Biggest things we look out for in KSI recruits is(top 4): 15, mic, at least 20 friends, and a gamerscore of 500+ -She goes over the CoC- 1. When you join xbox live there are rules to accept. you need to accept that. and the CoC is our 10 rules. 2. Pretty straight forward. 3. You rep KSI so be professional while you have fun. No need to be offensive to the wrong people. Also if you are an officer. You are in charged of making sure gamenight workshops and meetings have attendance numbers. 4. Don't kick out people if they don't deserve it. Be Considerate of one another. 5. chain of command goes like this - RCT - 24 hrs later PVT - then CPL - KSI name change SGT - SSGT - 4LTS - 4CPTS - 1GEN - // open door policy means you can talk to lt's and CPTs on minor issues if its something major go to a 7 and for the worst case its our Division leader (KSI Hebrew 7) // KSI Akame 7 is our Founder Gen of Legend: KSI KILLER 7 6. You don't have to change your name to KSI but if you want to move up the ranks beyond CPL you need to change your name. 7. You rep KSI so you need to be professional - to help others know that KSI is a good place. No drama. No stress. Be warned that there will be punishments if you act out in KSI based chats. 9. Everyone in here is older than 15. The reason why its 15+ is to detour squeakers and keep it a drama free place. 10. Don't tell someone to keep something illegal on the down-low. Blacklisting: For extreme threats to the community. Security Risk: smaller threat to the community. BL: Almost permanent until they appeal themselves. SR: Goes from 3-6 months of a probation period. poaching: stealing members for another community.
