So after looking at Banes HoF Nom I will say this the self nomination is by far the best statement in all of it now when you look at those noms although they may be short but there is context there when looking at Soaps you see the fact that Bane was a leading factor into him becoming a editor which today Soap is exceptional editor also in FireHearts you can see that he was there to help the people out and did a good job but to me it’s the awards that stick out Bane was the last person to receive editor of the month, he has a Runner Up OTY even looking back at his OS level 1 a former productions head stated that at one time Bane was a mere acorn which blossomed into a mighty oak tree but also in that OS it states Bane was always someone you could count on to stream something for the department didn’t matter what he had planned he was there 

To me Bane deserves Productions Hall of Fame

I'll be blunt. The only nomination that's worth anything is the self nomination regarding quality. With that being said I do take into account that a lot of production members minus shell,soap, firheart are no longer in the community. Two of those people were willing tk testify, but their statements weren't good except they both agree that he helped them in their productions career. It is something to think about. Shell also clarified a miscommunication took place between what eligibility was or she would've witnessed.

After reading bane’s self nom witness statement and the others. I’d say it’s a on edge yes, only cause of the other vague witness statements besides his. I feel like they could’ve went in depth little more but the right idea was there.

when first looking at the statements, it showed how the member hopped squads then eventually became CoFo but then had to leave, doesn't go into HOW the division was improved however, the fact that both a cofo and the division leader for that division witnessed for him shows that they thought he improved the overall division

I am not a big fan of the statements. It says that he earned ranks and became a member of each squad and was a high rank in every squad. It doesn't particularly explain how he helped each squad or the division, but this is not an outstanding service nomination. It says that he became a co-founder and quit because personal reasons; however, he did get the nomination of both the co-founder and the division leader of the division before DW closed down. If his past leadership believe he deserves it and the statements were decent (again not the best, but they could have been worse), then I believe he does deserve DW Hall of Fame.
