I can say that this member has recently come into the News department and has really started to be a contributor. She has been helping work on the interview process for our updated spotlight awards system, and has started articles for inspirational interviews as well in an attempt to boost morale in the community. She seems to really love what she does, and is a joy to work with about it.

I can say having worked with Kam in Web and Department Ops closely that he definitively deserves this award. He gives everything that he has to any project he commits to. He is never lax in his duties, even catching issues or mistakes other leaders have made and attempting to correct them in a discreet fashion so as to educate, and not to drag people through the dirt. He is a major driving force behind the Join/Rejoin section, as well as a former Senior Staff AAP member. This guy is known throughout the community as an Outstanding member by many, with plenty of reason for that. You da bomb

I cant speak to clan ops, but for Department Ops he has been a contributing member since joining the AAP, and has been helpful assisting in the current stages of reworking the News department as Senior Staff. He is someone that generally has ideas for tons of things, and if he does, he can go on about them in detail for an almost unlimited amount of time. I look forward to seeing what comes from him in the future in Departments

Welcome 2020 Donors!
This month, we will be hosting the first 2020 Donor Hangout. These Hangouts will happen periodically throughout the year, and give you guys a chance to meet each other as well as some special community guests you may not have normal interaction with.
 
This month's hangout will be March 21 at 8EST on Prominence Poker. We will have multiple tables if necessary, and will also be streaming the event. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to myself or KSI MeShell 7.

I cannot attest to anything in Clan Ops.
For Department Operations though, I can say that Starset has been one of the few people that does go above and beyond for the AAP. So much to the extent promoting him to Co-Head was done in the past few months. Since this promotion, and with my focus being shared on some of the other Departments currently, Starset has really stepped up quickly and efficiently to make sure that things are still done correctly and in a timely manner. Especially keeping the Department caught up with the several new awards we've added this year and the activity that it brought. I have no doubt that this guy will go far, and take continue to take the AAP in the correct direction. He should probably get better at Madden, but that doesn't effect his Outstanding Service for this community.

It'd be nice if we had Division Wide games like Gun Crowns or Squad Level Headhunter teams. Some things we had back in the day to keep the division cohesive. Just a couple thoughts.

Thanks everyone, for getting your OTYs to me in a timely manner, and in before close and with the reasons attached as requested. You guys are the bomb. Now let's get ready to transition this department into the next year! I will be putting up a New Year award topic similar to the other Holiday topics soon.
