Ok so I have a few things to throw up in here for this old man lol. Way Back when , I've heard about trendies, Not for anything bad but only good things about the guy. Years later he was running a LEAD CLASS and I was like why not, I've heard he was an exceptional leader so who better to learn from. Attending his classes I quickly realized how true the rumors were about him. Great teacher for sure, he made it fun and by the time I was getting cool with him, LEAD 101 was over. So this is where the OS comes in, several times within this year problems arose throughout LS, GENS an 7s not taking their duties seriously, officers backtalking higherups, relationships just all the above. Trendies was the first guy we went to, asking advice And proper course of action. Every time we had a question he had an answer. Some days it would be 1 or 2 am and still he would make time to get on. It felt like he was directly involved constantly with LS and not 1 time have I heard ( ill do it tomorrow or later) from him. Even when we got a new director he was still around if we needed him and he made sure we knew and still know that. I'm surprised he's not a senior director yet with all he's done and his extreme level of commitment to this community. KSI Trendies 7 is and has always been a great leader, friend and mentor to many members in KSI and he definitely deserves OS3.

My old oops I mean younger sister hatter lol. I've known hatter since 2013 when we used to have HALO 4 gamenights with WI. At the time I was in TW and us and WI used to merge lobbies often and have a ball. We used to communicate as LTs then CPTs then GENS and up. Bouncing ideas off each other. Her being from WI back then it was the last chance div so you had to know ur ranks duties through and through. I have watched her lead from then and more current. Since she's returned she hasn't missed a beat,seemed like she never left tbh. She runs her squad with the tough but gentle approach and it's effectiveness has shown. Her officers respect her 100% and so does the 7s staff. Even on the weekends which is her family time shes ready to jump on the app if need be and she's steady on discord checking up on everyone. Overall a great leader that's overdue for this award so yes to OS1 for sure

Ok so for my boy deciembre or as you all know him KSI December 77 I'm glad he's finally nominated for this award. Long overdue and has earned it in my opinion 10 times over. Not only has he made waves since he has rejoined but he's made it to Co-Fo and head of multiple departments at the same time. He even got me to put in a app for PO which is something I've never considered. Somehow he juggles life, clan ops, department OPS and web OPS all in one. He spreads his knowledge from all these departments to our division and I mean basically all KSI. His commitment to this community is unmatched and he's a member you get to witness once in a KSI lifetime. He's been my right hand since he got co-fo and has never let me down. I'm sure everyone knows who December is and that alone let's you know what kinda guy he is. So yes OS lvl 2 all day for this warrior

Ok so for this awesome lady I'm definitely gonna throw my 2 cents in here. I've only known cherry for a couple months now, I watched her get promoted during a div meeting and shortly after that she was appointed as our director over here in the great LS. My first thought was well she's new so I was on the fences about how it was gonna turn out but after my first convo with her I quickly realised not only was she 100% for the community and down for the cause but she knew what she was talking about. She is very knowledgeable and has demonstrated it in the multiple times we have needed her opinions, assistance or guidance. Rather it was 7s issues, member issues or i mean from the rct to div leader overall help within the div. She is involved with the division, running workshops, involved in meetings and the occasional gamenights when she wants to catch these hands lol. But ya in complete honesty KSI Cherry 7 is 1 of the best director I've seen in my almost 5 years being around this awesome community and yes she deserves both OS1 and OS2. OS3 is gonna happen soon also.

When issues arrise hes there within minutes. Any squad tags need pulled or given hes right there and hes constantly gaming with his members. Hes also a great guy to just sit down and talk to for advise definitely the example of what a director should be. Hes also part of different departments, well rounded in experience here. His communication on discord is always great also. His squad members are well informed all the time. No excuses just do your duties and be done with it. Even when she was going through some life issues she was present in some form. But when shes on Xbox the squad respects her 100% and listen to what she has to say. Shes the right hand of December and they work well together which helped boost Trocity to where it is today. A great example of a LT in KSI and all around great person to bounce ideas off of.

As the on and off Co-Fo of swagg i can definitely be a witness to this man. From the time swagg came into LS into Impulse squad hes been the driving force and setting the example for the junior members here. Recruiting constantly, running multiple workshops and not just squad based but also div wide, mentoring multiple members in LS. If anyone needs help, ive seen him get right on it. Hes an easy guy to talk to and will share his knowledge and experience in KSI if u ask. I remember recently when we had a squad that was struggling and swagg took it upon himself to offer help. Which i ended up hearing about later on. Initiative and motivation is a real strength this man has and i think alot of members can learn from him.

As the co founder over December i have seen him rise through the ranks without any problem. From the time he rejoined he hasn't missed a beat. From department OPS to Clan OPS he has definitely been the example for not only his squad but for every member in LS. I remember when his general was on LOA and at the time December was an LT, now i heard about december from 2014 but i never really knew the guy. I came to the officers letting them know I was acting GEN for a bit but December said he gots this. So i said ok, lets see what u got. Not once did i have to step in bcuz he knew exactly what to do. Before he was in, trocity was on the path to going into the squad graveyard but Since his presence, trocity has been an outstanding squad. Still as a 1st captain he likes to bounce ideas off with me trying to find the most effective ways to improve the squad. Also During spirit week he was a great motivator. Getting members on the forums, helping me with teams, Holding the tryouts for the D2 team and overall getting 2nd place in that event. Always in his squad chat making sure everyone's informed of the upcoming events. Constantly online making sure gamenights, HH practice, meetings and workshops are happening. I mean with the passion and motivation i see December have toward KSI, I'm honestly surprised he doesn't already have this award. Long overdue for sure

My ol friend KSI Hatter 7, ive known this lady for years now and was super excited when i heard she was coming back to KSI. Since shes been back she def been making waves in LS. Helping members with anything they want to know about KSI, and overall just being an open book to junior members getting in and finding themselves in this community. I remember several times when she was on vacation on LOA and still responding to members who needed assistance. Shes also on discord 100% of the time , and even when she was going through certain issues that are too personal for me to mention on here, she was dedicated, motivated and ready to help members. For these reasons i believe KSI Hatter 7 deserves this award
