Category: Department Head Gamertag: KSI Akame 7 Forums Account Link / @KSI Akame 7 Reasons they deserve this award: There are many dept heads, but when it comes to the best of the best, Akame hits it home for me. This man is ALWAYS on point, even when it seems like it's a huge struggle. Whether it be in clan ops, or dept ops, Akame always has a face present. When it comes to the bread and butter of this community, Tournaments and Events is on the top of the list. They are the heart and soul of what keeps each Division going. Through Weekend Warfares, Annual Events, and random hosted Div events, T&E is there. As the Dept Head of T&E, Akame has to be there for all of it. He sets it up, he's there to make sure it runs smoothly, he PARTICIPATES IN IT ALL! The last 2 Annual Events that I was present for, Akame went out of his way to make sure that his Div, WD, had a face in the mess of everything, all the while making sure that each event had a host from T&E. Without those hosts, and his filling in, events would not happen. In my own opinion, T&E is the hardest Dept to run, having to schedule everything out and continue to make sure they all happen. Akame is what makes this work. AND to make matters even more hard pressed on him, he does all of this while living in England, 5 hours ahead of us in the EST. That is commitment right there. Category: Captain Gamertag: KSI Legion Forums Account Link / @KSI LEGION Reasons they deserve this award: Legion is the epitome of what every member in this community should be. He's been here many, MANY, many moons. He's a Captain in Vanquish WD, and a damned good one at that. Member Retention is Legions name of the game. Heck, he doesn't even need to play the game, members flock to him. His attitude about his squad and members is that of a parent to their children. He loves everyone, and everyone loves him. He gives his all when it comes to anything he does. He reaches out to those whom he hasn't seen, just to check in and see if they are doing well. His love for everything is what potential officers aspire to be. He's definitely the state of what a Captain should be, and above that. I have to say that I am very proud to be in a squad with him, and love the qualities that he shows to others. Category: Member of the Year Gamertag: KSI Big Mack 92 Forums: @KSI Big Mack 92 Reason they deserve this award: After I rejoined KSI back in Sept, my first major event was Fall Classic. We were pushing everything like madmen, trying to make sure we had teams set up for each event. We wanted a WD presence for all events. In walks Mack. This guy did EVERYTHING he could to help. Threw himself into a situation, not knowing me, and picked me up for an Apex Run. Now we had NEVER physically talked until the night of the Run in FC. He was so understanding, wanting to learn how I ran maps, and just massively gung ho. Mack shows a love for this community that isn't seen near enough. Some people brush him off because of his disabilities, but I've pulled him in like a younger brother. I've learned a lot from him as well. It doesnt matter what the situation holds in KSI, Mack is there, right as rain, always ready to go. He's so kind hearted and willing to help. Even when we needed people in depts, he jumped right in to give his very best, even while apologizing for not completely understanding how to do things. Mack deserves this more than anyone else I know, and I know a lot of people. You wont find a more loving, willing, and able member, who would do anything, for anyone. Category: General Gamertag: KSI N8iV 406 Forums @KSI N8iV 406 Reason they deserve this award: When life gives you lemons, you use them to make shots right? Shots of knowledge, strength, and integrity! I found this out the hard way. With N8iV and I, we had a hard time originally getting along. It was some he said she said bs. It was like someone came in and just gave a big "yeah no, you 2 just wont work. And Im gonna make sure of it....." Long story short, their prayers didn't make it to God. I found out from an early start that N8iV was a man of his word. He had been through a crap storm in his career in KSI. But that hasn't stopped him in his revamp help in WD. As a Gen over Vanquish, N8iVs love for his people shines brighter than a diamond. Sometimes it's snuffed, because honestly, time takes a toll on a person, but he never gives up. N8iV is a man who never gives up, and never gives in. He's hella stubborn and hard headed, but that's why we love him so blasted much. He reaches out, checks in, does his duties, and talks the talk. If I had to pick a Gen to be under, (and I had that luxury when I rejoined), I would pick N8iV over and over. He's not well understood by people who don't try, and for those who don't, they are missing out. N8iV is a phenomenal Gen who deserves many nominations.

Now I haven't been over in DW for a super long time, maybe a month and a half, BUT I'm sure going to witness here. Harley is one of those few members you come across and never forget, in the not just good way, but the astounding way. My first few days here, I thought things would be shakey... Ya know, transfer, new person, all that jazz. It wasn't like that at all. Harley was exceptionally warm welcoming. She kinda showed me the ropes to Samurai, introduced me to people, gave me the highs and lows if you will. In the short weeks that I've been here working with her, Harley has become a good, close friend. Not just someone whom I can confide in, but someone who's actually willing to help. I've seen her interactions with the members, and she's one of those people who will halt things on her end to help you. Whether that be because of her line of work in the Real World or not, she's there to make sure you understand. You feeling a little left out? Have no fear, jump in a party and you're golden! Harley is one of those Staff members whom I always want to be around. She's true to herself and members. It doesn't matter the situation at hand. She truly deserves this award!

General: KSI Barb130 Forums Link: @KSI Barb130 Reason: From day one of Barbs Gen tenure, she's been the poster child of "work hard play later". When she became Gen for the second time this year, she put forth this effort twice as hard. Barbs squad is her life. There is literally nothing she will not do for Succubus. Her time put in to keep her members active and continuing to strive for greatness is astounding. Barb is one of the main reasons that Succubus has continued to stay afloat in ES, and will continue to be like that. The leadership qualities that she expels within herself and her staff rival that of any other 7 I have ever met. Captain: KSI Pathfinder Forums Link: @KSI Pathfinder Reason: Pathfinder is another one of those staff members who gives his all, no matter what. As a CPT in Succubus ES, Path was all over the squad making sure everything that was needed to be done, was done plus more. He's the face of activity, making sure he attends as much as he can so he can associate with as many members as possible. This is what earned him his ssgt position. Dabb has always yearned to do more within ES, and has been full of many questions that he always asks. As a staff member in ES, he is ever growing trying to spread his love for this community the best he can. She's always running around building up members and making sure they are included. She's never had a bad thing to say about ANYONE, and always finds the good out of a situation. Jenny is who runs to you when she hears that you're sad, and will do everything to make you laugh and forget about your blues. She's the kind of person that makes this community so great!

Gamertag: KSI M3NTALIST 7 Forums: @KSI M3NTALIST 7 Awards: Novice Recruiter / Pro Recruiter / Trainer Evidence: As M3NTALIST's Div Leader in ES, as well as being a Gen with him when we were in LS, I have been able to witness him recruiting/training as well as aiding his staff members in both aspects.

Where do I start with FadeZ? Right in the middle I suppose is a great place. KSI FadeZ 7 is a superstar among the ranks here in KSI. As a former staff member within Clan Ops, FadeZ decided to "Perma SGT" himself to focus more on Departments. Here, I had my first major interaction with him on the News Team. FadeZ was an all around team player, making sure that any staff who had questions were taken care of, while still maintaining the high standards of being Senior Staff. He never hesitated to add extra insight to any article that we had, and always jumped at the opportunity to pull extra articles for us if the time called for it. When News split to form HSI, FadeZ was one of the forefront members who made this possible, keeping on top of all things KSI related, and made his way up to Dept Head. He's still there today making sure that any stat is kept, spotlights are done, and updates on divisions are made. FadeZ is a main reason on why they run so smoothly. Now, FadeZ didn't stop there. He's also a Court Judge within KSI, as well as a Forums Moderator. The guy is everywhere, anytime, even when he's working in his RL. While doing all of this, FadeZ still manages to keep up with his division DW, and plays an active roll in their member retention. There's rarely a time you will catch him on when he's NOT with them. FadeZ is a name that many people know, mostly due to his LLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGG stent with KSI. He's also a person who is hard to forget. Over the years, he has become a close personal friend of mine who is always there, no matter the situation. Even if I want to vent about RL issues, but it be like that sometimes right? I don't want to kick a dead horse and say the same thing many others have already spoken about. He deserves this OS3 just based off of the physical proof of everything he has done within this community to make it an all around better place for the members. Keep up the hella good work twinsie!
