No matter the circumstance of what is currently going on, she has always been the one that is always trying to push forward and better every ones experience in KSI. I have seen her stay positive when our Div has lost Generals and been poached more than once. SHe is the first one to step in and give support to all the members and keeping the moral positive. I don't know many people who would have stuck around to continue on after everything that she has endured. Ayeloves is a prime example of what KSI is about. I know myself going up the ranks if i did not have a ranking officer on she would not hesitate on answer any question i had despite some being "stupid" she has always done the best to provide the most clear answer to any question and if she did not have an answer she would get you an answer in an extremely timely manner.

I can vouch that KSI Seraphim 7 has been a great mentor for me aswell. He has been a great superior to look to for anything that might not be clear to someone trying to broaden their knowledge on anything involving KSI. He takes time out of his day at almost any time to help with issues and also puts together great workshops for members looking to learn. Even if he wasn't able to run a workshop he would reach out to the officers and help teach them how to run workshops and effectively help others learn more about KSI. He has always pushed us to be our best and accepted nothing less. I view him as a mentor in many ways and so do a great deal of other officers and members.

I didn’t always think of Azrael as a great leader in this community, but after he became a director I started to see how he actually was. After I became a director I really had the opportunity to see what type of leader he actually was. After becoming a senior director I noticed how much Azrael does to show all of the members that he cares. I have talked to Azrael about many things that I have viewed as concerning, or even just something I disagree with. Instead of just listening to me and doing nothing, he brings the issues brought to him up in meetings and other discussions with the people that have the ability to make changes. Azrael has definitely proven that his is a great leader for this community and I would love to see him get some recognition for what he’s done. He was my Director while I was LW Div Leader and helped me out a lot during that time. Part of being a Director is being there and helping the leaders below you with issues or things going on in that division. Thor didn’t just do that, Thor went above and beyond by being in parties with myself and the rest of my 7 staff on a regular basis even when there wasn’t any KSI business to discuss. Thor helped us become the KSI leaders that we are today. After I became a Director I still looked up to Thor and to this day I still discuss things with him when I want another viewpoint on an issue. As I’ve said Thor has helped me tremendously and I know he has helped plenty of others during his time as a Director, hope you get the recognition you deserve man. The first thing I want to bring up about Ascend is his overall leadership ability. Ascend is by far one of the best leaders in this community and I'm sure many people would agree with that statement. I decided to nominate Ascend for Co-div of the year for the work he did while I was still LW Div Leader, and then also after I became a Director. While I was a Div Leader I relied on Ascend very heavily, after all he was my replacement and I wanted to ensure that he knew what was required from someone running a division. Ascend not only met expectations, but he exceeded them on a daily basis. Something that Ascend does, better than I ever have, is to be able to connect with all the squads and all of their members. He is the type of person that will take whatever time is necessary to make sure that everyone has the knowledge to grow into a future leader within KSI. At one point in LW we had a few squads that didn't have a General, Ascend stepped up and always did what he could to prevent me from having to take on one of those tags. At one point he was acting gen, managing the RCT tag, as well as helping me run an efficient division. I've always said this, and I truly still believe it, but a lot of my success has come from those below me, the primary one being Ascend. Without him there is no way LW would have been the machine that they were a year ago. I could go on and on about Ascend but I'll finish with this last note, Ascend is always willing to go above and beyond to better this community and to this day the following video is a perfect example of that. Keep up the great work Ascend, can't wait till you get back from LOA! Ascend Running Man Challenge Dept. Heads Name/ Gamertag: KSI Scotland 7 Current Rank/ Title in KSI: AAP Head Category Nominating for: Dept. Head of the Year Forums Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/17241-scotland/ Reason: I feel that Scotland deserves recognition for this award because he has been running the AAP Dept. both effectively and efficiently over the past year. There for a while forums awards were not being used, which definitely caused AAP dept. to suffer. Since one of the main goals of AAP is to have a dept. that recognizes the members for the work that they do it was not good to have this dept. only partially working. Since the forums have brought back the awards I have seen the participation in AAP skyrocket. Initially people were nominating others like crazy to make up for the months that awards were not being used. Scotland worked with Emmy and have built, from what I can see, a very good team around them. I’m sure it hasn’t been easy for Scotland but now that the team is working together more the dept. is definitely better than it has been at times in the past. Scotland, you have done a great job running this dept. and getting it to where it is today. I look forward to continuing to work with you as an AAP staff member so that this dept. can recognize all of the members that deserve some recognition.

I can agree with this award. I knew seraphim before I knew he was an officer and instantly looked up to him. He has helped guide me to lead my squad and be the officer I enjoyed being all the way up to General. He has most certainly been a mentor to me and deserves this award.

KSI Seraphim 7, is someone who I met even before joining KSI, and even then I looked up to him. He has been around helping many and dealing with a lot of situations and is always helping where he can. He is my mentor, and he's made me open my eyes to many situations and has come to hear me out on others.

I would like to vouch for this member being a great mentor. he keeps me on my toes constantly and is always available to help everyone and anyone always putting himself out for others. he deserves some recognition for his constant hard work. I appreciate everything he does for our squad and I'm glad I got the opportunity to meet such a great guy.
