We had even a bigger turn out than the first. Everyone had a great time. Lasted an hour and a half. Weekly goal: Push more recruits but concentrate more on the retention aspect. Get in touch with the "old heads", get them more involved. Minimum 5 recruits but pushing for 7. Was last week's goal reached? If not, why? Yes it was reached in recruiting and performance. GREAT turnout. Weekly goals: Trying to set a new standard on teaching new SSG to be productive and successful so we can fill our officer ranks up again. Holding more game nights to promote more activity but more importantly holding more workshops. Was last weeks goals met? If not, why? No. We really thought we we're on a roll so we pushed our recruiting goal up but only got 2. Imperial had a very bad week, losing 3 officers and activity was very slow this week. Promoted him to SSG and he hasnt let off the throttle since. An enormous help to myself and the squad. Also KSI Snooty. After a miserable SSG interview, hes been doing his best to soak up knowledge and has pulled in some recruits this week also. KSIxMidwestSyco continues to strive to help out as much as he can over and beyond his rank while KSI Snooty is continueing to strive to learn all he can about KSI and trying to recruit to earn the next SSG seat at the table Squad Event of the week: No big event this weekwhich was my fault. I didnt get a good schedule together this week with my staff due to an overly heavy work schedule at work this week. Weekly Goal: More training for new officers and hopefully have them all certified to do workshops in the very near future as well as at least the minimum of 5 recruits but pushing for more, also getting more activity with members by having some great gamenights. Both have done extremely well this week. Rogue is a new SSG moving really fast up the rank structure. Extremely intelligent and has had some great ideas. He's willing to learn as much as possible so he can make KSI even better. MCDouble has been here before and made a few mistakes but I think he's learned from those as he's hitting the ground running with any task he's asked to do including damage control this past week Squad event this week: PUBG with KSI MCDoubles95. Very good turnout. Weekly goal: Minimum on recruiting this week. We feel retention and involvement with the members is more necessary this week. Also we want to have more workshops. Was last week's goal met? If not, why? No, we're shy 1 recruit. Chaotic mess during the week slowed us down a bit. But due to the amazing efforts of loyal driven members and the officer staff we have been growing at a phenomenal rate.) KSI Lollipop because she came off LOA and got right to work. Didn’t hesitate one bit. Always ready and down to host a game night or workshop. KSI RAIDER187 - He has shown interest in learning about KSI and becoming an officer. He has sat in on a couple recruits and shadowed SSGTs. I'm gonna run with him and gauge his progress but he show a lot of potential.
