It would be neat to see some sort of tournament for Dept Ops. Similar to Spirit Week or other annual events, instead of it being divisional-based, each department would have a team to compete in this tournament.

We chose games based on what the three of us had, and for the most part, know how to play. Feel free to throw out any suggestions of what you'd like to see during Happy Hour!

Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Gruntier 7 (Co-Division Leader - DM) Link to forums account - @KSI Gruntier 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Gruntier is very humble; he doesn’t try to show off or make lower ranks feel like they’re of less importance. I’m truly astonished by the fact that he frequently hosts game nights for the division. He wants to get to know his members, and I know that can be hard when of a higher rank but he does his best to make his rounds and say hi! Gruntier cares about everyone in DM - he’s stepped up and participated in events when we couldn’t find anyone else to compete, and division security is extremely important to him. He always has discord messages to reply to or paperwork to do, but somehow manages to spend time with all of us. Gruntier just doesn’t seem to stop working… this guy needs a promotion! Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Blood 7 (Founder - DM) Link to forums account - @KSI Blood 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Blood is what every leader should strive to be. He’s very open and isn’t afraid to speak his mind on any topic whatsoever. Good leaders are those who take things seriously, putting a large amount of effort into the work that they do. Great leaders allow themselves to put work aside and have some fun once in a while. Blood pushes himself to work as hard as possible - he’s been a Performance Officer, helps out developing Welcoming Committees across divisions, and works to have the best divisional security around. Blood is always enthusiastic when joining parties, he seems to know everyone in DM and everyone knows him. I think it’s funny how people think he’s mean when they first meet him, but I’ve never gotten that impression from Blood. He tells you how it is, and being upfront and honest with someone is an extremely important quality of a good leader. Everyone in DM definitely looks up to Blood. I’ve never seen anyone show as much compassion for their division compared to this man. Joe genuinely cares about each and every member in DM. He’s the first person that I’ve ever seen to be on a first-name basis with everyone in a division. He parties up with anyone and everyone in DM, to play games with members or to just chat in the party. Joe motivates his members to keep accomplishing our goals and to keep contributing to this community by nominating anyone that he can for AAP awards. And he’s really adamant about everyone needing to feel like we’re equal, that no rank is better than another and CPLs are just as important as Generals. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIDntAskImAwfl (3LT - DM/Venom) Link to forums account - @KSIdontask Reasoning why they deserve this - DntAsk stood out to me before I even transferred to DM. I would see her post on the forums helping out new members, making suggestions to departments, etc. I joined DM and when I first saw her post in discord I thought, “Hey I know her!”. She’s so helpful to members on the forums and reminds DM of KSI happenings that we should be aware of. Department Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Bane (3CPT - DW/Paladin) Link to forums account - @KSI Bane Reasoning why they deserve this - Bane is extremely active in the Productions Department. He frequently posts in discord asking how everyone’s doing, or asks if anyone wants to hang out and play a game. Bane is also in charge of Happy Hour on Fridays, collaborating with his panel on which games to play for upcoming episodes instead of deciding on his own. And he’s always one of the first people to jump on streaming a KSI event. He’s super friendly, sarcastic, and hilarious. The Productions Department would be a whole different atmosphere without Bane around to liven things up. He’s very friendly and welcoming to new members in the division. You can always catch him hopping around to different parties and jazzing things up with his singing. I’m super proud of him for making it to 3LT! Keep up the good work.

Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Gambit 7 (Director - DL/DM) Link to forums account - @KSI Gambit 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Gambit is literally the best. His LEAD 101 classes are very informational and he makes them interactive so that those attending get the most out of the class. He has also stepped up, partaking in PO stuff to help teach the new workshops to us. He cares about all of the members within KSI, not just members in the divisions that he’s over. If I have any issues, or just want to poke fun, I know I can go to Gambit because he’s an active listener and always has great advice (and he's hilarious!). You can often find this guy co-hosting T&E events on KSILive and doing raffles to boost viewer activity! #takegambitsmoney Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Soap 7 (Founder - CD) Link to forums account - @KSI Soap 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Even though Soap is soft-spoken compared to some people in the division, he steps up when he needs to. Members always feel welcome in his parties because he’s so open and willing to answer any questions that they may have. He genuinely cares about all his members. Soap is a fun-loving individual that lightens up any party with his silly attitude. Most people would think that he’s hard headed and stubborn, but in reality he’s just straight forward and he’s not afraid to tell you how it is. Rev makes sure what needs to get done is taken care of right away. He’s as honest as they come, giving advice to younger and newer members who wish to learn and climb the ranks. Once you get to know Rev you’ll find that he’s a really nice guy (not sure if I should be saying that) and one of the funniest people I know! General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI AllStarRM17 (GEN - CD/Prodigy) Link to forums account - @KSI AllStarRM17 Reasoning why the deserve this - Allstar was literally thrown into the GENs spot and has made great progress! He is constantly trying to boost activity within his squad by helping host workshops and game nights, even when down a few officers (which can be a struggle). He cares for the personal safety of his members, helping with and fixing any issues that may arise. He is readily available to answer any questions that his members, and anyone within the division, may have. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Gods (2CPT - CD/Terror) Link to forums account - @KSI Gods Reasoning why they deserve this - Gods has taken initiative while his GEN has been on LOA. He seemed hesitant at first to take charge, but is now running the squad smoothly. He keeps an updated list of RCTs and PVTs that need to get promoted, and holds officer meetings when needed. Gods isn’t afraid to ask questions and is already eager to learn more. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Grand Lion (3LT - CD/Empire) Link to forums account - @KSI Grand Lion Reasoning why they deserve this - Grand Lion is very active within his squad, often spending time with SGTs and the newer members, leaving no one left behind. Lately, he has been part of a group of people who are starting to organize a “god squad” for R6S, and many members throughout the entire division are very excited and interested in participating in tryouts! Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI BattleBear8 (SGT - CD/Empire) Link to forums account - @KSI BattleBear8 Reasoning why they deserve this - BattleBear can be quiet at times, often joining my parties and listening to the sometimes weird conversations that go on. Information doesn’t just fly over his head, he’s constantly taking mental notes and rarely forgets anything that is said, whether is be KSI-related or personal stories that we share. BattleBear strives to learn more by asking older members questions that come to mind. He is well-spoken and I believe that he’s going to be a fantastic officer one day!

I first met Blood during the last Turkey Bowl event in the WW2 FFA. At this point, I hadn’t really met a whole lot of people outside of my division so I love attending KSI-wide events to meet other members. We were in a lobby/party where I knew a few other members participating and naturally they would talk smack. Blood probably thought it was hilarious and we soon added each other. It turns out Blood and I were of similar rank and continued to move up the ranks simultaneously. Even though Blood is in another division, he’s always been my go-to if I ever need someone to talk to or need advice, and makes himself readily available to chat if need be. He isn’t only looking out for the members in his division but other members across KSI. Blood has mentored me by simply listening to me vent, has provided me with guidance and advice (after listening to me vent), and genuinely cares about any question or concern that I bring up... even if it’s at 3am. Blood is an open, honest, and caring individual that I believe everyone should look up to!

He has such a warm personality and members always feel comfortable going to Joker if any personal issues arise. Joker never stops working. He’s very protective of the members in Empire, taking care of any squad (or even division) related issues immediately - this goes for recent security issues where Joker was available nearly 24/7 to comfort and keep members informed. Joker is not only a role model for the lower ranking members in his squad, but also a member in CD that everyone looks up to.

I have witnessed this. Wulfblood has given away several PUBG copies to members who did not have it as well as gamertag changes. He has also started doing monthly giveaways for the members of CD, giving away xbox gift cards and games - I won March's give away and received Sea Of Thieves.

He’s held recruiting workshops and has been helping all of the SGTs learn how to recruit. Gods is also very knowledgeable about KSI and very enthusiastic to learn more! Breakfast is not only the most important meal of the day, but also a person who the whole division has come to respect. I feel, and I’m sure other members in the division do as well, that I can go to him with any issue and he will be willing to hear me out and offer advice. Breakfast has been recently promoted to Founder for all the amazing things he has accomplished as a Co-Founder, which is why he deserves this award. Even though we all have things going on in real life, he has been very sensitive of other member’s feelings and has been around when people need someone to talk to or a shoulder to cry on, often putting others’ needs before his own. Mudd was the first to help train me to become an officer; he showed me how things were done from the very beginning. Now, Mudd is a general. He is a very dedicated individual who truly cares about his members and has worked hard to get to where he is today.
