I know I'm posting again, but I just wanted to share this one with you all. It's an amazing rendition of "Assault" from Final Fantasy X. Probably one of my favorites from that game.

The music for Silent Hill was always interestingly creepy to me. Silent Hill One and Two definitely had some memorable soundtracks.

Ahh, this takes me back to the days of the Super Nintendo. An amazing game all around for its time, and even now, it's a masterpiece. Super Metroid is on my list for favorite games, and will probably never leave that place. Going back to it is always a blast, and the music is phenomenal all around. With this being said, the "Red Brinstar" theme is something that sticks in the mind of the player. It is a slow, dark melody that lets you know how far down beneath the planets surface you are, but seems calm enough to let you know that there is much more to come. This theme was also altered for Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, as it is used for the Torvus Depths.

Ahh, this entry is something else. Kefka! If you've ever heard that name before, then you know what game I'm talking about, and how insane this next post is. In Final Fantasy 6, this guy not only kills multiple people close to you, as well as other atrocities, but he manages to absorb the source of magic to an entire planet. By doing this, he is able to literally become a god, and literally destroy the planet. Killing most of the population, and turning it into something similar to a barren wasteland. My kudos go out to this guy, as he is one of the few villains that actually succeed in what they are trying to do. This maniacal, clown like god is one of my favorite antagonists in a game. His final boss fight is also an amazing tune, with a fitting name. "Dancing Mad"

The soundtrack to Bayonetta was an upbeat, yet epic jazz themed arrangement with a fast tempo female vocal remix of Frank Sinatra's "Fly Me to the Moon" as the theme song for the main character. As well as "lets Dance Boys" from the ending sequence which might be the catchiest thing ever.

This music is from the final boss fight in Final Fantasy X. I'd say that would have to be one of my favorite RPGs from the PS2/Xbox/GameCube Generation. With a great story, gameplay mechanics, and pretty awesome characters as well; I believe that this is one of the best out of the bunch.
