He makes time for anyone who needs to talk to him one on one, gives his unfiltered and honest opinion. He has been a great leader since he was General and has carried his same mentality into his current role. I look forward to seeing what he brings to the table in his next promotion. I remember when I was a kid, here in the south we don’t get snow but every 6-10 years. One particular year I was staying with my grandfather Christmas Eve, while my mom and step dad went and did some last minute shopping and present wrapping. It was quite chilly I remember and they where calling for snow, but it was so rare we didn’t get our hopes up. Sure enough, around 10:30-11:00 at night it started snowing. It continued to snow throughout the night. We had roughly 3-4 inches and I thought it was the most beautiful and magical thing as a child full of imagination and joy.
