Before Trendies became our director we were a revolving door of directors. So naturally, as a 7s staff, we worked very closely with the seniors because we still needed tags advice etc. Rita was the main hand that reached out and helped us during this period. Even tho the fact we don't go thru directors as we did then Rita has continued working closely with us attending Gens meetings and simply making himself available to us. I know I personally have reached out to Rita a few times and has always approached everything with a calm demeanor and always respectful. Keep doing the thing Rita! Category: Director Gamertag: KSI Trendies 7 Link: @KSI Trendies 7 Reasoning: Good ole Chicken Tenders! As stated in my nomination for senior EO was a revolving door of directors prior to Trendies. Naturally, as a 7s staff, we were hesitant to accept Trendies as first because in our minds he would be gone in 2 weeks anyways wasn't sure of we knew we could ask Trendies and he would 100% have the answer to our question. Category: Co-Div Leader Gamertag: KSI Skarzx 77 Link: @Scarface 77 Reasoning: Although I was sad to see Skarzx go to SL what he did in EO left an impression. He was Admitted in the EO HoF. He created the EKAT Server in order to help our squads officers know what they should know and provided the knowledge that need to know. We actually continue to utilze the EKAT server to this day and have no current plans on changing it. Skarzx left an impression on many people and continue to help if any questions are brought along the way. Category: General Gamertag: KSI Galvanize 7 Link: @KSI Galvanize 7 Reasoning: When Galv came back to EO he knew he wanted to work his way up the ranks again. At the current time I was an acting general over vendetta and Galv quickly showed us he could take the squad . After his promotion to general, he wanted to change the squad gametype from R6 to Destiny 2. EO had bad luck with D2 but we trusted him to make it happen. He did not disappoint. He has completely changed the mentality of Vendetta. They have a full officer staff and a ton of potential!!! This is a direct reflection on Galvs personality nd the way he approaches his squad and makes himself available. But Galvs nomination goes beyond his own squad. He is one of the first people to stand up and reach out to anybody within the div thats just looking to hang out or needs help or advice. I cant be more proud to have him as a General and a future 7 (again lol!!).

O man good ole chicken tenders. Where to start. With EO being the "place where directors come to die"I had my reservations when trendies came over as our director. As a lot of people know I can be a very tough critic. Trendies first order of business as our Director was simply just to get to know us, not as a 7s staff but as a Divison. That alone earned him a whole lot of respect within EO. He never once talked down to anyone. He never "flexed" his rank. He came to learn and help, and thats exactly what he did. He knew when he came to EO we thrived on smite, we literally live and breathe the game. So what does he do? Downloads the game and gets in parties with our members. He did this on a regular basis. He joined game nights and squad meetings and even workshops. Are these things a Director should be doing? that would be up for a debate but thats how we as a division feel and he just did it. While doing this he was always in touch with the 7s staff. Keeping up to date with what's going on within the division and also feeding us information handed down from the seniors. If we had an issue that needed his attention he was there in a heartbeat. I can't say much for what he prior to him becoming the Director of EO but he helped change the mentality of what it means to be a leader in my eyes and several other individuals eyes. Chicken Tenders leads by Example and I can say I was proud to have him as my Director and wholeheartedly believe he deserves this award. Can't wait to see you sitting on the board chicken tenders!!!

Back when we was first swutch KSI over to the xbox one this man walked me thru the "new setup" of the xbox one. He also helped me with several things as far as squad tag messages and how to send them. At the time it was the first xbox one squad EO had at the time so everything was very new and he spent a lot of time helping me figure everything out to make my squad run as well as possible.

i have been in EO for a little longer then 4 years now and i will personally attest for these all being factual events happened and wholeheartedly has seen skarxz lose his mind a time or 2 lol

No task is every too small for this gentlmen to handle. Then theres the part of Grim where he will make the tough calls and doesn't hesitate. Shes got the attitude where she refuses to give up and just loves what shes does. Her number one priority in KSI and as a gen is to make sure her members are enjoying themselves. For example seeing her get super hype for spirit week literally made it radiate thru her squad and they just picked up on it.

after i stepped down i was a sgt in guyys squad. from the second i decided to begin going back up the ranks guyy did nothing but challenge me to be better. He made me a better officer and a better person as a whole. I was able to approach guyy with any concerns i had with the squad and he listened to every word i said. He would go out and help me recurit.I wanted to host a tournament and guyy was the first person to step up and volunteer his services to help me. Guyy would also speak to me on a much more personal level as i was going thru things in my personal life. I can actually say if it wasnt for guyy i would of left KSI a lonog time ago.

She has helped grow DM to where it is today and been one of the top leaders within KSI as a whole. I see nobody more deserving of this award then kitty. Even to this day Grim is very much involved in squads and helps throughout the division. He also impresses me with how calm and collected he is with stressful situations and how he manages everything in a professional manner. Not only does he manage the tag incredibly well he also manages to spread his time throughout every single squad we have in EO (6). Hes always got pvts and cpls and sgts in his parties and they literally flock to him because of his knowledge and hes just a fun guy to be around. She has a renewed since of drive and motivation and it spreads throughout the entire squad. She is the first to step in and start setting the example and first to own up to her mistakes. No task is too big or too little for her to handle and im glad to see the success the squad has gotten from that.

ive noticed a shortage of clan ops notes recently during gens and leaders meetings. is there a reason why? or have things been super smooth lately?
