PRODUCTIONS APPLICATION
 
The standards and expectations of a Productions member are as follows:
- 1 check-in per month with the Department Head.
- Communication is **KEY** in all manners of the department. If you do not communicate with any Senior Production Staff, you are subject to removal. 
-  Attending monthly Production’s meetings is a great way to stay informed. Every member must attend at least **one** meeting a month.(i.e., Production’s Department-wide, Streamer and/or Editor)
- If you are not enjoying your time in Productions, rethink why you’re in the department.
- As a member of the Productions Department, you are required to submit at least **one** clip to the "Clip Submission" each month.
- While performing your obligations to the department, it is encouraged that you go above and beyond your normal duties and tasks. 
- KSI COC applies to every member in the department. This includes, but is not limited to swearing or the use of any vulgar language. 
Failure to uphold these standards and expectations will result in removal from the department. 

Once accepted as a Staff Member you will go through some training with the Department Head or a Senior Staff Member. Training includes:
How to schedule streams with Senior Staff.  How to get activated via Twitch if you do not use a capture card.  How to get set up via Twitch through PC through OBS/SLOBS.

I’m here to a witness for Asuma, 
I’ve have known Asuma from back when he was coming up under me in my Division FI years ago, as of then and as he also showing now that he is dedicated to KSI , through all the hard times and up and downs that comes to KSI , he always tend to keep a positive outlook for himself and his team that he runs in the production department. I’m am so proud of all the work that he accomplished within the department and what he will continue to do for the department. He definitely deserves this award 

I wanted to take a moment to share with you why I firmly believe that KSIxAsuma 77 deserves his "OS lvl 1" recognition. As someone who has closely observed his accomplishments and contributions, it is evident that he possesses the qualities and skills that warrant such recognition.
 
First and foremost, KSIxAsuma 77 has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to this community. Whether it be in his professional endeavors, personal growth, or community involvement, he consistently exhibits a strong work ethic and an unwavering drive to succeed. His relentless pursuit of excellence serves as an inspiration to those around him and has undoubtedly contributed to his achievements. KSIxAsuma 77 exhibits an extraordinary level of expertise and knowledge in his respective field. His understanding of complex concepts and his ability to apply them to real-world scenarios is truly impressive. Not only does he possess a deep understanding of the subject matter, but he also displays a remarkable ability to communicate and share his knowledge with others effectively. Through his teaching and mentorship, he has positively impacted the lives of countless individuals, fostering a spirit of growth and learning within the community.
 
In addition to his professional accomplishments, KSIxAsuma 77 is known for his outstanding leadership qualities. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to inspire and motivate those around him, leading by example and encouraging others to reach their full potential. His strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and approachability make him an exceptional team player and a natural mentor to many.
 
Overall, KSIxAsuma 77's exemplary dedication, expertise, leadership, and philanthropic endeavors undoubtedly make him deserving of the "OS" recognition. He embodies the qualities of an exceptional individual who consistently goes above and beyond to make a meaningful impact on the world around him and within the community. It is an honor to witness his achievements and the positive influence he has on others. Even though his beard is fake.

My beard brother @KSIxAsuma 77  has been around for a hot minute and has been in and headed up productions for as long as I can recall (I didn't care much for departments before but now I am a department god) Productions along with AAP has been a constant and consistent department meaning issues are rarely a thing and when issues do crop up Asuma uses his vast knowledge of people skills and problem solving to resolve the issue with minimal impact to the community. Productions is a department that is always involved in 100% of KSI events and has one sole purpose and that is to make members experience of KSI better and this is all down to him. A week doesn't go by without Asuma or one of his many staff streaming for our viewing pleasure and this is testament to how his work ethic is of such a high standard that simple practices never fail and all aspect of Productions is like a well oiled machine and let's be honest, can you remember a time that this wasn't in place? No, you can't and it's simply because he has done such a good job with Productions its seamlessly integrated into your KSI daily goings on. I have had the honour to observe his staff chats on Discord and he makes being in departments fun for his staff and they love him to put it simply. 
Does he deserve OS1? Certainly. Does he deserve OS2? Certainly. 
I just wish more came forward to express how much he does because I feel I haven't articulated myself to explain exactly HOW MUCH he does for KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Also known to those who know him well as MFL Swag this man is a mother trucken Legend, The way he's always open to adapt shows this mans dedication to this community as a whole. He is always helping in any way he can, from logistics, training, implementation of new ways, encouragement, follow ups, answering the hard questions it doesn't matter. If he's able he will be there to help no questions asked. I've worked along side this guy for over 3 years now consecutively. While we may not agree on everything even the smallest of things he's never once shot down my opinion or feeling on topics / issues at hand. He does his best to view all view points fairly and equally always listening and adapting to our ever changing environments. Swag is someone who people flock to. Whether its his goofy personality, his fake love for pickles, or his unlimited knowledge to handle situations and build back stronger who knows but this man is a staple of this community and will always be so.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Ive been watching this one closely since she was a Gen. I've said since I met her this one has it, that rare x factor. The selfless warrior who pushes on no matter how tired, no matter how slow things are moving, no matter the battle they keep on pushing for that dream they see at the end. Wld is extraordinary in all aspects. From retention, building, training, coaching, setting direction, setting pace and setting the stage for others around her to succeed as well. I've been doing this for some time now and I've not met many who genuinely impress me with their devotion to this community, but she leaves me speechless some days with her unwavering commitment to every last member of KSI not just ES members. I truly hope people are taking notes from this fearless leader and friend to many because people like her are very rare and that's an understatement.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This quiet humble gentleman reminds me a lot of younger self. He isn't extremely vocal, but boy does he put in that work. He's always working on something, from training, hosting, retention, leading a charge he's at the forefront of it all. He's not been dealt the fairest hand but yet he is still here and still working to better his squad which is now a super squad. Hefner moves pretty silently but if you take a peep at his records the man's hit some serious milestones in his officer career so far. I feel with some more time and training he'll make a phenomenal General when his times comes.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This man worked every single ounce out of SSGT role. Honestly as a SSGT this man was out working some CPT's in the community and that's no cap. This dude has serious skills not to be taken lightly. His retention is flawless and unmatched. His willingness to learn and absorb information and technique is magical. The guy works his tail to the bone for his squad and his division and I know for a fact on the track and path he's carved for himself he will make it to the top of Clan ops in no time at all. Having the kind of mind set he has will only feed and reinforce his squad to new heights.

Reasoning why they deserve this - As of late I've been seeing a complete ramp up from productions. Montages seem to be steadier, being posted all over as well. Streaming alerts daily etc. Haven't seen productions this active in some time and its a nice site to see if I say so myself. He's also been scene hanging out in game nights more frequently too which is also nice to see as I believe in order to keep your dept area on the up and up you got to be in and see firsthand where the community as a whole is (member base) to improve your respective areas for the members who make up our community.

There is a lot I could say about KSIxAsuma 77. I first met Asuma when I was in ES. Seeing his work ethic in clan ops it clearly goes to show that he really does care about the community. Watching him work in departments he is doing great work. Making sure his staff are fully trained with the necessary tools to be a success and he goes out of his way to help department to stream KSI events. I see him progressing far up into the community with his determination and passion. He definitely deserves OS1 and even OS2 as well. We appreciate you @KSIxAsuma 77  keep up the great much love brother!

Tea is always in parties and chats with her staff offering insights and make time to be there if people need a ear to listen. She continues to make strides to improve the department ops in many ways. Tea has made waves in creating a place for all the members under her to thrive. I would write a whole 1 page essay about why she deserves this award, but my fingers would hurt. This fella is definitely super deserving of OS 1 (IMO 2 as well! BUMP THIS MAN UP LOYALTY!!) He's always around, engaged, and reaching out to folks and setting up fun events to stream. Cheers Asuma, you a real Amish lad homie. Unfortunately I'm not as familiar with his vast Clan Ops accomplishments. But he's got great stories and that's how you know Asuma's seen some real shiit ya feel me

So I definitely see @KSIxAsuma 77 as one of my mentors. When I rejoined KSI, I joined into SL. I was in Dynasty and Asuma was one of the Co-founders at the time. It took me a bit to come out of my shell and I realized that my squad needed help with officers and I decided to reach out and become one. Asuma taught me a lot of the new updated stuff and helped me with a lot of stuff. He helped me gain confidence in recruiting cause he always tagged along with us. He was also very involved with our squad and always wanted to help the officers grow and become as best as they could be. He definitely deserves this award! 

I have been thinking of what to talk about, Asuma. As someone who has worked with him as an equals, and then as a Department head, this man has his heart in the right place. I can't speak about his Clan Ops career, but I can talk about his career in departments. When Asuma was promoted to head, I had a good feeling about him being in the position, and I was not wrong. Since working with him, he has been thinking about innovating the department, from getting KSI on Tiktok to custom panels and adding sounds and emotes in our streams. If a member came to him asking to learn how to stream, he would teach them, explaining the right parts a member might need for their computer. Even how to use OBS and other streaming tools. Asuma has taught me how to stream myself. I had an idea, but he would go into detail, ensuring I understood. Not only can he stream, but he can also edit videos which are always a KSI favorite. His skill is seen through his hard work with KSI and his personal stream.
Watching how Asuma talks to his members is a model for other leaders; he is always polite, honest, and understanding. Asuma has been coined for taking members who can be challenging and making them thrive. From my own experience, I have seen those members join and thrive under his leadership. When working with others, he is far better than me at times, haha! Always messages you as soon as he can, is flexible with his time, and is always down for new ideas. I have come to him about several, and I mean several, and he always is excited to work it out with me. I don't think there is anyone else that deserves OS1 and OS2. His dedication to Production has been there since the beginning, and it hasn't left. 

So the mighty @KSIxAsuma 77 what to say what to say. Honestly besides for Tea this man has been a helping mentor for molding me into a better leader for the Graphics department. Any time I have any questions about how he dose or runs things in his department he's more than willing to share insight and be supportive. I can definitely say he's someone who will have ur back and support you through a lot.
