I dont know much about his situations, but from what I do know, there are definitely a multitude of things outside of KSI right now that require a lot of effort and attention from him. To the extent that I am amazed he still has time and effort to put into making this community better. He isn't giving up, and as far as Departments his activity has actually increased as well.
 
I cannot speak to his Clan Ops involvement, as I don't know and that's not my arena but I see several others have.

Speaking from being around Drop for literal YEARS we have worked together, it's a crime that this man doesn't have OS lvl 2 already. He has been around for most of a decade, and he has contributed In several areas of the community, making his way to earning a "7" in each possible way, clan ops, web ops and dept ops. He was a great resource for the Courts, as the guy has stayed a Judge since like 2013 (correct me if I'm off on that Drop). Every time we had new hires or something to work through, it was like having a Court encyclopedia because he was there for all of it.
 
As Department Head of T&E, maybe people don't know about all of the time and effort put into making these annual events what they are. He does have a support staff, but HE is a large reason as to why the events are ready to go, year after year, without any real hitch. I promise it will be noticed when he hangs up that hat.
 
Now he is also Head Admin, and although I'm no longer a web ops member, he still comes through clutch every time I have had an issue I can't fix myself with the forums. He is readily available, and is WILLING which hasn't always been the case with Admin Staff. 
 
I'll let other witnesses attest to his time in clan ops, as we never worked in the same divisions at the same time, but there is no reason based off of his other efforts alone he should not have OS lvl. 2

Kakashii was one the people who got me involved with the community. The man joined in late 2011, and is still around. THATS ALMOST A DECADE LATER and he is still here and not just standing on the sidelines, he contributes. He has been on 7s staff several times throughout the years, and is a great source of knowledge because of it. He now keeps the LC poised in the right direction for the betterment of KSI as well. I really feel like this time through has been his best, as he got to be a crucial part of training and guiding SL, and is still making impact in other areas of the community as well.

He also busted his A$$ in the AAP this year, to the extent he realistically could've been named Co-Head of either department, before he was given that title in the AAP. Now, he has been spending most of his time and effort on improving KSI's education standards and workshops. As the Head of Education this guy is going to continue to improve  the classes and information documents themselves, but also strive to make sure that any member who wants the chance to become more educated in KSI has the opportunity to. I am glad that we have people that put effort into this community like DC, as without that effort, this community becomes less. Thanks for your time and effort @KSI DC 7

Reasons they deserve this award: I’ve been around AAP for a hot minute seen lots of phenomenal heads such as Riiot and Airborne and now Starset. Starset is that type of leader that pushes you to better yourself will give opportunities to progress in the department time after time even though I turn it down lol. But throughout the year AAP is and has been that department that shined like a diamond consistently and he is responsible for this but as well as the staff and when the awards was broken he was still giving the staff motivation to remain patient cause we all knew the system would be back up and it was lol and he and the cohead zoomed through it all to get everyone awarded within 24 hours all in all he might be a TTFB but he’s our TTFB

Reasons they deserve this award: Often times we are presented with challenges that may appear daunting at first and often seem hopeless at times but it takes strength to persevere and throughout this year and that is what King has done this year and the years before and will do in the years to come he has this aura to him I’ve told him many times it’s the Midas Touch everything he has been involved in directly goes from fools gold to the highest grade you can get lol and when he got the CEO promotion I knew everything was gonna be alright and it has been phenomenal ever since the community is growing the members are happy it’s like KSI is turning into one big happy family again a lot of people had their hand in it but honestly the biggest hand is Kings

Reasoning Often times soft spoken but the definition of Captain or Capatain of The Year when he was initially rerecruited he was unsure of becoming an officer but when the time was right he stepped up and it was definitely at the perfect moment climbing the ranks making his voice being heard he was running his squad as a LT but he shined as Captain constantly working his ass off to make sure Elysium stayed afloat constantly getting with the members helping the officers just essentially being the true leader of that squad and it was that hard work that paid off that got him his general promotion Blitz has what you call Grit.

Reasoning The hardest working LT in the game is a title I used to describe this nominee never turned down a member in need whether it was KSI Advice or Real Life advice she made the time for anybody no matter the time each task that was designated to her she accomplished no questions asked MrsBlitz is that kind of officer that you only see once in a blue moon her dedication and respect for the rank and the members alike is something that is admirable.

The people. Regular interaction with lots of personalities and being able to come up with things to make their experience as fun as I could. Felt like have a more direct line to making things enjoyable for them
 
Would have tried not to leave while I was in the academy and stuff, which is the one time I left. Either that, or knowing what I do now, deciding to focus on one department at a time when I had already myself thin before. Giving my all in one area would be better than pieces of effort in a few sometimes.

King has been a major force in the community with hands in a little bit of everything for a long time. Now with his jump up to CEO that has been amplified. He wears many hats within the community, and is around constantly dealing with things from every realm of the community, as well as having to put up with and work with me on the Board. The guy doesn't ask people to do things he hasn't done/isn't willing to do himself, and although that's easy to say, it's a great attitude for someone to still have at this level. It's awesome getting to work with someone driven to improve the community, and who is as willing to act on things for the betterment of KSI.

This guy is putting in some mad work over in WD. I know he is not new to KSI, but Director is still a newer role for him and he seems to be doing very well. Swaggy is knowledgeable, easy to reach for almost anyone, and has the willingness to make time for anyone when he can. Definitely a great leader, and someone others should model themselves after if they are trying to find a good mentor/role model.

I haven't known this guy very long, but from what I have seen and been around he has carried himself like a true professional. He seems to go into things with an open mind, and a level head. When he has had concerns he has shared with me, he was also ready to listen and to converse about situations instead of going off of the deep end.  ES is on the road to great things, and I think Shadow is definitely part of the reason for this.

Anarchy is making some great strides, and Akame is definitely a large part of that. This guy has been involved for so long and in so many places, there shouldn't be any doubt about his current drive, and level of knowledge he brings to that squad.  He is ALWAYS on somehow, like he doesn't sleep at all. I'm convinced someone just plugs him into a wall outlet once a day for an hour or so, and he is good to go for the next 24 hrs. It's not easy to manage being a General with being on Euro time, but this dude makes it a non issue.

Let me start off by saying it's hard to choose between the great group of Dept Heads I have currently. They all put so much into supporting the community as a whole, especially during Community Events like Fall Classic. Dropshot is the man with a plan, and the guy who literally comes up with most of the framework for the community event schedules and details. It's hard to remember a time when Dropshot wasn't the head of T&E, and that's for good reason. Even with stepping up in Web Ops recently, T&E hasn't taken a hit in receiving his attention and effort. Thank you for the work you put into making these events what they are.

Some of my favorite leaders to work with were @KSI RiiOT 7 @Scotland @KSI Arc 7 @KSI EXODUS 7. Worked with Arc and Ex way back in DR, when I first earned a 7, and then for a few years after. With Scottie and Riiot I worked with both in the AAP when they were the Dept heads, and when I was the Dept head after. All of these fine ladies have a special place for me.

I can attest to this guy's hard work and dedication in Department Ops. When I was the AAP head, he was one of a few who busted their asses and actually did more than the bare minimum to help make the AAP great for our member base. That continued after making him Co Head of the department, and then eventually Head of the department.
Under his direction, the AAP is performing in top form keeping up with standard nominations, yearly and monthly events, reinstating events that get more members awarded with more regularity, and has instituted several more awards to the program to help better recognize the member base in several ways. He has carried himself into that role with a "for the members" attitude and it shows and helps makes a positive impact on morale.

I prefer the lake. Usually a better environment, more wildlife and things to see. Fish if you want to fish, swim if you want to swim. NO SAND. Not really a bad option from the choices given, but lake seems best.
