So the mighty @KSIxAsuma 77 what to say what to say. Honestly besides for Tea this man has been a helping mentor for molding me into a better leader for the Graphics department. Any time I have any questions about how he dose or runs things in his department he's more than willing to share insight and be supportive. I can definitely say he's someone who will have ur back and support you through a lot.

Why does this member belong in your Department’s Hall of Fame? Please explain.SHWAY BELONGS IN THE DEPARTMENT HALL OF FAME BECAUSE  HES BEEN AROUND FOREVER ALSO HES A GREAT MENTOR FOR THE NEW ARTIST  I PERSONALLY WAS HIS STUDENT AT ONE TIME HE HAS A GIFT AND IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES.
What can I say? Shway has a significant influence on the graphics team and deserves the award. Through many months and I mean many, he has stuck with it and has been a strong team player in the department. He was one of the originals who helped make it what it is today. Through several difficult times, he's been able to indeed be there for the members of the Senior staff, and I belive he will continue to do a good job.

Reasoning why they deserve this - In all honesty I can't think of anyone more deserving of this award. He consistly is there lifting the members of his squad even when at the same time he is battling his own eternal demons. He is consistly doing above and beyond his rank, by consistly improving the environment in which he is in. From training up staff to recruiting members this guy is always everywhere.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Honestly I could have nominated him for SGT due to him being new to his role however that would be doing this man a disjustice because he might have just been promoted not too long ago but he's basically been an acting SSGT for a couple of months. I've seen this dude get passed up through the years and he always pushes through an perceivers. He is a fighter and he continues to strive to be the best he can to improve the community and the officer core as a whole.

Reasoning why they deserve this -
This guy works a lot of wonders both with the pictures he makes and the way he handles discord stuff. I’m mostly going to be writing about his work as a Trial Moderator in the community server. Something that I’m looking for within the area is creativity, and this guy comes to me with a multitude of ideas, which some we are looking to use. I would love to give you all a sneak peek and all that, however if you like surprises then it’ll be worth not to know. However don’t ask me or anyone else, we’re sworn to secrecy in web ops. Anyway back to Geordie. His assigned mod was on an LOA for the last few weeks so I really took on that role for him, and me and him have worked together, he’s come up with great ideas we will use, he’s done well at checking over the server to make sure everything is ok. With his timezone, it’s usually seen as it can sort of be a conflict within other areas of KSI, however for discord it just provides coverage at all time. On top of this, from what I’ve seen and heard, he’s really been on top of his graphics stuff, he’s came into that team and been a big help, and has came up with great stuff for that too. Implemented new ways of doing things. He really deserves department member of the month. 

I cant really speak much on Star's work in webops much but that's because I haven't gotten the chance to work with her in webops however I have seen her work and I have had the honor of working beside her in other areas in the KSI community and I've been in parties with her. The area in which Star and I work together is in the Graphics department, Star is a newly promoted graphic artist on the team. From the day she started as a graphics apprentice she has pushed forward and has completed every task in a timely manner, then she asks for more. When Star makes up her mind to do something she puts everything she has into doing it, whether it's in Clan ops, Web ops, or Department ops. I have chatted with her in parties and she has explained some of the work that she dose and I'm always impressed because her work shows every where she goes. She uplifts those around her to want to do better as well, or she at least pushes me to do better in the fields in which I operate within KSI. She deserves this award with the amount of time and dedication that she puts into this community.

I know my usual award Mac N Cheese keeps on getting rejected for some crazy reason. Oh well whatever. I think that we should do Squad and Division awards. I think this would cool. Similar to how we have the staff awards as supplemental awards these would be similar. You get a chance to represent your Squad and Division on the fourms. Imagine if we had these awards before imagine being able to represent a Squad/ Division in 5 plus years that might not be around. Now I know how that sounds but its the truth. Throughout the years of KSI there have been hundreds of Squads and a few Divisions so there's bound to be more and this adds a new way to give homeage to your Squad/ Division. So yeah.
