He has step up big make sure that AAP is ruining smoothly and that everyone in the department know what they was doing. he has go above and beyond what his job title called, i know if i ever have a question i can ask him and he will get back with me in no time he is really good at communication with everyone so that we are all on the same page i am glad that i have got this opportunity to work with him.
