I met him through a mutual friend and he is amazing always sending me invites and always checking up on me and has amazing ideas that I feel like we should all learn from.

He has surpassed all of his peers in terms of ability and knowledge and I feel he will overtake me soon. He's the big pp mfer in the room when he walks in and I lean in on him for help much of the time. If not for his ability to do WHATEVER it takes, Calamity might not have survived the split from Doom. He has the strength, will power, and ability to continue on when things look bad. I am blessed to have him in my officer corps and I cannot wait to see what he is capable of as a General when he gets there! Not to mention how much I trust him with everything I have. This dude has been instrumental to the success of Calamity and will continue to do as such wherever his career here in KSI takes him. With love, KSI Sinon, Gen, Calamity.

KSI Sinon @KSI Dilf Outstanding Service Level One KSI Sinon is another one of those rare people that reminds me of myself in a lot of ways. He was recruited in in February and made General by May. That speaks volumes in and of itself. He has taken his role as General and ran with it. Splitting a squad is hard. While it may be one of the best things an officer can do, it's also one of the hardest. Not only are you trying to retain the members you're bringing with you, you're trying to build and grow on top of that. So you're really hitting the ground running with not a lot of room to breathe. Sinon took that and ran with it, set out his plan to build his squad, and he's executed nearly flawlessly. He'll be the first to tell you that he feels like he can do more, and he's harder on himself than anyone above him could ever be. He recognizes his flaws, and does his absolute best to remedy them. As I'm sure you all can see, KSI Sleepy is also up for OS1. In my humble opinion, you can't have Sleepy up for OS1, just like you couldn't have Sinon up for OS1 on their own. You just can't have one without the other. These two are a powerhouse team that set a plan in motion and follow through with it. Sinon has held his squad together even when he's had the roughest of IRL situations going on. Without putting his business out there, I'll just say that I can relate to it, and commend him for making it this far with the same drive and dedication he came into this community with. Most others would give up, but he continues to push through. His squad is one of the shining examples of what it looks like to be successful, and he's still as humble as the day he came into KSI. He always strives to be better, and those around him want to be apart of what he preaches and puts out into the world, myself included.

As his Co-Founder, as well as Sleepy's Division Leader. I can confirm, in no uncertain terms that this mans is handsome af... ... and also deserving of Outstanding Service Level 1, and tbh he's close to OS2 too imo. Since being a critical officer in the Doom/Calamity split, Sleepy has become a one man powerhouse in Calamity. Since the split in the beginning of May, I'd put good money on Sleepy being 80% of the stat chat posts. He's recruited, promoted, or trained half the squad if not more and he's still going strong. Sleepy has built his squad from the ground up and leads by example everyday. He's a fantastic Captain and a guy I'm proud and glad to call a friend of mine.

I meet Sleepy when he was first Recruited in to the community and ever since he has done nothing but surpass and over come so much more than I couldn’t even do myself. Everyone calls him the recruiting god, but sleepy is more than that. He is more that what he is good at. Sleepy is an amazing individual as a whole and the best leader I have seen in a very long time. Anyone can do officer work that is not what makes that individual good. It is what they do with it. Sleepy is an individual you can count on, who you can talk to with out judgment, and someone who stands up for justice when no one else’s will. He has had a huge hand in building Calamity and helping split Doom that I know he will be the best General CS has ever seen! But don’t take it from me ask his members, look at the calamity stat chat and look at the growth of his squad right now. I did not have a hand in his mentor ship but I was able to sit and watch him grow and I could not be more proud of any other member in the division. He is more than worthy of this nomination. @Sleepy

Senior Leader (SENIOR DIRECTOR through CEO) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI xKIng 77 (CEO, Acting ES Cofo, acting Hydra ES Gen) Link to forums account - @KSI xKing 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Even though he is the CEO, King has jumped in to help with ES and prevent me from burning out trying to be Div Lead, Cofos and Gen all at the same time. He has inspired ex-members to come back and current mebers to step up. Because of his effort Hydra not only has a good mix of officers, but also 13 potential officers and is well on their way to splitting the squad. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI SirBerry Link to forums account - @KSI Sir Berry Reasoning why they deserve this - Berry was the only officer left in angels when it was decided to merge Banshee and Angels into Hydra. He went above and beyond to reach out to members of not only angels but banshee as well. He has been running the squad under the guidance of KSI xKing 77 and is continuing the awesome work that he started when the squad was formed. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DEATHSTR0K3 Link to forums account - @KSI DEATHSTR0K3 Reasoning why they deserve this - Detahstroke was on the banshee side of the merge into hydra and along with Sir Beery and under KIng helped bring banshee and some angels members ove to the new squad. DEATHSTR0K3 is the king of gamenights, he would run one every night of the week if we let him. ALthough shy, he has been working on his confidence and reaching out to the members and has done an awesome job overcoming that shyness SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Inked 7 Link to forums account - @KSI Inked 7o Reasoning why they deserve this - INked had shown interest in becoming an officer, and even when she first joined ES she reached out to members and gained their trust and friendship. When it became apparent that succubus had major problem with the profiles of the members we promoted her to help out. She came in like gangbusters and did the bulk of that work which has made her known throughout the squad in just a few short weeks. She also trained the other officers on what to do became a confidante and mentor to them. She is a dynamic force in ES and I am very glad to have her SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Gambit 7 Link to forums account - @KSI Gambit 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Since returning to KSI and coming out of retirement Gambit has been recruiting, recruiting and recruiting. SGTS and officer like him will bring ES up to full strength and are a beacon to all who share his rank Forum Staff (ADMIN/MODS/DEPARTMENT HEADS) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI VENUM 7 Link to forums account - @KSI VENUM Reasoning why they deserve this -Venum is always there to help out with join/rejoin situations. When anything is brought to his attention it is handled usually within the hour.

@Sleepyis without a doubt everything you look for in an officer and a member. I saw it as a General, and now being able to look back as a Co-Founder at everything he's accomplished since he's been in KSI really solidifies it. I see all of the good parts of me in Sleepy, and the best parts of what make him unique and the best at what he does. He's wise beyond his years, IRL and in terms of KSI. Even if you're not in the same squad, or same division, you've at least heard of his name in some shape or form. He resonates and represents what KSI stands for, and what we should strive to be. Give him any task, and it's taken care of with ease. Not only does he have the hearts and minds of his squad, he has those of anyone that's spent any amount of time around him. He's always happy and upbeat to the best of his ability, but he also shows that he's human and wants to be better. Hell, I want to be better when I'm around him. I've watched him damn near single handedly keep his squad together at times, and y'all know how tough a squad split can be at first. He doesn't let the tough times get the best of him, and he isn't afraid to ask for help or advice. That being said, he's a rare person who can learn from his mistakes, and never make it again. He truly cares about this community and lives it daily. There's been a lot of officers that have came and went, and got there for all of the wrong reasons, but Sleepy is none of those. I look at this guy and I see the future of KSI...he just exudes that vibe to me. I see him in my position, I see him leading a division, and I see him taking a board position. He simply has what it takes, and there's no doubt in my mind that he'll achieve all of that someday. He is more than deserving of this award, and I'll go ahead and call it now that he'll be up for Captain of the Year this year. I'm more than happy to provide more in depth details, but I'll leave that up to the rest of the witness statements, because I know they'll touch on anything that I haven't.
