. In just mere months, those involved will be leading divisions and becoming Directors.

 

Promotions: From SGT—Senior Director. Have them get on the forums and read their job description so they understand what will be asked or required of them for that job and beyond.

 

Quiz System: The following is highly advised, but not required: There is a new quiz system on the Forums. It was purchased and added to the website. Testers don’t have to go anywhere but our Forums, where they should already be, and take the test. Tests are not up and operational just yet, but will be very soon. Tests will be administered for promotions to Lieutenant, Captain, and General. Tests will be similar to previous testing system and anyone can see the results, so Leaders can easily see what testers did. *It will be up very shortly. Announcement will be made when it’s up, but please prepare to utilize this system for promotions very shortly.

 

7’s Gamenight: It will be on Black Ops 2 tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 12 at 7:30 p.m. Spread the word and participate on the stream at www.twitch.tv/ksilive.

 

2-year Anniversary: Saturday Sept. 28, there will be a relaxed and laid-back gamenight on Call of Duty, followed by Full House Poker. Also, forums awards will be given to those who show up on the forums and post in the thread. Market it as, “Board of Directors Gone Wild.” It’s a huge milestone and the Board will be playing with everyone and getting drunk. 

 

Next Co-Founder Workshop: Monday Sept. 16 at 8 p.m. EST will be the next Co-Founder workshop.

We have nothing but positive things to say about you guys.  Leadership is right where it needs to be.  Squads are finally starting to piece together what they need to be successful.  We all know what we need to do to make this work.  All we need to do is continue to do what we're doing just a little more effort from everyone and we can push this division split.  I want this split so I can legitimately promote...well... EVERYONE basically.  I don't want yall staying stagnant down there.  I want yall to experience what it really means to be a Captain, General, CoFo and so on.  With rank comes privileges and responsibilities.   If you can dig it, then I'll see your way through each rank

Set goals for your division there very important for building divs and helps everyone strive for a common goal. (Have a goal by next week.)

New weekend warfare site. Every officer needs to be signed up. If y'all questions let us know. We want to get 1K by next Wednesday.

Make sure notes are getting sent all the way down the ranks.

When getting new recruits we should be marketing our websites. (YouTube, weekend warfare, bracket system, etc.)GTA 5 just came out, activity might drop but if y'all keep in parties it'll keep them intertwined with the div. (Multiplayer releases OCT.1 along with BF4 beta.)

Thread on the forums in the headhunter section to try out for 7's headhunter team.

If your interested or your members are interested go to the topic called "hint of lime tryouts" Test site (for officer test) is being worked on and will be soon up and running.

Point of the 7's game night. Is not for the 7's to play with other 7's or generals. It's for higher members to play with lower members to get to know new faces. It's been the same faces and the same people watching. The 7's game nights need to be sent out of squad tags, new WW ladder site, etc on squad tag or there not doing there job.

We want to start swapping between halo and cod but we can't get enough people to participate in the halo. So we want to get the rep up.

word of advice for the week:Make sure people are being trained for their position before there being promoted.

- GTA5 has online play! You can build up a team in your Div to keep everyone included and connected.  There's tons of activities you can do and can host 15 players at a time.

 

- With all the new games coming out be sure you're keeping in touch and keeping everyone connected. 

- www.ksiweekendwarfar.org is KSI iLLuSii0n's baby. Be sure to get everyone registered on there.  Has a really cool ladder system for all to see throughout KSI including a Hall of Fame.  Once again, make sure you get your members in there!

Divisional Meetings: These meetings are not optional. 7s and GENERALS should meet between Wednesday’s Division Leaders Meeting and the Sunday squad meetings. It should be as soon as possible. (Thursday or Friday, ideally). Also, only Generals and up should be present unless a General isn’t available. And every person pegged to go should make every attempt to go to it.

 

Squad Tag Messages: These are also not optional. Generals need to be sending them out, after prompted by 7s messages/meeting. There is no reason messages shouldn’t be sent out DAILY.

 

T&E Staff: Approximately eight (8) staff member positions are open. Please apply on the forums. Spread this out to everyone. It’s a great program.

 

Involvement: Leaders need to play with their members and motivate them and show them what being a leader is like. The more members see their leaders, the more they’ll want to get to that level.

 

Security: Extra Security— Put in your phone number. You can override the Security Protocol Verification by pressing the “Xbox” button on the controller. Instruct Generals to contact Directors immediately to fix any errors.

 

AAP Of the Month Nominations: They are up. Send out messages and ask for people to forward and repeat. It’s a great motivational tool and everyone (especially leaders) should recognize their fellow members!

Work on the descriptions on the systems your members will be going with 360, one, ps4 and what games they will be getting battlefield, ghost etc. deadline has came if you cant get it done on the g14 get a list from each general and send it to your directors so we can get these people in place and moved where they need to be. We have had 3 weeks to get this done, needs to be done by Saturday

 

We should be on week two of our training goal that was mentioned  in last weeks meeting please continue to do so get your foundation in place within your division.

 

Div Leaders - Start making small obtainable goals for your division and make them public throughout the whole division not just goals in the back of your heads.

 

This is the last week of the divisional FFA tournaments then we will be going back to weekendwarfare.org on Friday nights.

 

Lets work on making our members knowledgeable about our departments in KSI. they are on the forums and start promoting them newsteam, tournaments and event, aap staff, youtube channel etc.

Our numbers have significantly dropped over the past couple of weeks with a new game out. There is a 5 recruit requirement per squad per week. Make sure the squads are still bringing people in even if they are hybrid squads.

 

Make sure all squads have allocated whether they are staying on Black Ops 2 or going to Ghosts. These need to be done pronto. Members can start to be moved whenever these lists are done and looked at by the other 7’s in the div and your director.

 

Any people on Xbox One that are ready to make the move, let your director know. There are Friday mingle nights for all people on the Xbox One hosted by Huckleberry.

 

AAP of the year awards have been extended until December 31^st, everybody please go nominate!

 

Ghost FFA 360 3 month card and Halo Sniper team battle (no award) are the weekend warfare tournaments for this weekend. Please go and sign up on the new weekend warfare site.

 

YouTube page is 80 members away from hitting 2000! When we hit 2000, something special will happen.

 

We need to start using Clan wars as a competition between divisions, bringing people together and building teamwork skills. Use clan wars as a recruiting tool!

 

Every division should be looking at using motivational tools. These goals can be set per squad and let the members achieve and strive to becoming better and better every week.

 

The ultimate goal for each division should be making it to Flagship and then Armada. We want you guys to make your division the best in KSI. Members should request wanting to be in your division.

-All divisions on lockdown. All parties on invite only and be careful  on who we bring in. Full security checks on the Rct. Tag and Generals do the same before accepting them on the squad tag. This is only temporary but in effect until further notice.

 

-during this lockdown make sure we communicate and continue to train our members and try and make them knowledgeable as possible. Make sure our squads are still having game nights and keeping activity up.

To All of Our Wonderful Leaders:

 

We've made it!  Another year in the books for KSI Global.  Though admittedly we've all had our ups and downs, it is with great pride that I write this message.  Pride in the community that you all have built, pride in the commitment we all share, and pride in the goals we have reached as a team that at one time would have seemed impossible. 

 

The Holidays are meant to incite feelings of thanks, unity, and gratefulness! Though for some, these times can be somber, melancholy, and lonely.  I hope that where ever this note finds you, it brings you a sense of accomplishment, knowledge that you are appreciated, and above all that you have a home here with us.  

 

Over the next two weeks (yes two.. No meeting next week as it is New Years Day) if you find yourself thinking of KSI, use this time to reflect on yourself as a leader, your divisions, and KSI as a community.  What can YOU do to make this a better experience not only for our members but for YOU?  What can we implement in the next year, that could assist in maintaining a fun environment for KSI?  What more could be do to be an appealing place for xbox360, xbox one, and eventually PS4 gamers to WANT to be?  

 

Take some time to find and remember those things that keep you here and interested in leading this community.  Plan what your goals are for the next year, for yourself and your division.  Regain your focus in helping members learn things that they can apply in real world situations, to improve themselves as individuals.  THIS is why we are leaders, we are in KSI because we are social gamers... we are LEADERS because we want to help others improve themselves. 

 

I hope you all have a wonderful time off, please remember to communicate between yourselves and your leadership teams your availability.

4.Motivation is bigger than participation. Keep your members motivated, preferably without monetary gain, if we have to pay you to participate, then chances are we can save MS$ to watch you go....Unless its our CPL SHOWDOWN...that is the ONLY Exception.

5.T&E is accepting applications, they will not be up for long so sign up if interested. Sometimes its as simple as HOSTING LOBBIES, sometime you may have to solve tourney disputes....etc... etc...

1. Blacklisting by Association -This means they must join a blacklisted community. It always help to have proof of this. Only way they can return to KSI is to remove all their information and go to W.I. upon senior leadership approval. Div Leader should be the only one approving this/these

3. There are only to be 3 mods in each division now. Each individual squad needs their own section for their squad meeting notes. Generals must post on SUNDAY night soon after meeting.

5. last thing for mods is make sure S.O.P is posted in your sections this meaning the S.O.P for recruitment and the rank structure.

6. G14 log ins - Any General who does not log into G14 for 7 days will automatically be denied access to G14 and Rank suspended/Demoted, unless valid Personal/Medical/Service reasons have been given

7. g14 issues - log in box does not show up. To fix this click on the tab up at the top to the leaders list or access list and the box will pop up or try refreshing the page.

Thursday weekly update, as of 2-27-14

1.This Saturday at 8 est, our Weekendwarfare will be on halo 4, It will be a roshambo, next weekend will be Call of duty ghost 4v4 cranked. As usual sign up at www.ksiweekendwarfare.org.

2.Our promotional pages twitter, YouTube, MySpace, Facebook....spread the word......we have this in place so people can socialize outside of forums, as well as to assist in Promoting KSI, Communicating schedules, game nights, and any other KSI/GAMING/FUN-NESS

3.As officers we should be adding our websites to our profile. Although it is NOT MANDATORY, I as your Div leader would strongly recommend ALL my GENS, CPT'S, AND LT'S to to make use of your profiles and at least REPRESENT your Community....make SENSE?

4.Please make sure ALL OFFICERS have a forums account, punishments will be given out to ANY GENERAL that promotes ANY member to an officer position without an ACTIVE FORUMS ACCOUNT.

If any officer has issues with their forums account....please follow chain of command and the issues will be resolved.

5.SPIRIT WEEK is right around the corner so lets get crunk and ready to represent FI to the fullest. We did an AMAZING job last year. I know we can definitely do if again this year...if not BETTER!!!!

6.Racial slurs will NOT BE TOLERATED ...no matter how it was intended....automatic removal from FI and/or KSI in whole. I can understand some people are HOOD as HELL, just refrain from that one TERM of ENDEARMENT, because to someone else its a slur.....a stereotype that some Countless generations have fought to Demolish.

This also goes for any other derogatory/offensive/sexist B.S. that can be manifested from some intolerant A. HOLE......:-)

KSI Uniform is open motto and bio, Please ensure that your recruits go through the proper steps of having their motto and bio visible to everyone and have their friends list set to friends only and that the game activity is set to everyone. These steps can be completed through the Xbox live dashboard menu under “Privacy Settings†once completed make sure to check that you are able to see the new recruits settings.

Make sure to not add recruit to your friends list until he is on the rct tag, doing so will give you a false reading as to open or closed motto and bio. Another way to check to see if recruit's settings are correct is to have someone who isn't on their friend's list to look at the members' profile.

Our sgt's Rank is about to undergo a few tweaks, We are familiar with this rank as it is acquired by changing your gamertag.

this new change will add a 2 week ACTIVE SERVICE requirement.....????? This Kinda Confuzzles me but ok...lol more details to come.

Any promotion to CoFo and up, requires the CoFo to send a friends request to their appointed Director. this makes it easier for any Director to contact Division leaders for divisional 7s meeting, along with any other issues that may occur.

Please remember when you are promoting anyone to cofo and higher to get with your Director, and to have them send a friend request to the Senior Staff.

This weeks weekend warfare there will be a 4vs4 Cranked CoD Ghosts Tournament on Saturday the 8th @ 8pm est, then the next weekend after that we will be having a T&Especial KSI Sing off! It will be Saturday the 15th at 8pm est. To sign up go to the WW site.
