If I could be any God from mythology, then I would choose to be Chronos. Chronos was the original God/Titan in Greek Mythology. He was all-powerful, and no one stood in his way. His power was absolute until his sons, led by Zeus, banded together to defeat and ensnare Chronos until the ends of time, but that is not why I chose Chronos. I picked Chronos because he is the Greek God of Time. If I were Chronos, then I would never be stuck in the constraints of time. I would bend time to my will. Never again would I have to worry about a deadline for any work that I was tasked with. I would stop time whenever I pleased, so I could enjoy the precious little things in life that most people don't notice because of their busy schedules. I would relive perfect moments. I would control time: the most precious gift that humans have ever created. With my power I would lead the other Gods. What good is Helios' sun if there was no time for it to rise or set? Who would care about Aphrodite's love and beauty if they could not admire it through time? Demeter's crops would not grow, nor her flowers blossom if I did not allow the time. I could stop Ares' wars with ease by stopping all time until mortals begged me to end their suffering, so they could return to their loved ones. Hera would not oversee marriage unless I permitted. No life would be born without marriage and love, and no life would end without war unless I wanted it to end, which would leave Hades' underworld empty. In the end all Gods would rely on me for them to be so important, and all mortals would need me for their lives to be fulfilling. 

KSI HIPPARU definitely deserves this award. She has been one of the greatest assets to Prestige SL. If it wasnt for her the squad might have ended up closing. She became a SSGT during/right after her squad got poached by its former general. With only a general and two other (not as active) officers she dedicated all her time and energy into rebuilding prestige. She worked so hard that she eventually earned her way to the rank of general. She is a staple in Prestige and a main reason it is successful today. The members in her squad and in others all know and love her. She has earned the novice recruiter and jack of all trade awards. She does a great job of motivating her officers and leading by example. She is an excellent trainer. She is sympathetic, but she does not allow anyone to take advantage of her. She is an excellent leader and mentor within KSI. For these reasons @KSI HIPPARU deserves OS 1.

Evidence:
I will be more than happy to drop my vote to nominate one of my closest colleagues, mentors, and friends within this community. A lot of my leadership traits come from KSI Rogue 7. He has taught me more than most people will ever learn during their time in this community. In September 2019 I was transferred to his squad in order to benefit the division. Three weeks after the transfer I was promoted to general and he was promoted to Co-Founder. Although I received training in Knights SL, he completed my training, so I could be fully general ready at the time of my promotion. Things were extremely tough at times, such as when I had to rank suspend a Captain that eventually was removed from the division, yet he was there to mentor me. He would always give advice, but he allowed me to make decisions. If I made mistakes, then he was there to guide me, so I can learn from those mistakes to become a better leader. Rogue helped me tremendously when Vanguard split from Imperial (December) while I was general, and he was able to do so easily since he had literally split Prestige from Imperial 4 months prior in August 2019.
The mentoring did not stop at the general level. He was one of the first people to help mentor and train me when I was promoted to Co-Founder. We may not always see eye to eye, but he is always willing to listen to other people's ideas before making a final decision. He has done this all for me, but I am not the only one that notices how outstanding Rogue is in the community. Everyone in SL knows Rogue because he is constantly jumping into parties, posting in discord, and playing games with the members. Rogue revamped SL's entire recruiting process and created what is known as the Standard Recruiting Process that every squad in SL uses when recruiting. He also did the same thing with promotions, so that training new officers, recruiting, and promotions are done efficiently by all officers and potential officers. Rogue cares about all of the members and is constantly reaching out to them to check up on their well being. He has sacrificed a lot for this community (time, money, mental health, etc.) just so he can make sure others are enjoying their time in KSI.
He recently celebrated his 1 year anniversary, and since the start of his KSI career, he has been subscribed to the KSI Twitch (two weeks from a full year), which proves how much he invests into the community.  He also has the following awards that are quite notable: General of the Year 2019, Co-Founder of the Month Jan. 2020, Master Recruiter, and Squad Splitter. He created the Divisional Tournament Council, which he completely funds just to promote growth, activity, and camaraderie between squads and divisions. As a co-founder he has been acting general of every SL squad (other than Elysium that just transferred into SL on 4/30/20) for a minimum of a week and a half and the maximum being six weeks. He even was acting gen of two squads at the same time for a one week period. Rogue has done a lot for this community, and it is clear that he is truly outstanding in his actions. For these reasons I believe that KSI Rogue 7 deserves OS LVL 2.

KSI Swagg 77 deserves this because of the insane amount of work that he does for his division and the community. The man probably dedicates 14 hours a day to better his division and community. He party hops so much that he is probably in upwards of 30 parties a day. This month alone he has lead SL to reach new heights to have over 420 members while encouraging his generals to actively fluff. He recruits, promotes, adds people to discord, and even adds people to the omega in order to help his generals when they are busy. He has successfully led his division throughout this month even though we had two generals step down. He actually talked both of them into reversing their decision, which helped the strength of the division. He is always preaching about member retention and practices what he preaches. He is even on the G14 Classified helping people transfer and welcoming the new members from Elysium. For these reasons I believe that KSI Swag 77 deserves Division Leader of the Month.

KSI Kakashii 77 is one of the most veteran generals that has ever graced KSI, and this month he has proved why he deserves this award. Kakashii has led Prestige SL to become one of the strongest squads in the division. He has not done it by himself, and he will even tell you that. He is one that will give credit to others rather than take all of the credit himself, which is what makes him a fantastic leader. While Elysium continues to transfer Kakashii has led a charge for his squads officers to help Elysium officers get used to the new division. He is always training people, motivating his officers and members, and he has paid for multiple members name changes, games, and xbox live. He does this for everyone not just his squad. He puts his squad first, but he always thinks about what he can do for the division. For these reasons I believe that KSI Kakashii 77 deserves General of the Month.

@KSI Uppish 7 definitely meets the definition of drama. He is either the center or attention or afk. Honestly I have been around this guy in HSI, News, and AAP and he is always dramatic somehow. He is either causing a scene or randomly averting attention by screaming something. It does not surprise me that he was nominated for this award. I have somehow managed to out up with the drama that follows Uppish, which is why I am willing to drop my vote in order to witness.

I am willing to drop my vote to witness for this member. I have worked with her in both the news department and in clan ops. When nyx came to the news department things took a turn for the better. She jumped right in and has wrote several amazing articles. She takes on as much as she is able, and she knows when she needs to ask for help. As far as clan ops she has made a significant impact on Imperial SL in her brief tenure since transferring. She has recruited, promoted, trained, and focused on member retention all while earning the favor of her new squad/division. She has made herself comfortable and known, and I have never heard anyone say anything bad about her or her leadership. She does extremely well in both clan ops and department ops, which is why I think @KSI Nyx 7 deserves OS LVL1

Reasoning why they deserve this - Grifful deserves this award because he has done everything in his power to get SL to be the best division that he can. He overlooks and guides the 7's staff sure, but he also goes down to the ground level and plays with members on a consistent basis. He posts all the time in the discord, so he can meet new members almost everyday. While he does that he makes sure not to overstep and he lets KSI Swag 77 run the division. SL has continued to be successful under Grifful's leadership, and he has done remarkably well after the transfer of KSI Skarzx 77 (longtime director of SL). SL has been his home from the beginning, and he has not disappointed anyone as he continues to lead SL as director. For these reasons I believe KSI Grifful 7 deserves Director of the Month.

Reasoning why they deserve this - When you think SL, KSI Swag 77 has to come to mind. Swag does not play when it comes to leading the division. He is dedicated to the community, the growth of the division, the success of the squads, but more importantly, he is dedicated to the success of the members. KSI Swag 77 does not play favorites and is not afraid to put his foot down. He gives constructive criticism to help his officers grow (not to tear them down). He is always trying to build up the officer corps because the strength of the division lies within the members. He does not ride a high horse and leads by example. He does not allow excuses and holds everyone accountable, yet he is understanding and compassionate. He hops in parties all day and probably talks to upwards of 50 members a day easy. I think the most important thing about Swag is the fact of how much time he dedicates to the community. He is online everyday and is always willing to talk to anyone. Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI Codyo 7 is a great friend and a good leader. He has always been there to mentor me and to make sure that keep a calm head. Since my promotion to Co-Founder Cody has been extremely helpful in teaching me what to do and what not do. He is always willing to help and has done a lot for the squads that he is overlooking. For these reasons I believe that KSI Codyo 7 deserves Co-Founder of the month.

Reasoning why the deserve this - KSI SlickNick is by far an amazing general. He has got a lot of potential. He took over as general and was well met with every member in his squad. He holds his officers accountable and is extremely personable. His members know they can go to him for anything and everything, yet he does not tolerate excuses. He asked for a measly 4 recruits a week, and his officers bought in so much to his leadership that they were getting 10+ members a week to where his squad at its height was 120 members. He was able to manage the squad of 120 members with the help of his officers because everyone in his squad responded well to his personality and leadership. I believe that KSI SlickNick deserves general of the month for these reasons.

I say squads that he was in because he started in Templar SL and voluntarily went over to Prestige SL to help them when times were hard. Ace not only recruits, but he is a fantastic leader. He gets with all of the members he possibly can and plays any games that they want to play (if he has it). He makes it a priority to play with everyone and makes sure that he refines his leadership skills by asking for help and seeking knowledge. He is great at member retention, recruiting, and mentoring officers (and potential officers). For these reasons I believe that KSI AceStrkr25 deserves Captain of the Month.

Reasoning why they deserve this- KSI Bambino is much like KSI AceStrkr25. He was a former Templar SL member that volunteered to go over to Prestige SL in a time of need. Unlike Ace though, he willingly recruited for Prestige and did the officers duties for Templar. Then fully transferred to Prestige after pulling about 5 recruits before transferring. He has had at the minimum 15 recruits and done about 20 promotions between the two squads. He is always willing to learn and willing to help anyone in need. He is not one to shy away from a challenge and is always doing what he can to make the squad better. For these reasons I believe that KSI Bambino deserves LT of the month.

He is meeting new members all the time and setting them up with members they can play with to help keep members active in the community. He is always looking to gain knowledge and is doing what he can to help build his squad and the community. For these reasons I believe that KSIBABYSHARK deserves SSGT of the month.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Grifful deserves this award because he has done everything in his power to get SL to be the best division that he can. He overlooks and guides the 7's staff sure, but he also goes down to the ground level and plays with members on a consistent basis. He posts all the time in the discord, so he can meet new members almost everyday. While he does that he makes sure not to overstep and he lets KSI Swag 77 run the division. SL has continued to be successful under Grifful's leadership, and he has done remarkably well after the transfer of KSI Skarzx 77 (longtime director of SL). SL has been his home from the beginning, and he has not disappointed anyone as he continues to lead SL as director. For these reasons I believe KSI Grifful 7 deserves Director of the Month.

Reasoning why they deserve this - When you think SL, KSI Swag 77 has to come to mind. Swag does not play when it comes to leading the division. He is dedicated to the community, the growth of the division, the success of the squads, but more importantly, he is dedicated to the success of the members. KSI Swag 77 does not play favorites and is not afraid to put his foot down. He gives constructive criticism to help his officers grow (not to tear them down). He is always trying to build up the officer corps because the strength of the division lies within the members. He does not ride a high horse and leads by example. He does not allow excuses and holds everyone accountable, yet he is understanding and compassionate. He hops in parties all day and probably talks to upwards of 50 members a day easy. I think the most important thing about Swag is the fact of how much time he dedicates to the community. He is online everyday and is always willing to talk to anyone. Reasoning why they deserve this - Personally I have seen that DCrunk has done a lot for this community, and he has helped Imperial a whole lot. He has really helped rebuild us when we have gone and taken a big hit, he has come and taken the time and energy to keep this squad alive and fighting, and has helped us stabilize and get to being better, and even now he still helps us, and still takes times for the other squads he has to look out for. DCrunk has been such a good help, and inspiration, and he doesn't stop trying to work and make this community even better, which is why I vote for KSI DC 7 for COFO of the month.

Transparency:
Divisional & Squad Leadership - Please remember that although every decision may not be one open for discussion/debate, It is important to be as transparent as possible with the leaders and members beneath you. When making decisions about what direction a squad/division heads in or any promotions/demotions that may be received, It is important to keep those under you informed as to why these things are happening and why certain decisions are made. The ultimate way to reach a feeling of inclusion and family is for people to have their thoughts and feelings are taken into consideration.
 
The Upside of The Coronavirus:
Most of the world is under quarantine, which means activity on xbox will probably never be higher until this Christmas break. Use this time wisely to repair any holes in your squad. SSG’s and up should see this as a golden opportunity to knock out the obstacles holding our squads back from prosperous growth. At the same time, we encourage everyone to take the time needed to maintain your financial status, residence, etc.

Good Sportsmanship:
With the Spring Break event fast approaching we ALL need to remember a few things. 
 
Treating other members and players with respect.  
If you have an issue calmly take it to proper people and handle it like adults. Also once an issue has been resolved and all parties agree to it,  that’s the end of it!!
Have fun and enjoy the event. 
And as always the Code of Conduct does apply!!
But remember at the end of the day this event and all events are meant to bring our community together. They are to be fun and exciting and meet new people. So have fun and enjoy the event. 
 
Don't Give Up:
In KSI and in real life we all have our ups and downs but it's important not to give up. Remember to ask for help when needed there is no shame in asking for help. Sometimes it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel but it does get better, we just have to wait it out. The important thing is to not get overwhelmed to the point of wanting to leave KSI.
 
RCT To PVT to CPL:
As it is always awesome bringing in new RCTs we as officers and 7s have to stay on top of their promotions. Once they are made a PVT after their 24-48 hour hold on the RCT Club/Tag they have to be promoted to a CPL in 7 days!! Make sure these promotions are happening in that timely manner. If your officers CAN NOT get them promoted within 14-20 days after a promotion to PVT then they need to be removed!! It does no good for us to hold on to dead RCTs. There is no excuse for a PVT sitting on Omega for months at a time. If your squad has any PVTs that are older than 20 days they need to be removed ASAP!! We need to start holding our GENs to this and if they are not the problem then we need to hold the 7 staff accountable. 
 
Utilizing the Forums:
It's important that we are making sure we are being active on the Forums and pushing all members to also be active. The earlier people are introduced to the Forums the better. What better time to introduce them to the forums then before a big event like spring break. This gives people a chance to get familiarised with the layout and general navigation on the forums as it can be daunting at first. Then when they become an officer they will already know the basics.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Where do I even begin with this man?! Every single day, I see this man in multiple parties spending time playing games and having fun with different people. This month, he has gone above and beyond with helping me. He has made sure that his 7 staff are well trained and are on tip of their duties.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This man has been a major help with me in my transition over to the new squad that I am in. KSI DC 7 hs taken the time this month to help me to feel comfortable in my new squad by checking in with me on a regular basis to make sure I have everything I need and the transition has ran smoothly. He has helped me to be equipped with the tools that I need to succeed. With hosting workshops, to spending time in parties with the squads he is over(and the other squads as well), KSI DC 7 is a great example of what a true Co-Founder should be like.

It has been great to work with him and see him flourish as an General. He does his best when he is inspiring his squad with inspirational speeches and kicking butt with the squad members on COD. This month Templar has grown in by tremendous amounts of numbers. KSI SlickNick has done a fantastic job with member retention for Templar. He takes the time to speak with members and make sure they are having an enjoyable time in the squad. I am grateful for the work that KSI SlickNick has put in this month and I look forward to seeing what he will do next!
