Im gonna witness on this one When i first met nebby im not gonna lie i thought he was a butt. But as time went on an i got to know nebby the person that i realized my first impression of the guy was completely wrong. This member since knowing him has gave it a 110% daily. Whether it was running his squad for a year as gen an when things went wrong he just dusted himself off an went back at it. Or his position as cohead of marketing he makes sure that everyone is knowledgeable about the ins an outs of KSI. An now as his new role as Co-founder he hit theground running an hasnt stopped since then. There are so many outstanding things about nebby an i feel that if anybody deserves this spot its nebby.

King or Fatality as i like to call him is the definition of outstanding service. I met him back in ES in 2014. We were both gens at the time an he went became my co-founder. An from the day he became that he had my back now forward to now were currently in the 7 staff together. But before then he guided me along the way as a member, officer, an general. He is always there to lend a hand wherever hes needed in his time in KSI hes been to alot of divisions an everywhere hes went he has turned ut around whether it be a squad or a division. Possible Title: Splitter Requirements: Splitting a squad an the squad staying stable after the split Reasoning: I feel like this needs to be an award because the squad splitter award is only for the new squad an it's officers. But what about the other officers in the original squad they had just as much part in the split. So I feel like they deserve an award similar to squad splitter.

During the time of the split I was a 2LT an the new squad was named Griffin. The gen of the squad was KSI xTaken an within the first two we definitely grew by 25. I can witness this as well Gary goes above an beyond for the division he’s always been there for me ever since I rejoined. He is one of the many who has retaught me how to be a great leader and better myself as a whole. If it wasn’t for someone like Gary I’d probably still be a CPL or possibly a SGT. Honestly in my opinion @KSI Gary 7 is the definition of outstanding service he is always there to give great advice or to just share knowledge with anybody who wants to learn.

Why did the rank of Major go away?

Gary was the first person I met when I rejoined last year an ever since then he has taught me so many valuable lessons about KSI. Whether it be the simple things or the more crucial aspects of being a leader. A lesson was always taught. So I claim Gary as one of my mentors

He has taught me a lot of KSI lessons which I feel have made me a better leader an he also taught me a few lessons in life which I use on the daily an those lessons have me a better person. Honestly i can Kam is my Captain, my right hand man, a mentor but ultimately a person who I’m glad to call a friend.

Irish is definitely deserving of this award he busts his ass on the daily assisting any member when they come to him with a question. Even myself I’ve came to Irish looking for a assistance an he’s always been more than willing to assist. An here recently he was sent to another squad in our division to assist them in any way he could an he did that so in my opinion Irish definitely deserves the award

The outstanding service award is the one award I'm surprised Kamikaze doesn't have yet. Whether it' a production, a graphics, a news, or even a weekend warefare. Kamikaze is out there every single day informing members getting them signed an I'm not talking about Sgts an above I mean the actual lower ranking members an in him doing that he' showing them that they matter an that their just as important as anybody in this community. I look at it like this when you think of Outstanding Service then look no further than xKamikaze with what I said above an what I'm fixing to say then there is no doubt thst he deserves this award. He goes above an beyond on the clan ops side as well whether it's hanging out with new members answering questions that anybody has or even just making the environment a positive one. Kamikaze does that an so much. So that's why I feel he deserves this award
